Hello, I am writing on behalf of Felor Shakiba. I purchased a ticket with Turkish Airlines for a flight from Tehran, Iran to Los Angeles, USA on May 29th to receive my green card. However, I was informed by my travel agency that Turkish Airlines canceled the flight due to the coronavirus. I urgently need to be in Los Angeles to receive my green card by July 22nd, as indicated in my passport copy enclosed with this email. I kindly request Turkish Airlines to assist me in rebooking my flight with them or an alternative airline to ensure I reach Los Angeles before July 22nd. Your prompt attention and resolution to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please inform me of your decision at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Good morning,
I made a flight reservation from Cape Town, South Africa, with stops in Istanbul and Montreal, heading to Calgary on May 19th. My reservation number is THKCHE(TK) and my booking number is MES64R. I printed out my ticket. However, I received an email stating that the booking was incomplete due to the payment not being received, even though the payment had been confirmed during the initial booking. Am I still able to keep the booking and make the payment?
Sincerely,
Walter H.

Hello, my name is Richard Poulin. I had a return ticket from Delhi to Montreal, Canada for April 17, which was cancelled due to the lockdown. A couple of weeks ago, I was issued a new return ticket to Montreal for June 5 by a Turkish Airlines call center agent in Turkey. However, there was no flight on June 5. I am currently stranded in a hotel near the Delhi airport, which is quite stressful for me. I urgently need to get back home. Could you please provide information on when there will be a flight available to Montreal? I am eager to be on the first flight out of India. I would appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you in advance. My customer ID is VDRTTF.

I am inquiring about potential flights between Heathrow and Istanbul for a medical procedure I must attend in July/August. The hospital in Istanbul mentioned that I could use Turkish Airways for this trip but advised that I would require a letter from them verifying the medical nature of my journey. I seek confirmation on whether this information is accurate to avoid any potential issues boarding due to restrictions on UK travelers. Can you please verify if having the hospital's letter stating the medical purpose of my travel will allow me to fly to Istanbul from Heathrow? Thank you.

In March [redacted], I bought a ticket online from Paris to the US for $[redacted]. However, upon reaching the airport, I was informed that my ticket was for that morning. I agreed to pay a $[redacted] penalty to rebook but was then told I couldn't board the plane due to my previous travel to the Middle East. Consequently, I lost $[redacted]. I later purchased a new ticket from a different airline to return home. I disputed the initial $[redacted] payment and penalty with Wells Fargo. Recently, Turkish Airlines responded to Wells Fargo's provisional refund by paying back the $[redacted] for the unboarded flight. I am awaiting the $[redacted] to be returned to my account promptly. Thank you, A.Z.

Dear Turkish Airlines Team,
I wanted to express my gratitude for providing a voucher to re-book the return journey for flight T5BGVI, originally booked through Mytrip with reference L3ACJF, affected by a coronavirus cancellation.
I am looking to secure the earliest available flight from Manado, Indonesia, to Kyiv, Ukraine, for Mariia Avilova, who was unable to return due to the cancellation and subsequent border closures. As the original booker, I am eager to facilitate her return home as soon as possible.
As per your website, the earliest available flight seems to be on 2 July [redacted]. Kindly assist me in booking Mariia on this flight or the soonest one thereafter.
I have reached out to Mytrip, per their instructions, but was advised to contact Turkish Airlines directly for the re-booking process.
Attempting to reach your UK office has proven unsuccessful. Could you please respond to this email or contact me at the provided number, +[redacted]23?
Thank you for your assistance.
Warm regards,
Carla Pickering

Subject: Correction Needed on Ticket Booking
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently booked an online ticket from Rome to KHI for July 6th, [redacted]. While filling out the form, I made a slight mistake in my first name. My full name is MUHAMMAD SHAHBAZ UR RAHiM.
First Name: Muhammad Shahbaz ur
Last Name: Rahim
I mistakenly wrote Muhamaad instead of Muhammad in my first name. I tried contacting the online website, but they have not responded due to the current situation with COVID-19. I kindly request to correct this small error by changing just the first two letters in my first name from Muhamaad to Muhammad.
I am a student returning to my country due to COVID-19, and I cannot afford the modification fee. I have attached my passport for verification.
Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Muhammad Shahbaz ur Rahim

After waiting 45 minutes to get through to Turkish Airlines, I required special assistance as I am disabled with a walking problem. They normally allocate seats near the front and by the window for disabled passengers, but the lady I spoke to did not seem to understand my needs, possibly due to language barriers. I will be traveling from Heathrow to Istanbul, Istanbul to Bodrum, Bodrum to Istanbul, and Istanbul back to Heathrow. Can you assist me with ensuring I have the appropriate seating arrangements for my condition? Thank you.

