I ordered Christmas pajamas for my family and our dogs on Thanksgiving. Most items arrived except one, which was later sent after contacting customer service. However, on Christmas Day, when I went to put on the pajamas, the size labeled as large was actually a small. This mix-up prevented us from taking the family photo I had planned for a month. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope for better quality control from you and your vendors in the future. I won't rely on Target going forward.

I made a purchase online at Target on December 20th, with order number [redacted]. The order was placed before 8:30 am with a guaranteed delivery date of December 24th. On December 22nd, I was charged, and a shipping label was created. As of December 26th, 10:34 a.m., my package has not arrived, and UPS has not received it for shipping. The tracking number reveals UPS is still waiting for the package. Understanding holiday delays are common, the situation leaves me doubtful about receiving my order on time. This is my first experience ordering from Target, and I am thoroughly disappointed. Could someone provide information on when I can anticipate the delivery of my package, which I paid for seeking a Christmas Eve arrival?
Thank you.

I had an upsetting experience with your partner, Borderfree, when trying to send a Christmas gift to my daughter in Ontario. The tracking stated it was delivered on Dec 20, but she had not received it by Christmas Day. When I contacted Borderfree, they disavowed any responsibility, claiming it was with Purolator. The lack of accountability was unacceptable. Upon requesting the vice president's name, the representative hesitated, which seemed concerning. After reaching out to Purolator, they said they attempted delivery without leaving a notice. The package was eventually found at a Staples location. My daughter, a single mom, was struggling financially and this missed delivery affected her Christmas plans. Thankfully, I intervened before the package was returned. It was a heartbreaking situation, and I learned not to rely on your company and its partners in the future.

I had a negative experience at SuperTarget in Avon, IN recently. I had a $25 gift check from Butterball with clear instructions that it could be used for any groceries, not just Butterball products. When I tried to use it, the cashier made a mistake that caused the register to crash. Another cashier, who was rude, insisted that I needed to purchase Butterball products to use the check. Despite showing the instructions, they refused to accept it without Butterball items.
I now have a worthless check made out to Target. I have successfully used similar checks at other stores without any issues. I would appreciate it if Target could reimburse me the $25 that I lost due to this error.

I have been a loyal Target customer for many years, but my recent in-store experience at the Topsham, Maine location has been quite disappointing. The aisles are cluttered with palates and boxes since well before the holidays, making it impossible to navigate with a cart without knocking into merchandise. Today, I even almost knocked over a television due to the obstructions. The store's unkempt appearance seems to have affected the once helpful staff who now appear overwhelmed and disengaged. Both the clerks and maintenance crew are often found standing around chatting instead of assisting customers or maintaining the store.
Shopping at Target used to be a joy for me, but the current state of the Topsham store has deterred me from returning. I hope to see the clutter cleared, allowing the personnel to work in a clean and organized environment where they can take pride in their roles. Until then, I will have to take my business elsewhere.
Sincerely,
MaryGay K.

My partner bought an instant pot as a gift, but it turned out to be a regular crockpot inside the box when we tried to return it. The store refused a refund or exchange. Without the receipt, we can't prove the purchase. It seems like the item may have been returned before and not checked properly before being resold. We want to resolve this before escalating it to management. Thank you for any help.

Hello, I'm Isiah. As a big and tall man, I want to express my gratitude for your reasonable prices and well-fitting clothes, especially the fantastic clearance sales.
However, I recently realized New Year's Eve is around the corner, and I still don't have an outfit. Looking to embrace a more mature style, I opted for a tan sport coat and light jeans with rush shipping. Despite an initial notification that some items would arrive today, I discovered the coat is on back order.
When I placed the order, rush shipping was available for the coat with three in stock. Now, with only the jeans arriving promptly, it's disappointing as NYE approaches. Though I can mix and match jeans, the missing sport coat is essential.
Now, I find myself needing to venture out in Lansing, Michigan, to locate a suitable replacement.
Regards,
Isiah T.

