I am experiencing an issue with Trulia regarding my father's estate being listed as a foreclosure. I, as the personal representative of the estate, need to address this error. The property in question is [redacted] Lake Drive, Hillsdale, MI [redacted]. It was never in foreclosure status but was being sold via public auction on April 18, [redacted]. I am disappointed that Trulia's listing negatively impacted the auction outcome. I have saved the online information and will be sharing it with the estate's lawyer. I hope Trulia can correct this mistake promptly and ensure accurate property listings in the future for a more reliable and professional service. A representative from Trulia can contact me at [redacted] to discuss this matter further.

Hello,
I am reaching out on behalf of Melissa Macfadyen from the Douglas Elliman Brentwood office regarding the listing at [redacted] Glenn Ave, Santa Monica, [redacted]. There seems to be an inaccuracy in the bathroom count on Trulia, where it is listed as 2.5 baths instead of the correct 4 (3 full and 1 half baths).
Unfortunately, we do not have direct access to the syndicated sites. I have already sent three emails to Trulia requesting this correction but have not received a response yet. I am seeking assistance in rectifying this error. Could you help with making this correction, or could you provide guidance on who to contact for this necessary change?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Heidi Tejeda

I am the owner of [redacted] Harrow Lane, Poway, CA 92[redacted]. The home is currently listed with Orenstein at Keller Williams. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. My experience with Keller Williams - Orenstein was unpleasant. Thank you, Rita L. Rast.

I am still in need of help. It is frustrating that there is no one available to assist with this issue. This delay is preventing me from listing the property for the owner who resides abroad. I am considering taking legal action if necessary. I would appreciate prompt assistance to rectify the address error on the listing and transition it from a room for rent to renting the entire house. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you for your prompt attention. - Barbi B.

Hello, I received a call from an agent named Jennifer Mitson yesterday regarding a property I had marked. Although I didn't reach out to anyone, she was insistent on getting me pre-qualified for this specific property, which isn't my top choice at the moment. After some research, it appears she might be associated with just this one property. Interestingly, I found info on Jennifer Coleman linked to the property, who closely resembles her. I am puzzled about how she obtained my number. This mobile home's estimated worth is $[redacted], yet it's listed at $99,[redacted]. Given its age and size, this seems off. I feel uneasy about this situation and suspect possible ulterior motives. Can you investigate this further? Thank you.

Hello Trulia, I am the homeowner of 64 Harold Road, Farmington, CT [redacted]. I noticed that the square footage listed on your site for my property is incorrect. The accurate size should be [redacted] sq.ft., not including the 2 car garage. I appreciate your help in correcting this as I value your website over others. Being a licensed property inspector in CT, I refer to Trulia often. I believe updating the square footage could potentially impact the listing price positively. I am considering listing my home on your site in less than a month and would appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, L. Baier (Owner)

I had a disappointing experience with a property management company that charged me for a credit report for a rental application at 951s Taylor St Hemet, CA. Heather, who I dealt with, never received my report, so I had to send her my information via email. Unfortunately, she never submitted the credit report to the owner, resulting in us not being able to rent the property. This was not only unfair and potentially illegal but also negatively impacted my credit score. I have documentation like emails and texts to support my claims. I am seeking a full refund of the $30 application fee and a request for the removal of the credit inquiry from my report. The application was intended for both my husband, GN, and myself, but it seems only his credit was checked. Therefore, I am reaching out on his behalf as well. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

My house, located at [redacted] Homestead Lane, Garfield, KY [redacted], is incorrectly listed as foreclosed and for sale on your website. This misleading information has endangered the safety of my family, including my young child. Strangers have been coming to my home at all hours, snooping around the property, and going through my personal belongings. I have contacted the lien holder and sought legal counsel to address this issue. I demand that the listing be removed promptly to prevent further intrusion on our privacy. In response to this situation, I am taking measures to enhance security, including installing an alarm system and posting no trespassing signs. Failure to rectify this situation immediately may result in legal action for damages incurred due to this inaccurate listing.

I am currently selling my house on Trulia at [redacted] Stigers Rd, Andover, VT. The issue is that the map link on my listing is incorrect. It shows the location at the intersection of Stigers Rd and Simonsville Rd/Route VT 11, where there is a different house and more traffic than my quiet mountain view location. Please adjust the map to show the correct location, which is a bit over a mile further up Stigers Rd past the two other houses for sale. I worry that potential buyers might be deterred due to this mapping error. I'll be on the lookout for your email confirmation. Thank you.

I found inaccurate information about my home on Trulia. My property was not foreclosed on, contrary to what is listed. The mortgage company provided a loan modification, which we accepted and have been diligently making payments. The listing suggesting the bank took ownership and the foreclosure estimate of $[redacted],[redacted] are incorrect. The property was removed from the Sheriff's sale, and we are eager to move forward without misinformation affecting our reputation. Please correct this misleading data. Thank you.

