I spent nearly an hour online attempting to purchase a mattress topper. The website kept crashing and freezing. When I called customer service to order by phone, they hung up on me twice. The agent quoted $93, but the screen displayed $27.49. Despite my inquiry, she claimed the $27.49 option wasn't available. I asked for the specific $93 item, which turned out to have the same brand and UPC number as the $27.49 one. After a long wait, she provided the UPC number, which matched the $27.49 item. She then abruptly ended the call. Despite being loyal Target customers, this experience has left me very upset.

I recently purchased items from a bridal registry at Target, intending to buy all 8 games for the couple but had to remove some due to availability issues. Eventually, I ordered 5 items from Target and the remaining 3 from Walmart and Amazon. Unfortunately, Target only shipped 4 items on time, with the last one arriving 2 days late for the event. I believe Target should have informed me promptly once they knew about the delay. This oversight led me to purchase the game elsewhere, costing me extra time. Had I been aware, I would have made arrangements differently. I am now hesitant about ordering gifts from Target in the future. I believe I deserve a gift card for the inconvenience caused. My order number was [redacted][redacted]. - C. K.

I bought a 65-inch Roku 4k smart TV on 4/13/19 as a gift for my husband. He was away for work, so we waited until today, 06/08/19, to set it up. When we unpacked it, we found a crack on the screen. I contacted my local Target store #[redacted], and they initially agreed to exchange it based on my purchase date. Upon arriving, I mentioned the phone conversation, but the staff couldn't locate my receipt. Despite my efforts to explain, Vanessa, an employee, refused the return citing the 30-day policy. I requested to speak with the general manager, but the staff gave conflicting information about her availability. This situation was frustrating as I had followed the instructions provided over the phone. I simply want to exchange the TV since it's unused and in its original packaging.

I am 83 years old and have faced challenges shopping at Target since they removed the smaller carts. Despite this, I have remained a loyal customer. Today, I had to put my emotional support dog in the cart in a crowded store due to my health issues, but was confronted by a young employee who rudely insisted the dog couldn't be there, causing me distress. Despite my requests, he showed no compassion and even threatened to dump my dog on the floor. His disrespectful behavior made me feel humiliated and upset. I regret allowing him to provoke me, but his inappropriate remarks have left me deeply upset. As a result, I have decided to stop shopping at Target altogether.

I recently applied for a Target REDcard Debit Card, but encountered a problem with the instant account verification process. Despite completing the security question and confirming the initial two deposits and withdrawals, I only received one deposit and one withdrawal in my account. I've been waiting for two days, hoping the second transaction would show up, but it hasn't. I received an email stating that I need to verify two deposit amounts and one withdrawal to receive my REDcard. How can I proceed when I only received one? Any assistance with this issue would be highly appreciated.

On June 1st, I visited a family member in the area and stopped by Target. I bought a few items including a $15 shoe rack, but when I got home, I realized I didn't have the rack. I contacted the store immediately, and they mentioned they would review the surveillance footage upon my return. Now, a week later, I am at the store waiting for Asset Protection to finish their break to check the cameras. My call and the missing item were not logged, so I am here inconvenienced for a $15 purchase I have the receipt for. It's almost 8 pm, and I will have to drive nearly 50 miles back home. This situation is frustrating, especially considering there is a closer Target in Middletown. I did what was required by calling, and it's disappointing they failed to document it properly.

About a year ago, I enrolled in the Target RedCard program and was delighted with the perks it offered, such as 5% off, free shipping, and promotions with gift card rewards. Shopping online at Target was particularly convenient for me, given the distance to the nearest store. Recently, I noticed changes in the program, specifically regarding the gift card rewards being limited to store pick-up orders, which is not feasible for me due to the unavailability of restock in my area. This alteration has been disappointing, as some essential items are now restricted to store pick-up only. Despite my initial satisfaction with shopping at Target online, I have started exploring other options due to this change. I hope Target will reconsider and reinstate the gift card rewards for all customers to enhance the overall shopping experience.