I have a research inquiry regarding flights in August from Manchester Airport (UK) to Ataturk Airport, and then from Ataturk Airport to Chisinau, Moldova. The UK government doesn't recommend flights to Moldova, but I need to visit my family there.
I am curious about the airline policies if any of the Manchester to Chisinau flights are canceled or significantly delayed. I presume I would receive a refund, but due to the current situation, airlines may decide on flights last minute, leaving passengers little time to adjust. I would like to know Turkish Airlines' policy for cancellations or delays for these flights and if they provide accommodations in Ataturk if needed.
I hope the airline also informs passengers promptly about any changes to allow us to make alternative arrangements. Thank you for your assistance.

My husband is scheduled to fly out of NYJFK on August 2, [redacted], to Istanbul. He received an email informing him of a flight time change, which he was okay with. When he called to select a seat, he requested to speak to someone fluent in Turkish but was informed no Turkish speaker was available. The representative mentioned his original flight was canceled and additional charges of $56.00 per way were required, plus extra fees for a window seat. After considering, he revisited the issue by calling another number later in the day where a different, more helpful individual assisted him without any further charges. We are concerned about the initial conversation where it seemed like an attempt to request more money for the ticket. Despite providing my credit card details, we emphasized not to process any payment until we confirmed. Now we are vigilant and monitoring our transactions daily.

I received a job appointment notification from Turkish Airlines on Monday, July [redacted] via email. The email outlined conditions such as obtaining an Employment Expatriate Quota Approval Certificate. The attachment included the employment letter and a visa application form. I was instructed to sign the last page of the employment letter as a contract agreement and submit the filled visa form to the Ministry of Labour and Social Security "E-Devlet" for processing the certificate necessary for my visa/trip. The company address provided for the job is Turkish Airlines, Incorporation, located in Istanbul, Turkey. For further clarification and to ensure everything is in order, I may need to reach out to the relevant authorities.

Hello Turkish Airline,
I am writing to address the delays during my recent flight from Istanbul to Tel-Aviv. The flight number was TK7710 on 30/07/[redacted], and my ticket number is [redacted][redacted]. My name is Basheer Snouno. We were asked to change planes due to a technical problem, causing us to arrive three hours later than scheduled. As a result, I had to pay double the amount of $[redacted] for a taxi and reached the hotel at 4 am, missing out on a night's stay. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience caused by the airline.
Please feel free to reach out if you require more information. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

Hello, I need some advice. My family has three bookings for a flight to Dalaman on September 3rd with the following reference numbers:
1. R4CG5U: Frank & Margaret Whisken
2. T3IP5D: Tyler Francis Jack Daniel Whisken
3. S27UKZ: Donna Willis, Raiah Lilian Rosina Ray, Wynter Elsie Kehlani Ray
We received an email notifying us of flight time changes, which is fine. I would like to confirm:
(a) Are our bookings still valid without needing further confirmation?
(b) When can we check in online for these flights?
I've been struggling to reach someone for weeks now as the departure date is approaching. The phone lines are unresponsive, and it has been frustrating trying to get updates. Your assistance in clarifying this would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Frank Whisken

I booked a one-way business class flight with Turkish Airlines for two people from Sharm el Sheikh to Dublin. Due to our country's travel restrictions changing frequently, we had to cancel as Lebanon and Egypt were not allowed. Turkish Airlines changed the flight times (not the date) multiple times, resulting in long layovers. Despite booking with free cancellation, I only received a refund of [redacted] euros out of the total [redacted].86 euros. I presume this is related to Covid and international regulations. We had a pleasant business class experience with them last year to China and had planned to continue yearly, but this refund situation has left me dissatisfied. The pandemic has put a financial strain on us as well, given our own business challenges. I hope Turkish Airlines can assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.

During my trip from Moscow, Russia to Dhaka, Bangladesh via Istanbul, Turkey on August 6, [redacted], an incident occurred with my hand luggage. Upon boarding, the air hostess informed me that my bag was not allowed in the cabin and stated they would keep it until Istanbul. However, upon arrival in Istanbul, I was told that my luggage had been transferred to the cargo hold without providing any identification tags. Upon reaching Dhaka, I was unable to locate my bag and filed a written complaint at the airport. Despite these efforts, I have not received any response from Turkish Airlines regarding the missing luggage. The bag contained valuables, so I am hopeful that the airline authorities will assist me in recovering it.
