I am urgently requesting a Tesla Supercharging Center on the West side of Phoenix. I reside in Vistancia near Happy Valley Rd and Lake Pleasant Rd. In our community of [redacted] homes, there are approximately [redacted] Teslas. The closest superchargers in Glendale at [redacted] (18 miles away) and [redacted]/17 (also 18 miles away) are inconvenient. There's a prime location near the Target at the mentioned intersection that would be ideal for a supercharging center. The [redacted]/17 supercharger has been underperforming, providing only 25-32 kW last week, similar to what I can get at home on my [redacted] charger. West Valley Tesla owners would greatly benefit from a new supercharging station in our area.

I booked the car on September 2nd and noticed there is a great offer available now for a different color option. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach my agent during different hours, causing me to miss out on these offers displayed on the website. I recently bought a Tesla Model 3 in Maryland. Unfortunately, the dealer forgot to sign the MD tax form necessary for me to claim a tax rebate in the state. I have been attempting to contact someone to get the form signed by a Tesla dealer so I can submit it to the state. I have tried emailing the address provided by the Silver Spring Dealer Facility, but unfortunately, they have not responded to my emails for the past two weeks. The facility is more than 2 hours away, and I am hesitant to make the trip. All I need is to have a phone conversation with someone who can help me locate a Tesla dealer to sign the State tax rebate form.

I accidentally ordered two sets of the Tesla portable chargers and wall charger units, as I purchased the wrong model car. The unopened boxes were returned to Tesla via FedEx through the dealership in Lathrop, and they received them on September 12th. While they refunded the portable wall chargers, the more expensive wall chargers have not been refunded 15 days later. Despite multiple emails and a phone call yesterday where I was instructed to wait 3-5 business days, no resolution has been provided. I have all four tracking numbers and pictures of the boxes at the Tesla dealership before they were returned. How can I effectively communicate with someone who can expedite this refund process?

I recently bought a Tesla Model 3 with Enhanced Autopilot, which promised five features: Navigate on Autopilot, Auto Lane Change, Autopark, Summon, and Smart Summon. However, only two features are available: Navigate on Autopilot and Auto Lane Change. Tesla sent me a link to an article from [redacted] stating these features will be available soon, but after two years, they are still not accessible. I feel deceived by Tesla, as they continue to advertise these unavailable features. I am skeptical that these features will ever be added to my car. Tesla's disclaimer stating not all features are available in all areas seems to exclude most parts of the developed world. I urge for a resolution to either remove Enhanced Autopilot and refund the $[redacted] I paid, or refund 3/5 of the cost ($[redacted]) plus sales tax, given the significant amount of incentives applied to this purchase.

My Tesla S is currently at the service center due to a water leak problem. The service representative mentioned that the weather-stripping around the windshield is faulty. However, they are claiming that a chip in the windshield, even though it's smaller than a dime and deemed unnecessary to fix by Safelite, voids the warranty. The chip is unrelated to the weather-stripping issue, and it feels like Tesla is using it as an excuse to avoid addressing the leakage problem. Trying to reach anyone at Tesla by phone is challenging, and their texting system provides unhelpful responses. Can anyone offer advice on how to proceed? Thank you.
