I arrived at your store at 4:45 pm on 7/1/21 to buy some grip tape. The employee who assisted us did a great job with the board. Close to 7 pm, she had to leave, and a man who seemed to be the store manager finished working on my son's board. After struggling to put the trucks back on three times, my son left the store through the side door. The man offered 20% off a new board, which was frustrating considering the situation. After researching online, I found that the riser pads and trucks were installed incorrectly. I fixed it myself. We were expecting a call about shoes today, but did not receive it. I called at 6:45 pm, and the store was closed early. This experience was upsetting for my kid, and the store manager's actions were not satisfactory. The situation should be addressed.
