I found a more affordable price for Tide at Lowe’s and inquired about price matching at my local Target. Initially told they do price match, I proceeded to shop but was denied the lower price at checkout. Despite following the Price Match policy and remaining considerate throughout, I faced resistance from a manager who refused to honor the price I found. Requesting assistance to resolve this matter and receive the agreed-upon matching deal for the Tide product. The situation became distressing as multiple employees contested the legitimacy of the price match, leading to an unpleasant experience where I felt embarrassed and even cried. I am seeking clarification as to why my request was denied, especially when following the store's guidelines.

I mistakenly entered the wrong email address when placing my order for 2 Oculus VR headsets on Cyber Monday. Each headset was supposed to come with a $50 eGift card, but today I found out that my order was canceled. I have been trying to reach out for assistance since I made the purchase. I, Jean M Crouch, can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] I officially submitted a complaint to Target on 11/17/[redacted]. Since then, I have not received any further communication or a refund. After experiencing a problematic delivery of order # [redacted][redacted] to Londonderry NH, which arrived damaged, I contacted Target. Despite requesting to cancel the order, it was still delivered in a severely damaged condition, leading to a messy situation. Following this, I spoke with another Target representative named Sam, who assured me of a refund. However, after confirming that I had nothing to return, as the items were disposed of due to the damage, I have not received the refund yet. Today, while speaking to Sal, I reiterated my situation and was told that they were waiting for the return, despite explaining that there was nothing to return. This ongoing issue has left me dissatisfied as a loyal customer of Target.

I would like to request to speak with a supervisor. I had a conversation with Brian who only asked for more information without addressing my issue directly. I inquired if I could contact the Burbank branch to authorize the redemption of my Purina cat food coupon, but it seems I am unable to do so. I need to know who is authorized to approve my purchase using your software/hardware. I ordered a gift card during Target's promotion, following the coupon policy stated on the coupon. Each person in my family purchased one as per the promotion guidelines, but Target banned me from ordering without giving a clear explanation. Despite explaining the situation with my family's purchases, customer service failed to investigate further. They mentioned a limit but the coupon specified one per person, not per household. I have been unable to get a satisfactory answer from Target regarding the cancellation of my order.

I'm Chris E. I have contacted multiple representatives about closing both of my accounts. I specifically asked for both accounts to be closed. I have the name of the representative who guaranteed both closures and promised a final statement by mail. However, another week has gone by, and I only received one account closure confirmation. After contacting them again to request the second closure letter, I explained the ongoing issue with receiving it, but no progress has been made. It has now been a month, and the frustration is overwhelming. Although I have previously had good experiences with Target, I am currently dissatisfied with their response to my request. I had a concerning experience with a driver at the Target Distribution Center in Stuart's Draft, VA. After defending myself from a physical threat, I was unexpectedly banned from the center. Unfortunately, I was not given a chance to explain my side of the situation or go through due process. Unlike the Caucasian individual involved, I was not given the same opportunity to share my version of events. Given the location's proximity to the historical race riot in Charlottesville, VA, it is crucial to consider the context of the incident.

I reside in Newton, Mass., where mask compliance is high. During my recent visit to the Bay Area, I observed a similar level of compliance among the locals. However, while shopping in Emeryville, I was disappointed by the lack of mask-wearing at Target, where neither customers nor employees seemed to be enforcing the mandate. In contrast, Trader Joe's in Oakland had all customers wearing masks. The experience at Target has made me decide to avoid the store in the future and advise others to do so as well. It appears that prioritizing profits over people is their approach.

Good morning, I purchased a gift card from Target (Visa Debit) and just discovered that the balance is 0 after a $48.31 transaction on Nov 27 at Target. I am unsure of this transaction and would like assistance clarifying the following: 1. What items were purchased in that transaction? 2. Which Target location was the transaction made at? The card number: 4[redacted] 3[redacted] While $48.31 isn't a significant amount, we use this Visa gift card frequently. If the security of the gift card is in question, we will have to reconsider using it in the future and even return the recently purchased one. I look forward to your response. Hello! I wanted to share my experience at Royal Palm Beach Target and why I avoid shopping there. Every time I visit, I find the music to be too loud and annoying, similar to what you'd hear in youth clothing stores at a mall. It seems like the music is more for the enjoyment of the young employees rather than creating a relaxing shopping environment for customers like me. This issue might exist in other stores as well, but it's the main reason why I don't enjoy spending time or money at Target.

