On Friday, February 15, [redacted], around 5:20 PM, I attempted to place my usual Friday night order on the mobile app. I encountered some changes in the app's ordering process. The app mistakenly submitted my order (# [redacted]) to the wrong location ([redacted] Military Pkwy, Mesquite, TX, [redacted]) for dine-in service without my intention. I struggled to cancel the order as the app indicated it would be ready in 10 minutes. Due to my location being far from the store, I opted to make a drive-thru order at a different location ([redacted] Elam Rd, Balch Springs, TX, [redacted]), but the app once again redirected it to the Mesquite store. Fortunately, I managed to cancel the second order and had to change the pick-up location multiple times to correct it. I'm seeking a refund for the initial order that went to the wrong location, costing me $24.81 for food I couldn't retrieve.

Today at 6:20 pm, I visited Taco Bell in Wisconsin Dells, WI, where my usual order consists of 3 or 4 sides of chips. However, my recent experience was unpleasant. Before even placing my order, I faced unnecessary hostility. Despite trying to clarify my order, I encountered resistance from the staff. I reiterated my request for 3 sides of chips, but was met with refusal as they claimed they couldn't accommodate such a request. The situation escalated when I was rudely spoken to, threatened that they wouldn't serve me, and even faced the threat of involving the authorities over a misunderstanding regarding my order. Such treatment is unacceptable when I am a customer trying to support their business.

I recently visited Taco Bell store [redacted] in St. John, IN, and spent $30 in the drive-thru. While my order showed correctly on the screen and the receipt matched, I encountered multiple issues with my food. Despite ordering extra quesadilla creamy jalapeno sauce, I received green ranch dressing instead. Additionally, my taco with a quesadilla meal contained beans instead of beef and lacked cheese. The cheese quesadilla I ordered appeared to have chicken in it, contrary to what was on the receipt. Lastly, my cheesy gordita crunch with beans instead of beef was served with beef and no beans. These errors were disappointing, especially since I spent a significant amount of money on my order. It was frustrating that four items, correctly charged on the receipt, were prepared incorrectly. My order number is #[redacted].

Last night, I visited a Taco Bell drive-thru near my home. My order totaled nearly $20. However, I received cold and old food. I was charged for extra cheese that was missing. Specifically, I ordered 3 soft tacos with extra lettuce, but they lacked lettuce. Additionally, the Nacho BelGrande Supreme, which was supposed to have no beans but extra nacho cheese, had no cheese and extra beans. Surprisingly, I didn't receive the drink that was meant to be included. The Taco Supreme lacked sour cream, was stale, and the Pinto and Cheese was cold, lacking cheese and sauce. The Burrito Supreme, ordered with green sauce instead of red sauce, extra sour cream, had red sauce but no sour cream, and was mostly beans and lettuce. This recurring issue is frustrating. I hope to have my order replaced correctly. Thank you.

Lately, the Taco Bell closest to my home has been disappointing.
Initially, they were out of hard shells and ground beef.
During a recent visit with my family in the drive-thru, we witnessed seven employees openly smoking marijuana between the speaker and the building.
Today, on another attempt, they were out of mild sauce and ice.
The quality has been subpar, with soggy tacos and other patrons also expressing dissatisfaction with their experiences.
This situation reflects a lack of effective management.

I visited the Taco Bell on Carlyle Ave. in Belleville, IL, and experienced an issue with their payment policy. After ordering a tostada for $1.08 at the drive-through, I noticed a sign saying they only accepted $5 bills and no bills less than $10. This seemed inconvenient and lazy on their part. I suggested they should have enough change or make an effort to get some from a nearby store. The new management seemed to be poorly handling the situation, especially the manager on duty at around five in the evening who was rude. This location is known for skimpy toppings on their tostadas and slow service in the drive-through, which has been a recurring problem. I am disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an explanation from Taco Bell regarding this unusual policy.

