What is your return policy?

At Tactics.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. We offer two options for returns: store credit or a refund back to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, certain items including underwear, swimwear, and discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
