Shortly after, I received an email stating my order was canceled due to 'fraudulent' reasons, which left me baffled as I followed all the steps correctly. I have tried contacting you via email multiple times but have not received any response. Please, address this situation promptly. I require assistance proving my identity, obtaining specific details regarding my order status, and if the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund of $39.99. I am in need of urgent help. I messaged the suggested [redacted] number twice and received a generic response. I made a payment for two travel bags on December 2nd thinking they would arrive within 4-7 days as stated on the website. Unfortunately, by December 14th, the bags still hadn't arrived, causing my daughter to miss taking them on her trip. Even if there was a delay with UPS, the misleading shipping time caused inconvenience. If I had known, I would have opted for Amazon Prime with a guaranteed 2-day delivery. I wanted to give your company a chance, but in doing so, I missed the chance to make my daughter happy, under the impression from the advertised 4-7 days free shipping timeframe.
