I reached out to someone last week regarding several issues I reported and have yet to receive a response. The Vapor Barrier remains unfinished, trash was not completely removed from under the house, and the report conflicted by initially stating no indoor animal activity and later adding it was just for termite inspection. I have shared pictures of the multiple oversights. The well installed at the crawlspace access is flooding and the water line now surpasses the installed door. There is a clear rodent infestation, with a skunk family present under the house. The inspection seems incomplete. I request the completion of the vapor barrier and debris removal, reinspection for accurate animal activity, confirmation of support structures, fixing the well to prevent flooding, and either finishing the work hired for or providing the necessary materials to do so myself.

Terminix sold me an expensive dehumidifier on Aug. 8. Despite informing them on Aug. 10 that it was too loud and a disturbance to my husband suffering from cancer and myself, they have not taken it back. I was promised they would investigate with a secret password but I have not received a resolution. After multiple calls between Aug. 8 and 22, I managed to reach the branch manager who assured he would arrange for the dehumidifier to be removed, but hasn't followed through. The manager claims no refund is possible even if they retrieve the unit. Despite my clear request for the dehumidifier to be returned within 24 hours of purchase, the company has failed to act, displaying poor business practices and negligence.

On April 12, I signed a yearly contract with Terminix for mosquito and termite control services, with a monthly charge of $[redacted].12. Following an initial payment on that day, I inquired about my remaining balance on May 2 and was informed it was $[redacted].49. After promptly paying this, I was assured no further charges would occur. A $[redacted].08 debit on May 11 sparked a call to rectify the error and was promised a refund. Despite this, an email on June 10 indicated a $80.69 debit was impending for the same contract. Upon reaching out, it was discovered that my payment had been incorrectly applied to another account that lacked a contract. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, but no follow-up occurred by June 15. Although the BBB stated I still owe $[redacted].71, my records show a payment of $[redacted].38 against the $[redacted].20 total. The discrepancy insists on resolution beyond speaking with customer service representatives.