Almost every time I order almond milk from Target online to have it shipped to my home, I receive the item six or more months past the expiration date. This has occurred at least three times. I am confused as to why expired items are being shipped when they should have been discarded or sent out much earlier. There appears to be a lack of organization or someone might be intentionally doing this, or it could be that there are numerous expired almond milks in stock. I am weary of receiving expired goods. When I'm ready to have cereal, I discover the milk is many months past its best by date. I have already been granted a refund, but unfortunately, it cannot be returned using PayPal, which I find inconvenient. I believe I should be able to receive the refund the way I made the payment. I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved to prevent it from happening again. I understand mistakes can happen, but repeating the same errors is not acceptable. Please dispose of expired items promptly or ship them before they expire.

Good evening, my name is Lázaro Santana. I frequently visit this store in Hialeah. Today, at 11:50 PM, when I went to pick up my purchase, which was a DNA testing kit, I decided to park my bicycle outside because it's close by, and I was in a hurry to avoid the medication being sent back. I spoke with the security guard to ask if I could leave it inside, and he agreed. However, upon exiting, I discovered my bike had been stolen. The security guard checked the cameras and confirmed the theft but refused to provide information for a police report. Despite my understanding, he was unhelpful and unprofessional. Hello, I am inquiring about my online order with order number [redacted]01 placed on December 22, [redacted]. I am eager to find out when the items will be available for pickup. Despite Target's website showing the items as in stock at Target Canberra Civic when I made the purchase, I was later informed that some items were unavailable. It's important for employees to wear masks properly, covering both the mouth and nose. Masks worn under the nose are ineffective. Additionally, it's disappointing that store Fort Collins East no longer carries grated Parmesan Cheese. These issues have led me to consider shopping elsewhere instead of at King Soopers.

I purchased a 43-inch RCA TV with Roku from Target for in-store pickup. Upon arrival, I encountered a salesperson who seemed bothered and was curt with customers. Despite pointing out the slightly damaged box, the salesperson reassured me it was fine. However, upon opening the TV on Christmas, we discovered the screen was shattered. This was extremely disappointing as it was a significant gift for my son, who had not received much else. I plan to return the TV to the store and exchange it. I felt the need to share this experience to highlight the issue.

I was given a Threshold Heated Velour Throw as a Christmas gift by my daughter. When I tried it, I didn't feel any heat on the low setting, so I switched it to high and got a painful electrical shock that affected my leg and caused tingling in my arm. I bought a Cuisinart air fryer oven on December 12. Unfortunately, it stopped working on December 27. I initially requested a return through the app, but later realized I no longer had the box. After speaking with a customer service agent named Joseph at target.com, he assured me that I didn't need to return the item and that a replacement would be sent to me as a courtesy. Despite my request for a tracking number, none was provided after two days. When I called back, I was unable to find any record of my previous conversation with Joseph. Despite escalating to a senior specialist, no resolution was reached, leaving me frustrated and unsure of what steps to take next. I'm now waiting for a callback from the supervisor to address the situation and receive the promised air fryer oven.

I personally delivered the information to the store manager, but was told by Customer Service to wait about 25 minutes. I left a cover letter along with other printed information related to Target's policy on pets in stores. Despite leaving my email and personal cell number, I have not received any response from the store manager since that day. The incident involved a non-service dog causing a mess in the store, which led to my disappointment. I chose to report it and leave without purchasing anything. I hope the store addresses this issue to prevent similar incidents in the future. I'm reaching out to understand why this happened and to ensure the store maintains a clean and safe environment for customers.

I've been struggling to log in to the Target website. Despite changing my password multiple times, I still couldn't access my account. When I reached out to Redcard support for assistance, I didn't receive the help I needed. The individuals I spoke with seemed to have trouble understanding my issue and language barrier was a challenge. Unfortunately, after several failed attempts to resolve the login problem, I've decided to stop trying to contact Target altogether.
