Hello, I recently purchased three tickets via eDreams online. Unfortunately, during the payment process, my bank limited the transfer amount for that day. Swiss Airlines has already deducted two amounts from my account, one for [redacted] and another for [redacted], totaling [redacted] euros, but the payment is not yet complete. Despite having provided my phone number and email address, I have not been contacted. I am eager to continue with the payment process, but the contact number on the website seems to be incorrect. I urgently need to address this issue and would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me to provide further assistance. Thank you.

My luggage was misplaced by the airport on 12/14 without my knowledge. Upon exiting a 9-hour flight, I was informed that I wouldn't have access to my bags until Sunday or later and that I needed to file a claim to recover them. I successfully filed the claim and was provided with reference number BOSLX18927. Today, I received a message stating that both bags were received; however, the photo only displays the duffle bag. I am concerned about the location of my additional suitcase which was also included in the claim. The delivery confirmation only shows one bag being delivered. I urgently need to know the status of my large gray suitcase with wheels and an orange stripe on the exterior. Kindly provide me with an update at your earliest convenience.

Hi there! I flew with Swiss Air and United Air on December 17th. Unfortunately, my checked luggage didn't make it to its destination from Frankfurt Airport. Swiss Air currently has possession of my bag, while United Air is attempting to communicate with them. Swiss Air insists that United Air file a delayed baggage report since they were the last airline I traveled with. I am hopeful that Swiss Air can promptly send my bag to the correct location once the communication is established.

Subject: Delayed Luggage - Booking Reference MAB58I Dear Sir, I am writing to address the delayed luggage incident regarding flight LX353 on 12/12/[redacted] from London to Geneva under Booking Reference: MAB58I, passenger YI NING LEE. My luggage was delayed on that day, containing essential medication, leading to a prolonged and tiring wait as a result. Although the luggage was retrieved on 13/12/[redacted], the delay created significant inconvenience for me. I am requesting compensation for the troubles I faced during this episode and would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you, Cindy

Hello, I was involved in an accident on December 21st. I reached out via the "contact us" option on December 25th to request a change to my flight scheduled for December 27th with Swiss International Airlines, Flight LX [redacted] from Geneva, departing at 14:00 and arriving at 17:25. Today, I received an email indicating that flight changes cannot be made through email. My concerns are: 1. How can I proceed with rescheduling my flight? 2. Am I able to delay the rescheduling until I have more medical details to estimate my recovery time accurately?

Hello. My husband, T.M. Ellis, and I, L.R. Johnson, recently flew with Swiss International Airlines Flight [redacted] from Geneva to London on January 7, [redacted]. Before our trip, we were informed that we could check in a snowboard bag (8-9kg) along with a medium-sized backpack (8kg) for no additional charge as long as the combined weight did not exceed 23kg. Together, our bags weighed only 16-17 kilos. While departing from London to Geneva, there was no issue. However, on our return flight, we were charged CHF 90.00 because we were told we couldn't have two bags even though we were under the weight limit had we rearranged our items. We believe we should be refunded the fee as we followed the baggage rules and made prior arrangements. We have the receipt for the excess baggage fee and photos of our bags with tags as evidence. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Hello, I would like to report an issue regarding my compensation from SWISS Airlines for being on an overbooked flight. I agreed to fly the following day in exchange for [redacted] EUR compensation, given to me in the form of a cash passport. Unfortunately, the cash passport is not functional. I have reached out to corporate cash passport for assistance, but they were unable to help and advised me to contact SWISS. I have made several attempts to contact SWISS for support, but have not had success. I have provided detailed information on my attempts to use the cash passport in both the US and Switzerland, as well as the advice I received from SWISS employees and corporate cash passport. I am concerned about the expiration of the compensation on the card as I approach the 6-month mark since the incident. I have attached relevant documents such as notifications from ATMs, boarding passes, and a hotel voucher from Zurich. I am requesting a new card from SWISS with the original compensation and potential additional compensation for the time and effort spent resolving this issue. I estimate I have dedicated approximately 5 hours to this matter so far. Thank you, Aglaia

I am looking to book flights for the following itinerary: - CAE-LHR on June 30, leaving around 5 PM and arriving in London around noon on July 1 in Premium Economy. - LCY-ZRH on July 8, leaving around noon in Economy. - ZRH-CAE on July 14, leaving around 1 PM and arriving in Columbia (via ORD) around 9 PM in Premium Economy (outbound) and First or Business (inbound). I am having difficulty booking the middle leg on the Swiss website as it doesn't allow me to select different classes per leg when adding it in. United's website offers all legs but doesn't provide a business/first option for the ZRH-ORD leg. I want to book with Swiss as soon as possible for Harry and Lenora Jeffcoat. Thank you.