I visited my local Target today just to browse around, as I enjoy shopping there. I came across a Step 2 Anniversary Edition roller coaster marked at $19.99 online. However, on the shelf, it was labeled at $39.99. While I didn't check the barcodes, I assumed it was a returned online order being sold cheaper. Despite no employees nearby, I managed to place it in my cart alone. I continued browsing with the heavy box, happy to have found a birthday gift for my son's August celebration. When I reached the checkout on a busy Sunday afternoon with only one lane open, the item rang up at $[redacted].99. The cashier saw the $19.99 marking but a department employee scanned and removed the sticker, offering it at full price. Despite the inconvenience and long line, I believe they should honor the marked $19.99 as it wasn't my mistake. This experience, along with past clearance pricing issues at this store, has left me disappointed and reluctant to shop at Target. I feel the staff should be more attentive to price accuracy to prevent such situations in the future.

I had a frustrating experience at the Wylie, Texas Target. While waiting in line, the cashier, Hasan, called me to his register which turned out to be malfunctioning. Instead of waiting for me, he moved to another register and started serving other customers. This caused me unnecessary delays as I had to join another line. Hasan's actions were unprofessional, and his lack of consideration for customers like me was disappointing. Despite his attempt to appease me with a $5.00 credit, the inconvenience I faced was not worth it. I have been a loyal customer since this store opened, but after this experience, I am considering taking my business elsewhere. The service I received was below standard, and I no longer feel valued as a customer. Shopping at Walmart seems like a more reliable choice now.

On June 10th, [redacted], I visited store #[redacted] in Costa Mesa, CA, looking for a Portable Air Conditioner by Frigidaire for [redacted] sq ft that was the only floor model available. Even though I am disabled and had to hire someone to help me, Robert from the store said he would keep it at Guest Service for pick up. When I went back the same night, after some searching, they found the item. The next day, on June 11th, I confirmed with guest services that it was ready for pick up. However, when I got to the store, they initially couldn't find my order. Eventually, I was directed to the correct item, only to realize at home it was not the right model for my son's room. After several calls, Gillian and Arnold were not able to locate the correct air conditioner. Despite asking for a replacement, they have not followed up. My receipts are REC#5-9[redacted]-0[redacted]-2 and VCD#[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Urgent assistance is needed.

I recently had a terrible experience after consuming a Market Pantry Turkey Salami product I purchased at your Aventura store. I stored it in my fridge and ate it a couple of days later without realizing it had turned brown. Upon visiting the store, I noticed that the other salami products were red, indicating I had gotten a bad pack. I trust Target to provide quality products under their brand, and I am extremely disappointed in this lapse. The food made me sick, and I am bedridden with vomiting and diarrhea, with another two weeks of recovery expected. I believe a company like Target should prioritize customer safety over profits. I plan to bring this issue to the attention of CBS news through a neighbor and want compensation for my suffering, including time, gas, and the toll on my health. This negligence is unacceptable, and I feel there should be accountability for failing to ensure the quality of products sold to the public.

I visited the Target store in Evansville, IN East today to return an item but didn’t have the receipt. The employee assisting me said it wouldn’t be an issue and tried to look up the purchase using my card. Despite my efforts to explain, she claimed the item wasn’t in their system. After some back and forth, she reluctantly refunded me $4.49 instead of the $6 I paid, attributing it to the lack of receipt. I felt surprised and puzzled by the experience, as I offered to show where the item was in the store. Clarification on the store's policy regarding returns without a receipt would be appreciated. Thank you.

I placed an order on the baby registry for our granddaughter, who is registered for our first great-grandchild. I urgently need to change the delivery address of the gift to a new one for personal reasons. Additionally, I need to update the names on the gift to include "Father and Maru and Nana and Grandpa" instead of just "Mary Ann." I tried contacting customer service but was unable to get the necessary assistance, as they couldn't change the order details or place a new one. My customer number is [redacted]51. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Mary Ann Muratore.