Hello Trulia,
I noticed that my property at [redacted] Highland Ave in Winchester MA [redacted] is listed as in foreclosure on your site. I have legal documents showing this is incorrect. It's crucial to have this information updated for accuracy.
My daughter faced bullying last year, and with school starting soon, I want to address this issue promptly. I am currently in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and have reached an agreement with my mortgage servicer, making fixed rate payments as requested for years. I have proof of the payment and no pending foreclosure actions.
Could you please provide guidance or a link on how to correct this error?
Thank you,

I noticed that the information on your website regarding a property is incorrect. I have sent several email requests asking to cease and desist and to remove it from public view. According to Florida Statutes [redacted], the property owner is protected from public access. The incorrect information has led to harm for the property owner as multiple members of the public have trespassed, thinking the property is bank-owned and foreclosed, and some have been arrested. If this is not rectified promptly, it may continue.
This is the final attempt to resolve this issue amicably. If no action is taken, we will involve legal representation and pursue this matter fully within the bounds of the law to obtain all possible damages. We kindly ask for your immediate attention and resolution to this grievous situation. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service from Trulia and Zillow. I have encountered numerous dead ends while trying to seek help. After sending my rep an email with the requested information to fix one of my many issues, it was returned undeliverable as the rep is no longer with the company. Despite my efforts to find alternative ways to get assistance, I have had no luck. I feel helpless and disappointed in the way this company is managed. I pay a significant amount each month for unsatisfactory service. Many other realtors are experiencing the same problems. I am considering sharing my experience on a public blog to inform others about the challenges of getting help with these platforms. I have refrained from canceling my monthly payments out of frustration, but I am now contemplating taking that step to see if it prompts any communication from the company.

I am requesting the removal of my home listing from Trulia. The address is [redacted] Helmandale in Franklin, MI [redacted]. The listing falsely claims there is mold in the basement, which is not true as we had it tested and removed years ago. Our basement is now a cozy space for family gatherings, not a moldy area. This misinformation has deterred me from selling the house this year. I am contemplating seeking legal advice due to the negative impact this inaccurate information has had on me and my property. There are others encouraging me to take action as well, stating that Trulia has a reputation for causing harm to homeowners and real estate agents. I believe no one should be immune from being held accountable for spreading false information.

I am seeking a refund for a recent Trulia account purchase. My name is Michelle Wilbourn, and I signed up for a Trulia account for my husband, Daniel Mays Jr, and myself. We paid $29.99 each, totaling around $60.00. We were prompted to upgrade after contacting a landlord through Trulia, who then redirected us back to apply in person, charging an additional $90.00 for the application fee. It seems the paid account did not offer the benefits we expected, as landlords prefer in-person applications with additional fees. Since most rentals do not utilize the Trulia application process, we are unsure of the value we received for our payment.

I am still struggling with an unresolved issue. GetHuman incorrectly claimed they resolved it, but the problem persists. My address, 39 Cedar Rd., East Northport, NY [redacted], is causing me distress. I am 65, disabled, live alone, and strangers are showing up at my home, misled by a false rental listing on Trulia. Please remove the fake apartment listing associated with 39 Cedar Rd, East Northport, NY [redacted]. If not resolved, I may need to seek help from my local TV station. Thank you.

I am a 65-year-old woman living alone. Recently, I discovered that Trulia has listed my address with a fraudulent advertisement showcasing photos of a non-existent apartment for rent. Despite my efforts to address this issue with Trulia and Get Human, the problem persists. Strangers are showing up at my door due to this false listing, causing me to feel unsafe in my own home. I urge a legitimate company to intervene and compel Trulia to remove this misleading information and unauthorized images from their platform. My address is 39 Cedar Road, East Northport, NY [redacted]. Trulia's customer service number for my case is #[redacted], but their responses are inadequate. Kindly assist me in resolving this distressing situation promptly. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your interest in resolving the issue. I have been advertising my rental property on Zillow for the past two years, typically receiving inquiries from Trulia. However, since August 1st, I have noticed a shift. While I have received around 25 inquiries from Zillow and about 20 from Hotpads, I have not received any from Trulia.
To investigate, I conducted a test by sending a tour request to my ad on Trulia. Despite not seeing the tour requests in my inbox (including spam folders), I received an email from Trulia indicating a different unit in my building, unit [redacted], was receiving the tour requests meant for my unit, [redacted]. Their rental price is $[redacted] while mine is $[redacted], and I suspect they are unknowingly receiving messages intended for me.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could examine this issue further. Thank you for your assistance.
