I recently purchased two gallons of Organic Coconut Oil under Order # [redacted]. Upon receiving the shipment, I noticed one gallon was securely placed in a plastic zip lock bag inside the interior shipping box, while the other gallon was not. Unfortunately, the gallon without the plastic bag leaked during transit, resulting in spillage inside and outside the boxes. As a registered nurse, I prioritize cleanliness and am now hesitant to use the leaked coconut oil due to the risk of contamination. I have been a long-time customer and have never encountered such an issue with your products before. I kindly request a replacement for the leaking gallon and can return the damaged one if needed.
