I have the Udemy app on my phone and courses on my iPad. The courses on my iPad are the ones I work on, not the ones on my phone. I want access to all my courses on all devices, including my MacBook. It's frustrating when I don't have my iPad. I want this resolved. I dislike not being able to speak with a person for help.

I purchased a course on Udemy, assuming it was in Ukrainian or Russian, but it's actually in English, and I am Ukrainian. I really like the course and don't want a refund, but I need to translate it using neurodub.ai. I need help downloading the course to use this service. Thank you.

Hello, I recently requested a refund for a course shortly after purchasing it due to difficulties understanding the instructor's accent. I quickly submitted the refund and noticed a credit on my account for the course. I am unsure if this means I will receive a cash refund to my account or if it will only be credited for future purchases. Since I will not require further course assistance as I am graduating this semester, I would prefer a refund to my bank account rather than credits on my web account. I recently requested a refund for a course I purchased on Udemy within 30 minutes as I found the professor hard to understand. Despite following the refund policy, I was given credit instead of a refund to my payment card. I reached out for clarification on why my refund was declined but received no explanation. I believe I am entitled to a refund to my payment card as per Udemy's refund policy. Kindly refund the purchase to my payment card and remove the credit from my account.

I have purchased various video classes, but I need guidance on selecting the right one for my specific lighting needs for teaching hand sewing. I am looking for advice on lighting types and layouts suitable for a small table setup due to space limitations. I am using a Canon T7i, Canon 90D, cell phones, tablet, tripods, webcam, clip-on metal circular bulb holders, movie lights, floor lamps, LED ceiling light, ring lights, and desk lamps. I am unsure how to effectively set up the lighting with the equipment I have. Should I use daylight bulbs or other types? Is it advisable to mix bulb lighting with LED lights? I intended to purchase several courses during a sale on Udemy that was set to end in the next 5 hours. Unfortunately, the site was undergoing maintenance updates today. I have been attempting to refresh the page all day, and now that the courses are accessible, they are no longer at the discounted price. The new price is beyond what I can afford. Last year, I enrolled in a course on Udemy, but due to changes in my life, I had to delay taking the class. I signed up for a course on Udemy and made a payment last month. I have proof of the credit card transaction. Today, when I logged in to start the course, it's not there, and there's no record of the transaction. Additionally, my credit card details are missing from my account. Going through my emails, I found a message from Udemy mentioning my account was put in Safe Mode, which might have caused my account to reset and lose all previous information, including my recent purchase. Hello, I submitted a refund request for a training course because it wasn't what I expected. After requesting the refund, my only option was to buy other courses or keep the money in the account. When I checked the credits, I saw the money there and could buy any course with it, but I want to get the money back to my credit card. When I tried to do that, it asked for a credit card code in the corner. I entered the code but it wasn't accepted. I asked the bank, and they said there is no other code for this card. I want to refund the money to the card, but whenever I enter the code, it gets rejected. (Kindly respond and help solve the issue)

I purchased numerous courses on Udemy, but they are missing from my account despite sending proof of payment and course names. I have only 7 courses showing in my account out of all the ones I bought. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a while now with no success. Hello, I've been attempting to access a course I bought a few months ago named "Complete SQL and Databases Bootcamp", for the past 3 days. However, whenever I try to access it, the course consistently crashes. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to view any of the lectures or course material. Although I cleared my cache, the problem persists with a "Page Unresponsive" notification appearing each time I try to watch the course videos.