Order # [redacted][redacted] for T-Mobile Refill GC has been a frustrating experience. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation email promptly, speaking with Kay and JV at Target did not provide a speedy resolution. The status has been stuck at "Email Sent" for months, causing unnecessary delays and phone service disruptions. The difference in service between online and in-store experiences is evident, making a case for sticking with Walmart for future purchases. While this incident hasn't soured the love for Target, the urgency to resolve the issue and receive the $40 T-Mobile Refill card is clear.

Hello, On the evening of 6/20 around 9:30pm, I finished shopping at Target in Chanhassen, MN. While passing by an aisle, I saw a former high school classmate, Krysta Downey, who was working there. We didn't interact. Later, I came across a Facebook post by Krysta that I believe is about me. It contains a concerning threat mentioning Krysta and another employee, Karlee Gustavson, alias "Karlee Teresa," planning to test something out and be each other's backup, with "Target" mentioned. Regardless of the intended target, such a post is entirely inappropriate coming from a Target staff member. Reading it creates a sense of unwelcome. It's disappointing that Target employs individuals who would post such threats. I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this Target location due to feeling threatened.

Hello, I am Simon Luong. Today, I submitted a job application to Target, but the selected job position was not the one I intended to choose. Unfortunately, I was unable to go back to the job selection page. I exited the page without saving in the hope of starting a new application. However, when I tried to input my information on the new application, after entering my social security number, the application skipped to the final review step. This prevented me from going back to correct my details. I did not save the application, so I thought restarting it would resolve the issue. My social security number ends with the digits [redacted].

Hello, my name is Simon L. Today, I completed a job application with Target, but I accidentally selected the wrong job position. Unable to go back to correct it, I decided to exit without saving to start over. However, when I tried to submit a new application, I ran into an issue. After entering my social security number, the application would skip to the final review step, not allowing me to go back and amend my details. Since I hadn't saved the application, I assumed restarting would work fine. Instead of waiting for the application to be deleted in 60 days, I ended up submitting an incomplete one. Now I'm uncertain about what to do next.

On Tuesday at 1:50pm, while passing by Target in Niles, a misparked cart, propelled by the wind, collided with my car. Despite my efforts, I couldn't prevent it due to the presence of another car ahead. Regrettably, this resulted in a dent on the passenger door of my blue Jeep Cherokee. As the incident occurred in front of your store, I believe your staff, responsible for cart management, would have witnessed it. I am hopeful that your CCTV footage can assist in resolving this matter. I anticipate a positive response from you and I remain available via email for further details. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. Additional details: - Incident occurred between 1:45pm and 1:50pm on June 25th. - Location: [redacted] W Touhy Ave, Niles, IL [redacted].

Hello Target, I am writing to seek help for my two-year-old golden doodle puppy named Ollie who was recently diagnosed with arthritis. Due to the high costs of medication and surgery, we are unable to afford toys for him even though he deserves something during this difficult time. Ollie loves Boots and Barkley toys; however, I am struggling to find a way to contact the company. If possible, could you provide me with an email address to reach out to them? Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Mary (PS: My address is [redacted] Oak Brook Curve, Eagan, MN [redacted])

While shopping with my daughter yesterday, we happily stumbled upon the new Lol Omg dolls in the toy section. Excitedly, we selected one for a friend's birthday and one for my daughter to celebrate her hard-earned milestone after three months of effort. At self-checkout, the dolls didn't ring up, prompting an associate to intervene. Shockingly, I was informed that the dolls weren't supposed to be sold until the end of the month. Without further assistance, the items were taken away, leaving my daughter in tears and me unable to explain the sudden change. Regrettably, we left the store empty-handed, without the intended birthday gift or reward for my daughter's achievement. I understand mistakes occur, but the abrupt situation, where the toy was taken from my daughter's grasp after being approved, was disheartening.
