In [redacted], I sold my house for $[redacted],[redacted] with one acre of land. Recently, I discovered that the same house with one acre is listed for $[redacted],[redacted], which was quite surprising. I can't help but wonder if the buyer knew they were getting a great deal, making me feel like I might have been taken advantage of in the sale. It took seven months to sell initially, and it required a lot of work. After switching to a different real estate agent, the house sold quickly. The address is [redacted] Pheasant Dr. N., Hampton, PA [redacted]. On Zillow, it shows the house sold for $[redacted],[redacted] in March [redacted], but my realtor claims it sold at a lower price in [redacted]. When I checked with the courthouse, they couldn't find any records, which is suspicious to me. This situation is really bothering me, and I would appreciate any insights or advice.

The mobile home situated in Tropicana Village at [redacted] Southeast 47th Court, Belleview, Florida, underwent a mold inspection on July 22, [redacted], due to my mother renting it on March 29, [redacted], and developing mold-related health issues. The mold inspector classified the house as a condition 3 mold, making it uninhabitable. A report from Air Spec advised my mother to vacate the premises until it was re-inspected. Concerningly, the owner is attempting to sell the house without addressing the mold issue or obtaining re-inspection and remediation. This poses a health risk to potential buyers. If no action is taken, I am considering notifying Channel 9 News for public awareness.

I contacted your broker, Arnold Sobral, as we agreed to meet on Friday to view two properties. However, he has been unresponsive and is not returning my calls. I suspect there may be age discrimination involved, as he is the only broker for the three properties we discussed in Farmingville and Coram. Despite his assurance that he selects tenants, we have not had the chance to even fill out an application after our phone conversation. I have encountered two issues that I've already informed you about. Your initial response was to have a technician contact me, but they wanted to charge a fee. This doesn't inspire much confidence in your services, however, I'm willing to give it another try. The first issue is regarding the search function, where when I input a city such as Waynesboro, PA, it only displays a small dot without an option to expand the search to a larger area. Although I can zoom in or out, the boundary on the map remains unchanged. Other platforms allow either inputting a radius in miles or drawing a custom boundary. The second problem is that often it indicates no results in the area, but I later find them through different means. This happens about 98% of the time, leading to a lack of user-friendliness and wasted time despite my familiarity with computers.

There was a house listed for rent on Craigslist located at 20 Meyer Ave, POK NY, which I am very familiar with. The rent was listed at $[redacted] a month, which immediately seemed suspicious. After reaching out to a neighbor who got in touch with John Mullin, the actual owner of the house, I confirmed that it was indeed a scam. I was interested in potentially renting this beautiful Cape Cod house with an option to buy, as it aligns perfectly with what I am looking for. Despite feeling a connection to the house, deep down, I sensed it was too good to be true due to the low price. The scammer used legal terms and tactics to make it seem legitimate.
