Hello, last night I placed an order with Tap42 through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, my order was missing some items upon arrival. While I'm familiar with these errors happening occasionally, this time I decided to reorder the missing items instead of waiting for a refund. I want to ensure that I receive credits for the service, delivery fees, and part of the driver tip for at least one of the orders as I have ended up paying double due to the mistake. It would be beneficial for Uber Eats to consider implementing a quality control policy to prevent such occurrences, saving costs for both customers and Uber Eats. Today, my delivery driver declined to come upstairs even though my order specified it should be delivered at the door. He insisted I come downstairs, which I couldn't do due to my leg condition. This experience was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Waiting a long time for my food only to receive this treatment is disheartening. It has left me feeling discouraged about using this service in the future.

Last night, I placed an order on Uber Eats for dinner. Unfortunately, my delivery partner experienced a flat tire, causing a significant delay. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, affecting items with avocado and salsa, making them inedible. Despite the restaurant being closed, I believe that under the circumstances, a refund of $60 is reasonable. I have been a loyal Uber Eats customer and have never requested a refund before. Additionally, I experienced an issue where I ordered two breakfast meals from McDonald's but only received one. After updating my address on the mobile app, I proceeded to place an order. Unfortunately, my order was delivered to my old address. The driver contacted me but somehow canceled the order, leading to its disappearance from the app and my inability to track it. The driver's rudeness was quite evident, mentioning potential penalties. It appears there may be some app glitches as it requested my credit card details again, despite using the same card for a year. This encounter left me with an overall negative impression.

I placed my McDonald’s order through ubereats but mistakenly entered the wrong address. I promptly canceled the order and placed a new one with the correct address. However, I expected a refund for the initial order due to my immediate cancellation. Instead of a refund, I was charged an additional £5.18, which was not specified when I canceled. I now find myself spending a total of £22 on chicken nuggets and chips. This experience has left me extremely disappointed in ubereats, and I am adamant about getting my money back.

My daughter recently ordered from McDonald's, but her drink was missing upon delivery. When she reached out to complain, they stated the issue needed to be resolved by you. My daughter ordered from McDonald's but the drink was missing. After she called to complain, they said the issue needed to be resolved by you. I ordered Sonic from [redacted] E Broadway Rd - medium fries, popcorn chicken, and a large order of cheese sticks. Unfortunately, the food was not good. The fries were stale, the popcorn chicken was cold and old, and the cheese sticks were hard. I spent around $30 on this order, and I am very disappointed with the quality. I would like a refund, and I'm willing to return the food if needed. I just cannot eat it, it's that bad.

I had an issue with Uber or Uber Eats trying to charge me $17.42 for a food order I didn't complete. Despite canceling, my card shows a declined payment attempt. I placed an order for: 2 Big Mac Meals (Medium), 2 Fillet-O-Fish, and 1 Chicken Legend with cool mayo meal. The drinks included were: 1 Coke and 2 Oasis. Originally, I was informed the order would be ready in 30 minutes from the time of ordering (around 10:50pm). However, at 11:10pm, 20 minutes later, I was notified that the driver was changed, resulting in a longer wait. Another 10 minutes passed, and I was informed there was an issue at the restaurant, causing a delay until 11:50pm for my order. Upon delivery, I received 2 Big Mac Meals, 2 Fillet-O-Fish, 1 Coke, and 2 Small Fantas. Not only was the order incorrect, but all the items I received were cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. I have already requested a refund for the Chicken Legend meal. Given the inaccuracies, food temperature, and extended wait time, I believe the entire meal should be refunded. I will not be leaving positive feedback on the UberEats App or other review sites. I have photos of the food received as evidence, if needed.

