I have a technical question regarding the features of the Great Courses App for Amazon Fire tablets. I typically enjoy listening to video and audio at a slightly accelerated speed, a feature available on the Great Courses app for cell phones. However, I am struggling to find out how to adjust the playback speed on the Great Courses app for Amazon Fire tablets. Despite reaching out to customer service and receiving a call from technical support, the call got disconnected halfway and I never heard back from them. Thank you for sending me a special offer letter with the priority code [redacted]. Last year, I tried to use the previous code [redacted] on the last effective date, 12/29. Unfortunately, the office was closed due to new business hours. I appreciate the new offer letter, but coincidentally found a catalog with the priority code [redacted] offering the same deal effective on 12/30. This allowed me to still take advantage of the offer. It may be worth considering aligning effective dates with office hours to avoid confusion for customers. I have already provided a positive review for the course. I noticed an error in lesson 27 that needs to be corrected. In the lesson, at 21.40 minutes, Professor Pfehrn provides the correct table for the der word endings. However, at 27.28, there is an error where he mistakenly supplies the table for unpreceded adjectives, claiming it is for der word adjectives verbally. This is incorrect because der word endings are not all the same as unpreceded adjectives, as shown in the correct table at 21.40. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