I recently purchased a George Foreman Electric fryer from target.com for $99.99 but received an electric pressure cooker instead. Despite the website advising me to return the item either through mail or at a store, when I visited Mays Landing Target on Dec 28, [redacted] at 11:00 a.m., they could only offer store credit for the incorrect item. After contacting Target customer support, I encountered difficulties as they explained I couldn't return the item in-store as the website had indicated. I was refunded the lesser amount on a gift card, and when I tried to rectify the situation, I was told conflicting information and was unable to get the correct item without additional charges. I hope to return the gift card and simply receive the fryer as originally ordered. This has been a frustrating experience and I am disappointed with the customer service provided.

I reside in RI and am troubled by the recent changes to the Target store layouts. The new arrangement is causing confusion and frustration among shoppers, myself included. Products like Bona Floor Polish and Myer's liquid Pine scented soap are now scattered across multiple aisles, making it difficult to locate items efficiently. Handbags are even mixed in with cosmetics, which seems nonsensical. The inconsistent layout hinders the shopping experience, leading to dissatisfaction among customers. Many of my friends share my sentiments about the decline in shopping pleasure at Target. I mainly visit the Warwick Mall store to collect prescriptions or buy items I already know where to find. The current setup lacks the convenience and ease of browsing that I once enjoyed. I hope Target addresses these issues to improve the shopper experience.

Our 8-year-old grandson received Target gift cards for Christmas and attempted to use them to buy PS4 gaming cards. However, he was informed that this was not possible. When he questioned if the gift card was equivalent to cash, he was told yes, which led to his confusion about why he couldn't purchase gaming cards with it. The explanation received was unsatisfactory, stating it was not allowed without further clarification. The fine print of restrictions on the Target gift card is too small, leading to misunderstandings about its use. The conclusion drawn is that the Target gift card is more like a store credit for specific merchandise. Due to this misleading practice, a decision has been made to cease shopping at Target and recommend others do the same. Additionally, it is suggested that all Target employees interact respectfully with customers of all ages.

I am disappointed with the service I received via live chat. Despite being a loyal customer, I struggled with an employee not understanding the price match policy. I attempted to match the price of 3 packs of Bounty paper towels at $18.99 on Amazon, $2 less than the $20.99 at Target. The Amazon item was neither a clearance item nor purchased with a coupon. However, the staff member claimed a 10% difference from the Target price made it ineligible for price matching, something about it being a percentage off. I found this confusing and felt like no items could qualify for a price match. I was under the impression that while sales like "50% off Pepsi products" were not eligible for price matching, matching competitor's listed prices like Pepsi for $4.50 when it is $4.99 at Target was acceptable.

I had to create a Target account to order a gift. After the gift was delivered, I contacted Target via chat/call to have all my information, account, email, and opt-out status deleted. The first chat confirmed the account was deleted, but I continued to receive emails. Another chat revealed the account was disabled, not deleted. I requested a complete deletion, and was informed it may take up to 5 days to stop receiving emails. After 6 days, I followed up and was told it could take up to 10 days. Now, on day 12-13, I am still getting unwanted emails and need to be entirely removed from their systems. I don't want to unsubscribe; I want full removal. The responses and service I have received are unacceptable.

Yesterday, I visited the St. Charles MO location on Mexico Road at 4:30 pm on 12/29/18. I found an Our Generation Grill and Go truck priced at $54.99 with an original price of $[redacted].99. As someone with experience in retail management, I understand the importance of checking tags and locations. After my 9-year-old daughter chose the Grill and Go Truck, we went to pay, but it rang up at $[redacted].99. I informed the cashier about the tag, and the manager came over. Despite not being able to locate the product in the system, the manager refused to honor the $54.99 price listed on the tag. This left my daughter heartbroken. I have now had time to reflect on the situation and believe that the issue was not caused by tag switching or misplaced items. I plan to address this via email to seek a resolution.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I wanted to share my disappointing experience at the Van Nuys, CA Target on 12/31/18. It was my first time using the online store pick up. After receiving an email that my order was ready, I went to the store. Sadly, I was told my items were returned to stock with no explanation. The employee kindly searched for another item, but the color I wanted was unavailable and I settled for a different one.
I was misled by the online confirmation and felt deceived when my order was returned despite being paid for. This made me hesitant to shop at Target again. I suggest better communication to inform customers of product availability, preventing orders from being restocked, and offering compensations for inconveniences.
Regards,
E.R.