I placed an order on UberEats around 7:50 p.m., with a promised delivery time of 8:05 p.m. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed until 8:35 p.m., resulting in a total cost of $38.06 for my meal. Initially, I was unable to secure a full refund and requested to speak to a manager. After no response for an hour, I called again and spoke to a supervisor who was dismissive and uncooperative. After being charged, then refunded in the early hours of the night, the charge reappeared, leading to overdraft fees and a negative balance of nearly $[redacted]. I am seeking assistance to contact a member of your team by phone. I am unsatisfied with the service provided as my issue has not been addressed, and I have not received any responses through the app.
During a recent order delivery, the delivery person behaved rudely and refused to deliver the order to the correct location. Instead, he requested that I meet him at a location closer to him, which was a 20-minute walk from my place or a 5-7 minute drive. Despite my request for a 15-minute wait as I had to walk to the alternate location, he declined and said he would only wait for 5 minutes. I reluctantly agreed and tried to reach the spot in time, but he canceled the order without a refund shortly after our call ended.
I am requesting a full refund for the canceled order and urge you to take appropriate action against the delivery person involved.

I'm writing about an issue I had with my UberEats order on 11/11/19 at around 4:20 pm. My order was continuously delayed with the driver moving away from the pick-up location. I tried to cancel for a refund on the app but couldn't find the option. After contacting customer support and speaking with a woman named Mayra, she claimed they couldn't process the refund on their end and guided me through steps on the app which didn't lead to a refund. When I asked for a manager, she couldn't provide their name and said they were on a call. I was frustrated with the lack of assistance and the inability to receive the $18 refund, especially on Veterans Day. I'm disappointed with UberEats and want a refund promptly.

On the 19th of October, I made an order with Maple Street. Due to an error, I cancelled the order and immediately placed the same items again, with the addition of icing on one item. Both orders were charged to my account within the same minute. Following instructions from the app's "help" section, I waited for 10 days for a temporary hold on my account to be lifted. When the hold persisted after 10 days, I reported the issue through the app. Despite providing evidence, the first response I received stated no correction could be made because the food was prepared. I clarified that I had cancelled and reordered the same items within a minute. After speaking with representatives including Mao, Jayson, and Chelle, the subsequent response claimed no correction could be made due to a 7-day reporting window. I have screenshots of the original instructions to wait 10 days before contacting support. Unfortunately, the chat has been terminated without resolution, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.

I am a disabled man who recently had my leg amputated. Last night, I ordered from McDonald's for my daughter's 5th birthday. When the delivery arrived, it was clear that a bag was missing, which contained 4 Big Macs, a Cajun Chicken wrap, and a Chicken Mayo. I tried to message the driver through the app, but it showed the order as delivered. I immediately reported the missing items on the app multiple times and even tried reaching out on Twitter with no response. Unfortunately, we had to share the food that arrived among everyone present. This was embarrassing as we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and due to my disability, we couldn't go out to eat. It's frustrating that there is no immediate way to resolve such issues. I demand a refund of £54 for the incomplete order. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and resolution from McDonald's customer service.

I accidentally ordered a cake and immediately tried to cancel it, but I was instructed to contact Ubereats by the bakery. Ubereats confirmed the order cancellation, but stated I would not receive a refund as I paid via Paytm. Although I understand I mistakenly ordered the cake, the cancellation process was time-consuming, and I was unable to secure a refund due to not informing them immediately. As a loyal Ubereats customer, I believe I am entitled to a refund for the cancelled order. I kindly request a refund for the amount paid for the cake that was cancelled.

Subject: Disappointing Experience with Uber Delivery
I recently placed an order and experienced an issue with the delivery. Despite having my phone on me, I did not receive any alerts that the driver was having trouble finding my building. The driver made minimal effort to contact me and left after 8 minutes without delivering the order.
Upon contacting Uber, I was informed that my account was not eligible for a refund due to previous refund requests. When I spoke with supervisor "Arisel," she was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns regarding missing items in past orders.
As a physician, I have no interest in scamming Uber over a small amount. The lack of communication from the driver and the unsatisfactory response from customer service have left me feeling frustrated and hungry.
