Hello,
I recently bought a Carry On Luggage from Tumi at Changi airport, Singapore less than 24 hours ago. Specifically, I got the 19 Degree Aluminium Continental Degree bag. Within just 8 hours of having the bag, I noticed numerous scratches on it. I spent over SGD 12++ on this bag, and I'm truly disappointed with the purchase. While I own other Tumi bags that I adore, this particular one seems like a poor investment. I'm quite surprised by the low quality of this bag as I always associated Tumi with excellent design, durability, and quality.
It's disheartening to see the rapid wear and tear on a premium brand item like this. I feel like this bag is not meant for practical use but rather for display purposes only. It's frustrating to think that any trip I take will result in more scratches on the bag. This feels like a waste of money.