I am reaching out about a troubling incident that occurred recently involving two irate customers at your store. These individuals threatened the employees physically after a drive-thru visit. My daughter, serving as the on-duty manager, tried to diffuse the situation, but unfortunately, one of the customers damaged a store window before the police arrived post their departure. Your hardworking employees, some of whom are parents, deserve a safer work environment. It is concerning that the store manager's main focus seemed to be on profits and keeping the store open rather than the safety of the staff. As a concerned parent, I urge you to promptly implement a plan of action to ensure the safety of all employees.
Sincerely,
B.B.

I am very disappointed with the experience I had at Tacobell today. I purchased $25 worth of food, which included a total of 10 different tacos. When I received my order in just one bag, it was so heavy and greasy that by the time I got home, the bag had multiple tears due to the weight and messiness of the tacos inside. The taco wrappers were stuck to the shells, and to make matters worse, I was missing two tacos from my order. The bag was on the verge of ripping completely, and my order almost fell onto my car floor. I have taken several pictures to show how terrible the situation was, including stains of grease from the bag leaking onto my new car seats. I am requesting a full refund and improved customer service.

I visited your store in Ocala, FL [redacted] today on 03/03/[redacted] at 12:00 pm. I waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru, then another 5 to 8 minutes at the window. I ordered the Crispy Colonel sandwich meal, specifying the sandwich to be plain, costing $6.99. To my disappointment, I received the wrong order at the window. Despite explaining the mistake, the cashier insisted it was my order. I requested a refund, returned the food, but waited another 5 minutes with no resolution. In a rush for work, I reluctantly took the incorrect order. The cashier, Lisa, on duty at 12:00 pm, showed no apology. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not return to Taco Bell/KFC. My order number was [redacted], and the address is [redacted] SE Maricamp Road, Ocala, FL [redacted].

I recently visited the Taco Bell on West Florissant in St. Louis, Missouri. I received the wrong food order, and the employee crumpled my receipt and pretended to drop my bank card. When I didn't find it on the ground or in my car, the staff member claimed it fell into the window jamb, which seemed implausible due to the tight space in my new car. Despite searching extensively, the employee didn't return my card and instead became rude, accusing me of disrespect. I had to cancel my bank card and will request a new one due to this unacceptable behavior. I plan to contact corporate and return to the location tomorrow morning to report this incident, as it was captured on camera. Rest assured, I will pursue this matter until appropriate action is taken against the employee in question.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered a #4 without tomatoes, a rattlesnake burrito, and nacho fries. At the window, the woman (possibly the manager) asked if I wanted sauce, to which I replied yes, hot. However, when I got home, I realized there was no sauce in the bag. The Mexican pizza had tomatoes, the cheese cup for the fries was nearly empty and upside down, and the rattlesnake burrito had all the sauce on one end, making it messy to eat. The other end was dry with only potatoes. This experience was disappointing, especially since only the soft taco supremes were accurate in my $12 order. It would be great if my order could be replaced or refunded.

I made an order through the Taco Bell at [redacted] 3rd St in San Francisco, California via the GrubHub app on my phone. My order included 2 double decker taco supremes with nacho cheese and onions, two chips and cheese, and a regular Pepsi. Unfortunately, I received a completely incorrect order with items like a soft shell tortilla, one soft shell tortilla with tomatoes, an empty hard shell tortilla, and other items I did not request. I was left without the food I ordered, and my family had no drink. This happened on March 3, [redacted], at 6:18 pm. GrubHub refunded my $25 order, but I find this situation unacceptable. I have photos of the received items and believe this was done deliberately. I would appreciate compensation, an apology from the store manager, and measures by Taco Bell to prevent this from happening in the future.

