I have a Toro blower model number [redacted] that has served me well. This is the third Toro blower I've owned in the last 12 years, and I have put a lot of hours on this one with continuous use. Recently, after about 20 minutes of operation, I noticed the motor sound slowing down and fluctuating, accompanied by a slight smell. I checked the connections, which were all fine, and upon restarting the blower, it finished the job without any issues. I suspect the motor brushes might be worn out. I'm looking for information on how to replace them but can't find a part number or instructions. Any help with a part number or technical details would be appreciated. -Dave J. [redacted] [redacted]

Last June, [redacted], I bought a Toro SS5000 from Home Depot. Unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with various issues ever since. Initially, the battery failed to start without charging, leading me to buy a new one. Shortly after, the mower belt broke during the 3rd use, and upon inspection, my repairman found all belts dry rotted and had to replace all of them. The misaligned arms make turning difficult, and the carburetor makes inconsistent noises. The solenoid also malfunctioned and needed replacement. While I regret purchasing from Home Depot, my research led me to believe Toro was a reliable brand, though it pales in comparison to my previous Husqvarna. I hoped for a durable product worth the investment, ensuring it lasts for years. I seek a positive resolution to regain faith in Toro and the company. Thank you for your attention.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Toro Timecutter Z5035 with a Kawasaki V-twin, model [redacted]. Initially, the engine starts without issue when the battery is fully charged, but subsequent attempts to start the engine result in slow turnover and a weak sound from the starter motor. Smoke and heat are also present from the starter housing, indicating a potential issue with the charging circuit. I am seeking advice on which parts are likely causing the battery not to charge while the engine is running, so I can inspect, test, and replace the faulty component.

I bought my Toro Time Master at Home Depot a year ago. Shortly after, I had to replace the belt and found loose bolts inside the cover. Now, it needs a new transmission. I purchased this mower due to positive reviews, but it has not proven to be of good quality. I used the Toro website to find local dealers for warranty repairs but after contacting 3, I was told there's a four-week wait! This is too long for me to be without a mower. How can I expedite this process?

I own a Toro [redacted] Ultra blower vac, which is my 5th Toro blower. I have always appreciated Toro's products when they are functioning correctly. However, my concern is that their lifespan seems to be relatively short. Despite using them only once a week for about 30 minutes, even with the Ultra model, it failed in less than 2 years due to motor issues. Regrettably, I could not repair it. I believe Toro should enhance the durability of their blowers to match the quality their brand promises. I have faithfully stuck to Toro, but my patience is waning. I had high hopes for the Ultra to be long-lasting, but sadly, that was not the case. Rest assured, I have tried contacting you through the Gethuman tool multiple times without any response. I hope to hear from you regarding my feedback.

I purchased Toro's top-tier home lawn mower directly from them. Unfortunately, upon attempting to start it, I discovered that the mower was faulty. Despite multiple calls to Toro's customer service, they are insisting on a repair instead of providing a new mower, which seems unfair as it has never been used. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a manager for resolution. Even two Toro dealers I consulted validated that a replacement is warranted rather than a repair. I am seeking contact information for a decision-maker at Toro to address this matter effectively.

I recently purchased a Toro MyRide [redacted] and was excited about its easy oil changes. However, when attempting to change the oil for the first time, I encountered issues removing the oil drain hose. Despite being cautious, the spigot broke off and got stuck in the hose. I am disappointed after investing in this product, to now potentially face additional costs for repairs due to a common issue reported online. I believe Toro should address this problem by implementing a new system for removing the hose and help resolve this issue for customers without extra charges. I wonder if Toro will cover this under warranty.

I purchased a new TimeMaster 30in mower on Wednesday, 06/15/22, with Model [redacted] and Serial [redacted]18. Upon using it for the first time, I noticed an unpleasant metal-on-metal noise coming from under the mower deck when I engaged the blades. It turns out the blades had collided and were damaged on the ends. After filing them to restore the cutting edge, I had to readjust the spindles to align the blades correctly as per the specifications. Although the mower is now functioning properly, I am concerned about the safety of the damaged blades. I kindly request a replacement set of blades and believe this issue should be addressed with the factory's quality control team to prevent it from occurring again. Please contact me at [redacted] if further discussion is needed. Thank you, JTM.

I bought a brand new mower blade assembly including the shaft, bearings, and all related parts for over $[redacted]. After mowing for about two hours, the drive pulley came off because the holes in the aluminum piece were too big at 7/16 instead of 3/8 for the bolts. Now, I am left without a working mower and money wasted. I believe I should not have to buy more parts to fix this issue. Please contact me at [redacted] to help resolve this matter. Thank you.
