I accidentally placed my phone in my back pants pocket and covered it with my shirt while walking my dog. I didn't notice it fell out until later when I couldn't find it in my purse. I retraced my steps, had a friend help me call it, and even put up flyers, but it's nowhere to be found. I suspect it might have been taken by someone in our complex. I couldn't reach out earlier because I had no phone. I will try to borrow one to contact you. I hope I can still keep my current number despite losing the phone, as I have had to change it multiple times due to hacking issues in the past.

Since I received my STRATUS device, I have experienced issues with charging my phone. Sometimes the charging process would start and then abruptly stop. Being a new phone owner, I initially assumed the problem was with me. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the charger does not plug in properly due to it being too far into the phone's port. I attempted using a different charger with a longer plug, but it also failed to connect correctly. When consulting my son, he indicated that the issue seems to be a factory defect as the plug is situated too high in the phone, preventing it from charging correctly. It's frustrating as I haven't mishandled the device. Occasionally, I can manage to secure a partial connection with the longer charger, but it necessitates me holding it in place, causing discomfort. Hello, I am Sirjoh Harrison and I am experiencing issues with my Truconnect phone, Drive 2 X455. Recently, the phone has completely stopped working and at times doesn't turn on. Last week, I could only dial out, but the other person couldn't hear me. I attempted to use a headset and speakerphone but still couldn't have a conversation. Additionally, online services have been inaccessible for a few months. When contacting customer service today, I was unable to communicate due to a technical issue. I would like to cancel my service with TruConnect. I have been experiencing issues with my phone since I received it. Despite contacting customer service via email and phone multiple times, I still have a phone with service but it is not usable. I wish to cancel my service and return to my regular tele service with AT&T, leaving this Lifeline program behind. I am greatly dissatisfied with the customer service provided by your company. I need assistance with completing my application. While trying to finish it, the website sent me back to the beginning after I saved it. I was at the part where I needed to upload my benefits program proof with National verifier. Clicking the link in my email prompted me to start over, indicating my email is in use. Can you provide a link to resume my application? Furthermore, I applied for Qlink while waiting for Truconnect, but ended up receiving a Truconnect phone first. Upon activating it and returning the Qlink phone, my Truconnect account was canceled. Now, I'm in need of a new SIM card.

I ordered a True Connect phone cam that was supposed to come in the mail. I waited patiently, but it did not show up. Upon checking my email, it informed me that it had shipped and arrived but was reported as active and in use without my knowledge. It seems like it was stolen from the mail. I kindly request a replacement with my information removed from the existing account. Could you please send the new one to a different address? I intend to sign up for another phone and have it shipped to a separate address. I would appreciate it if you could update the details on the computer system accordingly. Thank you.

My friend and I both own True Connect phones. Unfortunately, my screen cracked, and I can't unlock it because the 1 button doesn't work, which is the third number in my unlock code. Joseph Gilbertson let me borrow his True Connect, and I switched my SIM card into it hoping to access my information. However, now his phone won't work for calls and shows my name and a different number. When I call, it just goes to voicemail. I didn't mean to disrupt his service. I just need help fixing it so he can use his phone again. If possible, could you send me a replacement phone because this is my only means of communication now.

I signed up for a service, received and activated my phone, and used it for a little over a month. Then the phone started showing "no service available" or similar errors. I've been trying to call for over a month, but I keep getting disconnected after being on hold for over an hour. Unfortunately, my phone got stolen, so I urgently need my service reactivated and a replacement phone. I'm also interested in a free tablet if possible. I ordered a True Connect phone through the government service for a free phone plan with unlimited talk, text, and data. The White Cloud phone was supposed to be delivered to a temporary address. However, after it was marked as delivered, I asked the recipients, but they claim they never received it. It seems like my package has been lost or stolen. I now need assistance in reordering the phone and service. Is it possible to arrange for me to pick it up from the post office instead of having it delivered to an address?

I did not finish filling out an application with TruConnect for their services. I chose a different wireless company that offers a phone and tablet combination plan that suits my needs. TruConnect should not have cancelled my service and enrolled me without consent. Please cancel the application for services and leave me be. The resolution to this problem is to cancel the service you signed me up for.

