I recently attempted to inquire about a property by clicking the "call" button, and the interaction was unsettling. The woman who answered was hostile and rude. I was simply asking about open houses when she began berating me, thanked me abruptly, spoke over me, and hung up. This was my first experience using Trulia to buy a property, and I am unsure if it is the best option for respectful customer service. All I seek is dignity and respect during this significant investment. The "realtor" in question is Laura Rossinow from Keller Williams in Newton, MA.

Numerous complaints have been filed with the BBB against this company, with over 30 reports of them taking application fees deceptively and denying applications despite claiming not to perform credit checks. They assured me no credit check was needed, offered to waive the deposit and application fee if I paid the first month's rent immediately.
