I have been waiting for over 9 weeks for my online passport renewal. I check the status daily, but it has been stuck at "In Process..." since week 2. The estimated time for online passport renewal was stated as 6-8 weeks, but it's nearly 10 weeks now. I have tickets for Cancun in early April and the situation is concerning. When I call, the wait time is 2.5 hours which is quite frustrating. They offer a call back option, but it's currently not available.

I opted for the five-week expedited service to ensure that my passport would be returned next week. However, I mistakenly clicked the document download button again yesterday. As a result, my application shows as pending, even though I submitted all my documents on February 7th. I require an appointment to obtain a passport. I initially applied for my passport in early January and received it in early February, but there was an error on it. I returned it on February 8th via one-day shipping, opting for expedited processing again. Despite these efforts, I have not received it yet. The tracking information shows it was received on March 5th, although I shipped it nearly a month prior. It's urgent because I have international travel plans on the 22nd of March, and I'm unsure what to do next.

I'm unsure of the correct procedure to renew my passport. Obtaining a REAL ID was problematic since my passport did not show my two middle names. I'm unsure if I should start a new application (DS-11) and submit my birth certificate and additional documents, or if I can simply renew (DS-82) because the State Department has my correct information on file but did not display it. Alternatively, I'm exploring if I can renew and just include a copy of my birth certificate after presenting the original at an acceptance facility.

I went to the local tax collector's office to renew my expired passport in person. Good morning! I am Jenny C. Garcia, a USA Naturalized Citizen for 2 years now. After sending my Certificate of Naturalization to you and receiving my new USA Passport, I had to travel overseas immediately. However, I haven't received my Original Certificate of Naturalization yet. I made sure to photocopy it before sending it to you and also moved to a new address, which I couldn't update with you. I have the photocopy but not the original. Is there a possibility that my Certificate of Naturalization is still at your office?

Unfortunately, my passport was confiscated by Customs at Atlanta Airport due to an error indicating my passport book was lost instead of just the passport card. Consequently, I need to reapply for a new passport. However, my Citizenship Certificate is currently being processed by USCIS for a name change due to marriage, which is a prerequisite for the passport application. Hello, I am scheduled to travel abroad in June this year, and I am facing issues with my passport application. The birth certificate I submitted is being rejected due to a discrepancy in the recorded date of birth. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the original baptism certificate as it was given to the church where I got married, which is a prerequisite for a Catholic ceremony. The hospital where I was born, located in Puerto Rico, informed me that they do not retain records beyond 22 years, making it impossible for me to obtain my hospital records. Additionally, Puerto Rico has not conducted a census since [redacted], so that option is unavailable. Given these circumstances, I have requested my Chicago Public School transcript as an alternative proof of identity. In December, I applied for a passport with expedited processing that was supposed to take 4 weeks, but it took 8 weeks with no passport in hand. When I contacted them, they advised me to go to the Stamford Passport Office, where I had to return the next day to get my passport in February just in time for my trip to Norway. Now, while in Norway for work, I received an email informing me that my passport has been shipped and will arrive soon. However, they mentioned canceling my most recent passport. I am confused about whether they mean the Dec expired one or the new one I received in Feb. Worried if I will be stranded in Norway without a valid US passport.

I believed I followed all the necessary steps to renew my passport. I require it for a flight on 6/8. I visited in person with my old passport and paid $60 for expedited service. I am still waiting for my new passport, and my departure date is approaching. Unfortunately, when I try to call to book an appointment due to not having my passport two weeks before the trip, I receive a message saying they are unable to take my call due to high call volumes. They then disconnect the call. Without an appointment, I won't be able to resolve the situation.

I submitted applications for new passports for my children on April 13, [redacted]. We opted for expedited service, with an expected processing time of 5-7 weeks.
