I have a quarterly contract for pest control services. I contacted the company about a wasp nest a week ago, but no one scheduled an appointment. After escalating the issue to the local manager, he ignored it for a week. Last night, he promised another manager would remove the nest between 8-9AM this morning, but no one arrived. The manager doesn't respond to the mobile number he provided. I feel deceived and expect the service I paid for.

The company missed their window on Friday from 12-3, rescheduled for Saturday between 10-2 (later changed to 12-5), causing me to cancel. Now aiming for Monday, which is inconvenient. On 10/01/[redacted], my disabled daughter, who usually oversaw visits, was in the hospital, yet the technician attempted service despite the property being inaccessible. I had a visit from your company today at Best Value Inn located in Leesburg, Florida. Prior to your inspection, another company had identified bed bugs and their eggs and provided an estimate to the owner. During your inspection, I showed your technician the bugs I had collected, and he insisted they were dust mites, contrary to what the doctors confirmed as bed bug bites. Despite my ongoing issue for over three weeks and the presence of skin shedding from a bed bug, your technician quoted a price for treating two rooms for bed bugs. The owner now doubts the presence of bed bugs and may not proceed with treatment. I am in a challenging situation with a severe bed bug infestation and am reaching out for help. Would it be possible to send you a picture for confirmation of the type of bug in question?

Thank you for your response. Through the years, I've been under the impression that my payments to Terminix were for termite prevention. However, I've come to realize I've been paying for an insurance policy that covers damage claims made by customers. I am disappointed that only 9 out of the 22 stations were checked, and that service occurred once a year or upon my complaints, which shouldn't be necessary. The initial agreement was for checks every other month on all 22 stations. As a result, I feel misled and taken advantage of. I believe I'm entitled to a refund for the lack of service provided this past year. Upon Terminex's first visit to address my severe infestation, the technician, Doug, only partially completed the service promised by the salesman, Jason. After expressing my concerns to Charles, the service manager, Doug returned but still fell short. I requested Charles himself to service my house. When he did, he acknowledged Doug's oversight with cobwebs and thoroughly treated my home. Despite my preference for a different technician, Doug returned and again performed inadequately. After another round with Charles, I made it clear I did not want Doug servicing my house. Despite this, Doug showed up unauthorized. Following guidance from Charles, Doug did an acceptable job on that occasion. When it was time for the next service, I was under COVID quarantine. Despite asking for rescheduling, I struggled to contact Jason, Charles, and Amber at the local office, all while seeking a refund as I am unsatisfied with Terminex's service. I am eager to cancel my contract and switch to another company but require a refund first. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to reach anyone in higher management and seek a resolution.

I have been dealing with an issue of having animals in my attic. I paid over $1,[redacted] to have them removed, but the attic was sealed with the animals still inside. Despite rat traps being set, no rats were caught, but two large iguanas were caught by hand. I was told iguana traps would be set, but it hasn't happened. I am concerned that the trapped animals are slowly dying from thirst and worried about the odor and bodily fluids seeping through the ceiling from any dead animals. I have tried calling multiple times a day for weeks, but the phone numbers provided are no longer working. I am wondering if Terminix is still in business and who I should contact to file a claim for this situation.

I discovered a group of drywood termites in my screened porch and found some in both bathrooms. On 6/7, I contacted Terminix customer service but did not receive the promised callback to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. In frustration, I called again today (6/9) at [1-[redacted]]. After being on hold for a while, I finally spoke to a person who abruptly ended the call while I was explaining the issue.

I have been experiencing numerous difficulties trying to schedule a termite bait replacement and have had trouble getting appointments confirmed. Despite being assured that a technician was scheduled, no one showed up repeatedly. I have made several attempts to speak with a supervisor or manager, with no success. I was promised that Manager Anthony Tabacco would reach out to me. My name is Peter D., and my Terminix customer number is [redacted]. When I called on Sunday and requested the operator's name to be spelled, she abruptly ended the call. I have already settled my bill in full. This recurring issue has been ongoing for years. Scheduled appointments are either missed or canceled by Terminix. On Friday, 7/30, I wasted the entire day waiting and speaking with managers, only to be informed that the appointment was rescheduled for 8/16 since I wasn't available earlier. The level of customer service I have received has been extremely disappointing.

I enrolled with Terminix for Termite prevention bait traps but my dog, who loves to dig holes in the yard, ended up digging up most of the traps within just a few days of installation. On Monday, September 20th, a technician unexpectedly arrived at my house, despite no appointment being scheduled. Although I had already prepaid for the service, I allowed him to proceed. In March of this year, we discovered termites in our master bathroom in Leesburg, FL. Terminix verified and treated the active termites, and a claim was filed for the damage. After months of no communication and difficulty reaching the case manager at Broadspire Services, a new manager was assigned. A contractor from Leesburg known to the local office was found to do the repair under Terminix's warranty. Due to the unique shower setup in the bathroom, matching the tile proved challenging, leading to discussions about using Corian. Despite submitting estimates, we haven't received responses from Broadspire, causing delays. My wife, who has mobility issues, has been using an alternative bathroom, putting her at risk. I am extremely upset. When I first contacted Terminix, I mentioned that I and my dog were being bitten and that I suspected it was bed bugs. The technician said it wasn't, but now I've spent a sleepless night with bites all over me, indicating a more severe issue that wasn't addressed. I am requesting a refund for services I started around October 19th. After two weeks without any results, I had them come back, but the roach problem seemed to worsen. I provided negative feedback and was promised a different pest control method, but they never followed through. The issue escalated to the point where a roach was in my bed, and I had to cancel my Thanksgiving dinner plans due to the worsening infestation. I was billed $8,[redacted] for attic insulation by Terminix, although they came to address a rodent issue on the lower level. They removed the foam insulation and replaced it with a material resembling shredded newspaper, making a mess when disturbed. The insulation falls like snow when accessing the attic.
