On February 17th, [redacted], I placed an order for bedding with order no. [redacted][redacted]. I received the merchandise but it was too large for my bed, so after packing it for return, I found out it would cost $71.00. Due to recent hand surgery, I had no choice but to pay for the return. I am upset because the customer service representative only mentioned a possible discount on shipping if I had called prior to return, which was not clearly stated in the provided information. If I had known, I would have called first. This situation has left me very frustrated, and I will not be making another purchase. I request a discount or reimbursement for the shipping charges.

I purchased a bedspread and matching shams from Touch of Class. When I realized it was too large for my bed, I tried to return it but was shocked by the $71.00 return shipping charge. Despite my recent hand surgery making it challenging to handle, I had to pay. Customer service informed me that the charge could have been reduced to $20 if I had called them before sending the items back, a detail not mentioned in the return policy. I request the return shipping fee be lowered to $20 to rectify the situation. If not resolved, I will cease shopping at Touch of Class and inform my acquaintances about the issue.

I recently received my order for Table Accessories (#[redacted]) that I bought as a gift for my girlfriend. However, I realized she already has a white Christmas tablecloth. I've already purchased the Holly Ribbon Collection Tablecloth and Placemats and would like to return my previous order for a refund. I'll send the items back to you. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received the "Dogs and Cats Watching Santa" lighted canvas Wall Art, Item# AJ34 MW CV before Thanksgiving. Despite struggling to open the battery case, I managed to insert brand new Duracell batteries. However, upon noticing a burning plastic smell, I found the batteries overheating and had to remove them with a knife. I contacted Customer Service and was assured a replacement would be sent. I hope this was an isolated incident as I really like the product. It might be wise to investigate further to prevent any potential fire hazards. Thank you, Joan M.

I received the "Dogs and Cats Watching Santa Canvas Wall Art" (EM[redacted]6) the day before Thanksgiving. However, when trying to open the plastic battery box, it was challenging. Eventually, it opened from the top instead of where the arrow indicated. After inserting new batteries, I closed it and attempted to turn it on, only to smell burning plastic. The batteries were overheating, necessitating me to carefully remove them. I contacted Customer Service, who offered to send a replacement or refund. Although hesitant, I may accept a replacement as I like the product. I'm concerned if others have experienced this issue as it could pose a fire hazard. I'm willing to return it if necessary.
