Urban Decay Customer Service Issues

I need help regarding a missed package delivery. My recent experience with the live chat support was unhelpful. I have never encountered this issue before with Urban Decay. The representative stated that nothing could be done to have the package redelivered to me. Despite updating my address details, the package was sent to my old address by Urban Decay, which caused this delivery problem. Due to my disabilities and health concerns during the pandemic, it is challenging for me to pick up the package located 15-20 minutes away. I urge Urban Decay to take responsibility and re-route the package to my correct address at [redacted] Oregon St. Unit 1, Oshkosh, WI [redacted]. As the items were part of a sale and cannot be reordered, I kindly request prompt assistance in correcting this error. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

I did not make this order and would like to cancel it. I have been informed that I cannot cancel it as it is currently being processed. I only became aware of this issue on December 3. Firstly, I was told the matter was resolved as I did not have an account, but then I received an email confirming an order was placed at 4:30 am. I have sent three emails and made three phone calls regarding this issue, but have been advised it cannot be rectified and that the product needs to be returned. This is an incorrect charge, and I am requesting a refund to my credit card as this was an unauthorized purchase. Thank you, J. Tarver