The staff, assistant manager, and manager at the store #[redacted] located on [redacted] Hollister Street in Houston, TX, were exceptional - they were persistent, humorous, professional, courteous, and well-trained.
Dealing with T-Mobile to get a free taco through the Taco Bell app and store was quite a nightmare. Ordering online might be more efficient than trying to pay with cash, as it seems challenging to get it done smoothly. The process needs improvement for mobile users, as many are facing difficulties with it.
While attempting to redeem my free taco offers from T-Mobile at three different Taco Bell locations, I encountered varying experiences. Some were unhelpful, while others were generous and efficient, like the one that ended up giving me three tacos. It's important to appreciate and acknowledge excellent customer service, even in lower-paying positions.

I made an order through the app for pickup at the Lavale, MD store on Queen City Drive. Unfortunately, the store was closed when I arrived, and I couldn't cancel the order. I spoke to the manager who reached out to someone about a refund. They mentioned if I don't see the refund in my bank account within 5-7 business days, to contact 1800tacobell. I'm still waiting for the refund. Could you please assist with this? My order number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I visited the Taco Bell in Wesley Chapel, Florida on the corner of Bruce B Downs Blvd. and Hwy 54. I ordered two taco salads, one with no beans and extra meat, and the other with no meat and extra beans. Unfortunately, my order has been incorrect about six times already. Every time I call and speak to the managers on duty, they advise me to come in for a replacement. However, even after going back, the same mistakes occur. Once, I received a salad with no meat or beans, only rice and lettuce. I have given them multiple chances, but the issue persists. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It is frustrating to go there after work and find out the order is wrong when I get home. I request a call to resolve this ongoing problem. - Michelle Terino

I recently visited Taco Bell and ordered 2 grilled soft shell chicken tacos. Initially, there was confusion as the staff member thought I wanted the whole sandwich grilled instead of just the chicken. Despite getting it sorted out, there was still an unpleasant encounter at the window where I received my order. The staff member gave me a dirty look, and when I inquired about it, she simply closed the window. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a receipt either even after requesting one. This whole incident could have been avoided with better customer service. I have already submitted a complaint form two days ago but have yet to receive a response. I frequent Taco Bell often as does my husband, who is a big fan of their food. I am seeking some form of compensation for this unpleasant experience.

The Taco Bell in Roanoke, Alabama provides extremely poor customer service. My order has been incorrect on numerous occasions, around 10 times. When I called to notify them about the mistakes, sometimes the food was inedible. Once, it was so terrible I wouldn't even give it to my dog. The manager, Amber, was unhelpful, asking us to come in for a remake without any apology. They need to improve quickly, or they will risk the restaurant closing because of their bad treatment of customers.

I visited the Taco Bell drive-thru on Pantops Road in Virginia. When I found out their card machine was down, I offered to pay in cash. Despite ordering a Cheesy Gordita Crunch combo, I requested for the flatbread to be grilled like they used to do before. The staff informed me that they couldn't fulfill my request. This particular Taco Bell is the only location that refuses to grill my flatbread, which only takes about 10 seconds. This experience left me disappointed with their customer service. I won't be returning as I believe no one wants uncooked flatbread on their Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It seems like a simple enough request to have the flatbread heated on the grill. I would appreciate an explanation for why they couldn't accommodate my simple request.

I wanted to share a fond memory and make a suggestion to Taco Bell regarding the bacon ranch Flatbread sandwich from around 8 years ago. Back in high school in Texas, my friends and I loved these sandwiches from our local Taco Bell, which happened to be one of the busiest in the country. The nostalgia of those sandwiches has stayed with us, and I've heard from many who miss them too. I believe bringing back this beloved item could be a profitable decision, as there are eager fans waiting to relive the delicious experience. I hope Taco Bell considers reintroducing the bacon ranch Flatbread sandwich, not just for me, but for a whole generation that remembers its taste fondly. I would appreciate any information on how I could help in making this suggestion a reality. Thank you.

I recently inquired about a job for my daughter at your Lancaster, CA location on 15th St. West. The supervisor mentioned a morning stocker position but indicated it was for male applicants due to heavy lifting, which surprised me. I visited the store personally and received the same information. Even my wife was told the same when she inquired. I am concerned about the discrimination my daughter faced. I plan to report this issue to the appropriate authorities promptly.
