We are seeking a refund due to the airport staff's incompetence, disrespect, and lack of assistance. We were only planning for a one-way flight to Mashhad, not a return trip. The staff's error caused us to pay for business-class tickets, which was unnecessary and expensive. We demand the cancellation of the return flights and a full refund.

After booking two flights from Malta to Istanbul and back, Turkish Airlines cancelled both flights. I accommodated the new times after paying extra to be a priority passenger. However, I later realized they did not provide me with the 23Kg baggage allowance I had already paid for. This is frustrating, especially since it disrupted our budget and cost my boyfriend over [redacted] euros due to the sudden changes. We require a swift resolution before our upcoming flight with the airline next week. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

When I was inputting my passport details, the system auto-filled my name, gender, and date of birth for both travelers going from Delhi to Bullund. However, the date of birth displayed is one day earlier than our actual birthdates. Although we try to correct it, the system won't allow us to save the edited date, forcing us to use the incorrect one to proceed with online check-in. Our booking reference is RCGXPR on Booking.com.
I contacted Turkish Airlines via their customer helpline, and they assured me the correct details were updated. However, the website still displays the old date of birth. I need assistance to resolve this issue.

On July 25, [redacted], my flight from Isfahan to Istanbul (TK0893) was significantly delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to the USA. Despite trying to seek assistance at the airport, I was unable to get rebooked on another flight, leading me to purchase a new ticket for the following morning to return to the USA (TK0185 & UA5425). Throughout the 24-hour ordeal, I was not provided with any meals or accommodation. I found it frustrating that there was no dedicated support office at the airport to assist passengers in similar situations. The additional ticket I had to buy cost me $[redacted].00, an expense that could have been avoided if the airline had helped me with a new flight. I am seeking reimbursement for these unexpected costs due to the flight delay and lack of assistance from your staff. Additionally, it was disappointing that even after informing the flight crew about my situation, I did not receive the necessary support. I hope the airline can address these issues to prevent similar inconveniences for other passengers.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Unser Flug nach Istanbul vom BER FLUGHAFEN ist ca. 30 Minuten verspätet abgeflogen. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Anschlussflug nach Adana nicht erreichen. Es gab viele Hindernisse, wie lange Sicherheits- und Zollkontrollen, die weiten Wege zum Gate und extreme Überfüllung. Wir sind nicht gegangen, sondern gerannt. 25 Minuten vor Abflug erreichten wir das Gate, welches leider schon geschlossen war. Niemand konnte uns informieren. Nachdem wir bemerkten, dass wir den Flug verpasst hatten, suchten wir die Serviceverkaufsstelle von Turkish Airlines auf.
Es war nicht unsere Schuld, dennoch sollten wir den Flug nach Adana für 3 Personen für [redacted],00 Euro bezahlen. Falls nicht, würde auch der Flug von Izmir nach Adana storniert.
Wo ist die Logik und das Recht hierbei? Wir bitten um Überprüfung der Flugnummer und um Rückerstattung des unangemessenen Betrags von [redacted] Euro sowie um eine Entschädigung.

Dear Turkish Airlines Customer Service,
I am reaching out regarding my recent experience with flight TK [redacted] scheduled for August 12th, [redacted]. Despite our efforts, we missed our flight due to unforeseen circumstances on the way to Lahore airport. The check-in counter was closed upon our arrival, and we were advised that our tickets could be rebooked on the next available flight without any fees.
At the Turkish Airlines office in Lahore, Mr. Ovais noted that there would be no charge for rescheduling our tickets. However, our travel agent later informed us that no such comments were recorded by the airline. We are currently stranded in Lahore with my family of four, incurring expenses for accommodation, and urgently need to return to our home and jobs in Denmark.
We kindly request your assistance in honoring the commitment made by your staff at the airport and rescheduling our flights without any additional charges.

To the Turkish Airlines headquarters,
I purchased tickets for myself and two others, including a child, on Turkish Airlines flight TK [redacted] with a connecting flight to Oslo departing at 04:30 on July 27, [redacted], via Vienna. Upon checking in our luggage at Istanbul Airport, we specified that we were traveling to Oslo. Despite this, the staff labeled our baggage with 'Vienna'. When we reiterated our destination as Oslo, they assured us that the luggage would automatically be sent to Oslo as indicated on our tickets.
Upon reaching Vienna for our connecting flight, the airline staff inquired about our luggage. We explained that we were informed it would go directly to Oslo. They instructed us to retrieve our bag and assured us that it would be tagged for Oslo on the connecting flight.
After our bag failed to arrive, causing us to miss the connecting flight, we demanded that Turkish Airlines staff locate it. Eventually, the bag was found, but the connecting flight had departed. Stranded in Vienna, we faced challenges finding alternative transportation to Germany and then to Oslo three days later.
The mishap with the Turkish Airlines staff and the loss of our luggage resulted in significant financial and emotional distress. I hereby request Turkish Airlines to compensate for at least the financial losses incurred.

Hello,
I landed in Frankfurt just 30 minutes ago. A bit of drama at Antalya Airport - I had to pay €[redacted] for my luggage. Out of [redacted] passengers, I was the only one. I had to wait 2 hours for check-in, and at the last minute, they sent me to the ticketing counter to pay. I almost missed my flight! The travel agency didn't book my luggage. I thought everything was included in the high price. Unbelievable horror!
What would have happened if I didn't have money with me? Or if I missed my flight? Who would cover that? Another issue, the flight wasn't on Turkish Airlines, so I had to pay more for flying with them, not a cheaper airline.
I work at the airport, so I know how things work. The flight was on Anadolu Jet, there and back.
Unbelievable, what a nightmare. I'll send you what I paid. You can contact me anytime. I'm sorry for ranting, but €[redacted] is not a small amount. I would like a refund.

