I received a call from an international staff member in Brazil regarding a package I sent with an incorrect address, rendering it undeliverable. The staff member informed me that the only option was to return the package to the sender. I inquired about the charges for the return, and I was told there would be no charge. Trusting their advice, I agreed to the return. However, three weeks later, I discovered a $[redacted] tax fee withdrawn from my bank account by Brazilian authorities. This unexpected fee has caused significant financial strain, more than my usual paycheck. Despite contacting FedEx multiple times, the explanation given was that it was due to international customs fees and taxes. This situation has not only impacted my finances but also tarnished my reputation with my creditors. I am seeking assistance in recovering most, if not all, of the $[redacted], as I was initially told there would be no fee for the return of the package. Thank you for your help. - S. O'Reilly

I am seeking an update on the delivery status of two first-class, certified large envelopes. They have been in distribution for two days after being sent from the St. Helena, CA post office on 10/17. One is headed to San Jose, CA (estimated delivery date 10/19) and the other to Renton, WA (estimated delivery date 10/20). I am inquiring about the reason for the delay and when they are expected to arrive. Thank you.

I sent an important envelope from the UK on the 23rd of September. The buyer paid for expensive tracking, but the item has not arrived at its US destination yet. The package has been repeatedly traveling between Austin, Dallas, and Little Rock. It's concerning that it seems to be getting closer and then further away from the destination in a repetitive pattern. The delivery should have been completed by now, and I'm worried about its current status. It's crucial that the package reaches its destination before the 20th of October. The tracking number is RN[redacted]48GB. I'm unable to contact USPS from the UK and unsure of what steps to take next. Thank you for your assistance.

On 11/21/[redacted], I sent a package (CH[redacted]15US) to my family in the Netherlands for Christmas. Despite its arrival on 12/05/[redacted], my family never received it or were informed about its location at the postal office. Following unsuccessful email exchanges, my family discovered that the package had been returned due to non-collection without any notification. The package was resent in January [redacted] after I received it back. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the Dutch postal service regarding the situation and inquired about compensation for the $88.05 additional mailing cost incurred from sending it twice. They reached out to my family, explaining that according to international law, the USPS is accountable for ensuring delivery from the country of origin and should reimburse me, after which the Dutch postal service would settle the matter with the USPS.

Greetings, I am Simone Fusetto. I purchased an item from the United States and had it shipped through USPS. The shipment left the Los Angeles CA International Distribution Center on December 2, [redacted], at 6:53 PM. Today, on January 25, [redacted], it still hasn't arrived. I live in Taglio di Po, Italy, at 32 Borgo Girotti. The tracking number for my USPS package is UE[redacted]75US. I have tried to check the USPS tracking website multiple times, but it only says the package has been dispatched. I would like to know if it has at least arrived in Italy. I have encountered an issue with tracking a package I purchased online from Etsy. The tracking information has not been updated in two weeks, stating the package is "In Transit to Next Facility." It is being sent from the US to the UK through USPS. The last update shows it departed from CARSON, CA, on April 3. I am unable to call USPS as I reside in the UK.

I am seeking assistance from USPS regarding sending around 40 lbs of various items to Uganda at the most affordable rate possible. The shipment includes books, office supplies, school supplies, first aid supplies, crayons, markers, and small toys from Dollar Tree. Each time I contact a post office, I receive conflicting information. I have two boxes weighing about 8 lbs each, and I estimate they will cost over $[redacted] each to ship. However, I came across conflicting details on the USPS website. According to the website link provided, sending an M-Bag under 11 lbs is $40.70, but my local post office claims printed material cannot be sent in an M-Bag to Uganda. I am looking for clarification as I aim to include the books in the shipment without significantly increasing the cost. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated!

I encountered an issue with a package I sent to Mesa, AZ. It was marked as a return to sender on August 1st. Despite being in Canada, on August 9th, the tracking showed that the package was processed through the LA facility. However, as of today, August 16th, there hasn't been an update on whether it left the facility. I find myself unsure if the package is still at the facility, en route, or lost. I am contemplating whether to wait for a few more days to see if there will be any updates. I attempted to contact customer support, but the automated system is not recognizing my tracking number and requests a zip code. I am at a loss and wondering what steps to take next.