I am concerned about the accuracy of the "In Stock" status displayed on the website. On January 01, I found several new Lego sets listed as in stock at my local Target store in West Chester, OH, with a 20% discount. Despite this, upon arriving at the store, the sets were not available on the shelves. An employee confirmed that the sets were present but not scheduled to be put out until January 06. I understand processing delays but feel misled when items labeled "in stock" are not accessible for purchase. It would be more transparent if the status indicated "coming soon." I am also disappointed that items not actually in stock are on sale, prompting my visit. The concern is that by the time the sets are available, the sale may have ended, creating a sense of dishonesty from the customer's standpoint.

I purchased a watch for my granddaughter from Target, relying on their guaranteed Christmas delivery, but it arrived on Dec. 27. Despite expressing my concerns, the customer service agent, Silas, offered only a small discount and a vague promise of a gift card to make up for the late delivery. I was surprised that a full refund was not an option, as I have experienced with other retailers in similar situations. There has been no follow-up regarding the gift card, leaving me unsatisfied with the resolution. I hope someone with better knowledge of customer service can address this issue promptly. The order number is [redacted][redacted], and the reference number for the interaction with Silas is [redacted]0. Thank you for addressing this disappointing experience. CW Hoge.

I am curious about why all the Paw Patrol toys I searched for in a local store had the same item number, as I was told by two employees in the Brunswick, GA store. My granddaughter, daughter, and I visited separately and each time looked for Paw Patrol Ryder’s Rescue ATV, yet we were unable to locate it despite the website showing it in stock. Staff mentioned that items shared the same number and might not actually be available, complicating inventory management. After taking note of the item numbers listed on the Brunswick, GA store website, I discovered multiple items with the same DPCI. It raised concerns about inventory accuracy and how employees determine stock. Despite the website claiming availability, visiting the store repeatedly proved futile. I questioned the consistency of website updates, employee product knowledge, and overall inventory accuracy. Additionally, I pointed out a spelling error on the product page and requested corrections. I am seeking clarity on these matters and hope for a prompt response. Thank you. - Cathy Crawford

Dear Target Customer Service,
I wanted to share my disappointment with two recent experiences I had during the holiday season.
Firstly, I ordered a Target Beauty Box on December 20th as a Christmas gift for my sister. Despite receiving an estimated delivery date of December 23rd, the package did not arrive until the 28th. Throughout this time, the tracking information did not update, leaving me unaware of the delay. I believe customers should be promptly informed if there are issues with their orders.
Secondly, after realizing the initial gift would not arrive on time, I ordered a Marvel comic book T-shirt on December 22nd for store pick-up at the Torrance location. Despite receiving a confirmation email, I later found out the item was out of stock. After choosing to pick it up at the Manhattan Beach store, I received another email stating the order was cancelled due to an "issue," providing no alternative solutions.
As a loyal customer for over a decade and a Red Card holder since [redacted], I had high expectations which were not met during these incidents. I believe improvements are necessary in communication and inventory management.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Jamie B.

I encountered an issue with my cash register receipt. The receipt went missing either in the store or outside as I couldn't find it when I reached my car. I went back to search for it but had no luck. I require the receipt for rebates, but I was informed that a duplicate couldn't be issued from the register, and what they could provide wasn't suitable for the rebates. I considered returning and rebuying the items, but as I had just made the purchase, they couldn't process the return. Additionally, since the products are food items, I'm unable to rebuy them and they have to be disposed of.