I am currently in Lebanon with my family. We took flight number TK [redacted] on 3.7.[redacted], and unfortunately, out of our 10 suitcases, only 9 made it here. The missing suitcase was not properly labeled at Berlin Airport, and we suspect it stayed behind there. I am seeking your assistance in locating this brown suitcase meant for 23 kilos. It contains various items such as detergent, clocks, pants, a white jacket for a child, 2 Foundations Manhattan, snow globe, silicone spoon, and a leather jacket. Subject: Complaint Regarding Flight Attendants on Turkish Airlines
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by a male flight attendant during my recent flight from Dar es Salaam to Istanbul on TK [redacted] on 19.08.[redacted]. Upon requesting coffee with milk and sugar, the attendant displayed a very unfriendly demeanor, initially only providing coffee with milk and delaying the provision of sugar. This unwelcoming attitude continued at the food counter and during breakfast service when my request for coffee with milk and sugar was met with rudeness. Another passenger, Mrs. Abir Kadri C11 residing in Istanbul, was also appalled by the staff member's behavior.
Furthermore, on my subsequent flight from Istanbul to Berlin on TK [redacted], there were issues with meal orders. Despite requesting pasta for both my wife and myself, my wife was served pasta while I received beef.
I hope that Turkish Airlines addresses these service deficiencies to uphold their reputation and ensure passenger satisfaction in the future.

I am writing to express my disappointment with how my friend and her children were treated when checking in for their flight to Edinburgh on August 21st in Istanbul. My friend arrived in plenty of time and prefers checking in at the desk instead of online. Despite her punctuality, she was informed that one of their tickets had been sold as they had not checked in online. This incident upset my friend and her young children, ages 9 and 7. After much distress, a manager arranged for the person with the extra ticket to be removed from the plane. The situation caused unnecessary stress for my friend's husband who was left unsure if they had boarded. I had to confirm their presence on the flight to him. I, Ibrahim Songne, born in Burkina Faso on 26/05/96, residing in Levate (BG), am writing on behalf of my mother, my sister, and my brother currently stranded at Istanbul airport. My mother, Sogne Guene Damata, my sister, Songne Abiba, and my brother, Songne Abdoul Hakim.
On the evening of 5/09/[redacted] at 22:05, they took flight [redacted] with Turkish Airlines Inc. Their respective confirmation numbers are VRBEH2, VNL6HP, VNL6HP. The flight was scheduled to arrive in Istanbul at 10:40 but landed at 11:10 with an additional 30 minutes for disembarkation. Upon reaching the gate by 12, Mrs. Damata and her daughters were denied boarding on the next flight scheduled for 12:05 to Malpensa. They are currently being denied any service or passenger rights, including the refund for the uncompleted journey. They are still stuck in Istanbul along with other passengers facing the same inconvenience. We request the right to be boarded on the next available flight for the remaining journey and accommodation if needed.

I need to address an issue I experienced with Turkish Airlines during a flight on August 24th. The flight, from Casablanca to Dubai with a layover in Istanbul, involved myself, "NB," and my children, "AL" and "DL." We were supposed to have a brief layover in Istanbul before continuing to Dubai, but the plane circled aimlessly and the staff only spoke Turkish, leaving us confused and scared. Unexpectedly, we landed in Izmir due to a storm, with no explanation provided in a language we understood. The treatment upon landing was awful, as we were crammed into a room with no amenities, just inadequate food.
After enduring these conditions for over 16 hours, we finally made it to Istanbul but couldn't find a Dubai flight. Changing tickets took over four hours, leading to physical pain and more waiting. We reached Dubai three days later than planned, deeply dissatisfied with Turkish Airlines. I am requesting a full ticket refund and acknowledgment of the distress caused. The passport numbers for my children are: AL (JZ[redacted]) and DL (DX[redacted]), and for myself, NB (QP[redacted]). The flight number from Casablanca to Istanbul was TK0618.

I am Dr. Azad A. Haleem, an assistant professor of pediatrics at the College of Medicine, University of Duhok. I frequently use your airline for my travels. On Monday, 12-09-22, while transiting from Sweden to Erbil via Istanbul on flight number [redacted], I encountered an unfortunate situation. A person requested cash to purchase tickets to Erbil, and I kindly agreed to assist. I accompanied him to Gate A at 11:45 p.m., where your employee declined to sell him a ticket due to the late hour and full bookings, offering a flight the next morning instead.
Regrettably, I gave the individual $[redacted], trusting his promise to return the money in Erbil. However, the person, named Sami and reachable at +44 7[redacted]66, has blocked my calls since then. I acknowledge my error in helping him.
I have two inquiries:
1. Can you verify if he travelled to Erbil?
2. Can you assist in locating him based on CCTV footage showing the exchange at 11:45 p.m. on Monday, 12-09-22?

Hello, I recently made a flight reservation from Malta to Tallinn in Estonia. This will be my first time traveling with my cat, and I could use some assistance. My cat is microchipped, has a passport, and has received all necessary vaccinations, including rabies. She weighs approximately 5.6kg, and with the carrier, the total weight is over 6kg. The total travel time will be around 14-15 hours, with an 8+ hour layover in Istanbul.
