I spent an hour on the phone trying to use my credit to book a flight. The first person I talked to was difficult to understand. The next representative was slightly better. It shouldn't have taken this long for such a simple task. Additionally, the second person claimed she couldn't hear me well, even though I could hear her clearly.
She presented me with options and then revoked them. It seemed like they were uncertain about how to handle my request and just passing the phone around to see if I would give up.

I arrived to collect my rental car only to discover it was an electric vehicle. Unsure of how to operate it or charge it, the rental company insisted on an additional $50 per day for a gas vehicle. Despite my reluctance and explanation, they offered no other solutions. In the end, after a heated discussion, they declined renting to me at all. Left with no choice, I had to visit Enterprise and pay the regular price for a rental car for my entire trip since Hertz refused to accommodate me.
