I am very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. The girls were here for 2.5 hours, took a 30-minute lunch break, and accomplished very little. One girl was caught scrubbing a quarter and was extremely slow. Many dishes were dirty, prompting me to rewash them all. They only cleaned 2 shelves of the fridge, ignored the floor, and left one window sill dirty. The only positive was the living room floor, which required minimal effort due to its size. I am very dissatisfied and demand a refund. I provided lunch and pizza for the cleaners but expected better results. Initially, I mentioned they did okay, but upon closer inspection of the kitchen, I was upset. I have pictures from after they left to prove the poor quality of their work.