I need to report an issue concerning an employee named Willie. He has not been cooperative when I asked to cancel my service. Despite his assurances, my account was not canceled as promised. Willie's behavior during my recent interaction was unprofessional, and I no longer trust him. I fear he might misuse my personal information. For safety reasons, I urgently request that my account be terminated. This incident has affected my access to my Safelink phone, which I believe has been compromised. I am extremely frustrated with TruConnect. I received my phone three weeks ago, but despite multiple calls to customer service and two attempts with your agent to reinsert the SIM card, the issue remains unresolved. After waiting on hold for an hour during my last call before disconnecting, I am dissatisfied with the lack of service. After three weeks without resolution, I feel misled. All I want is to cancel my service and move forward.

The service from this wireless company is incredibly frustrating. I recently experienced a sudden loss of phone service without any warning. I am now unable to make calls or send texts, and the only option is to use Wi-Fi hotspots for internet access. This situation is very inconvenient as my phone is my primary means of communication. I urgently need my service restored to stay connected with my employer and family. It's baffling why my service was abruptly disconnected, and I hope the company can rectify this promptly.

I received my SIM card with my old phone number from True Connect. I want to set it up, but it seems I can't simply insert the new SIM and have it work right away. I've already shared my old PIN and other info with someone, believing I could use the new SIM. I've tried to reach True Connect but faced long hold times and couldn't speak to anyone. I hope to get help here to successfully port my old number to my True Connect phone.

On July 4th, I accidentally misplaced my phone. Luckily, I found it nestled between the sofa's armrest and cushion. A Customer Service representative in Rialto, CA assisted me in getting my phone back in working order on July 5th. The next day, my phone displayed "emergency calls only," prompting me to return to seek further assistance, only to find the representative was unavailable. The True Connect store, nearby on the corner of Riverside and Baseline, was closed, instructing me to contact customer service at 1-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall the name of the person who helped me earlier. Given the importance of my phone for work matters and in my current homeless situation, I rely on it greatly. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for providing this valuable service, especially considering the lack of available phone booths.

I am Valerie L. I am feeling extremely frustrated. Your company mistakenly charged me double for a total of $[redacted]. Despite contacting you three times over nearly two weeks, I have not received a refund. The phone I purchased is also not functioning correctly. I have tried reaching out but haven't been able to get any resolution or my money back. I need the initial $86 charge and the duplicate charge of $86 refunded as promised. I am considering seeking legal advice if I do not receive a satisfactory response soon as I have been told multiple times that the refund was processed but have not seen it reflected in my account.

I applied for ACP in early July but have yet to receive my unlimited data. It's now August 9th, and despite calling multiple times over the past month, my ACP has not been applied to my account. Every time I call, I am told to wait 2 business days, but it has been a whole month with no resolution. I've spoken to supervisors Brian, Francis, and Cindy, but even they couldn't help. I am eager to speak to someone in charge or from corporate because although the government believes I am receiving benefits through ACP, TruConnect has not applied it to my account. This situation seems like a scam as TruConnect is not fulfilling their agreement with the government by accepting applications but not providing the service.

After 6 months, I am still unable to use my free mobile data. The settings for mobile networks appear blank, preventing me from accessing mobile hotspots or utilizing my mobile data when I'm away from home, even though my phone number is linked. I've tried reaching out for assistance but faced communication difficulties with the representative I spoke to previously. This issue has been ongoing for 6 months now.

I recently ordered a phone for my mother, Onica D., who is currently struggling financially. Unfortunately, I accidentally left her phone on top of the car and the screen got shattered. I am dealing with an ex who won't leave me alone. Despite promises to change, his behavior continues to bother me. He calls at all hours, has others contact me, and it's taking a toll on my health. This is the second time I've changed my number, but I need it to be the last. I'm considering pressing charges because his actions don't match his words. Changing my number again is crucial for me to break free from this situation. I'm exhausted and need to move away to escape him.