During my trip from Barcelona to Budapest with a layover and a subsequent switch to Lufthansa to reach Bucharest by the same evening, my luggage got misplaced and ended up on a different flight. I am scheduled to depart Budapest on Tuesday for Vienna, then leave Vienna on Thursday for Prague until Sunday. The airline has informed me that my baggage has been located and is en route to the airport, but there has been no further update. If this continues, I fear I may not receive my bag in time. As I am on vacation, not having any of my belongings is quite challenging.

Flight LX0065 on Seats 036A and 036B was extremely uncomfortable due to minimal legroom. These seats are not suitable for passengers as they hardly recline, lack space, and are located near the bathroom making them unsatisfactory. I paid the same amount as others but received substandard seats. I kindly request a refund for tickets [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. I hope for a prompt response. Regards, Antonio Caso.

Today, on May 5, [redacted], we flew with Swiss Air LX [redacted] from Zurich to Stuttgart. Our flight, scheduled to depart at 12:35 pm and arrive at 13:20 pm, was delayed until 13:15 pm. This delay caused us to barely make our connecting Eurowings flight EW [redacted] to Amsterdam. Unfortunately, our baggage did not arrive in Amsterdam with us, and we are unsure of its current location. We usually travel with two suitcases, which we were instructed to check-in despite meeting carry-on requirements by a Swiss Air representative in Zurich. The main concern is that all our medications, essential for both seniors, are stored in the missing baggage. We are set to go on a cruise departing on Sunday, May 7. Our confirmation number is I0KBFQ, and our baggage numbers are LX [redacted] and LX [redacted]. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Arena Towers on May 5 and the Moxy by Hilton Rotterdam Blaak. Please assist us in locating our luggage promptly as we urgently need our medications for the upcoming cruise. Kindly reach out to Eurowings as well to aid in finding our bags. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter and to treat it as an emergency due to the urgency of the situation. Subject: Disappointing Experience on Recent SWISS Flight I recently had the displeasure of experiencing subpar service on a SWISS Business Class flight from Chicago O’Hare to Zurich on June 19, [redacted]. As a long-time loyal customer, I was let down by various aspects of the flight that did not meet the usual high standards I associate with SWISS. Despite being a frequent flyer, the service provided by the cabin crew was lacking in engagement and attentiveness. The meals served, including the Hindu vegetarian option I requested, were of poor quality, arriving cold and unappetizing. In addition, the in-flight entertainment system malfunctioned, and the cleanliness of the aircraft was not up to standard. I believe it is essential for SWISS to address these issues promptly to maintain its reputation for excellence. I hope my concerns are investigated thoroughly, and necessary measures are taken to prevent such disappointments in the future. Sincerely, Purvish Patel

My two suitcases sustained irreparable damage on flights with Swiss Air on May 20-21 (BOS-ZRH, ZRH-LHR). I have received compensation in the form of coupons for GBP 89.25 and GBP [redacted].50 for their luggage store Dolfi. Unfortunately, this does not cover the full cost of the damaged items or comparable replacements from their store. I have requested cash compensation from Dolfi to shop elsewhere, but they directed me back to the airline. I am struggling to find the appropriate contact information for Swiss Air to address this issue as existing online forms only allow for new complaints.

Hello, my name is David Alamidi, and I am from Sweden. I am seeking assistance with a travel issue I encountered. I have arranged flights from Taipei to Bangkok, Zurich, and eventually to Copenhagen airport for July 20. Upon arrival in Bangkok from Taipei at 11:35 am, I have a 1.5-hour layover before my Swiss Airlines flight to Zurich at 1:05 pm. I am concerned about the short layover because I will need to retrieve and recheck my luggage in Bangkok for the remainder of my journey to Copenhagen. In Zurich, I have only a 50-minute layover before my final flight to Copenhagen with Swiss Airlines. The tight timeline is causing me stress as I fear missing my flights from Bangkok to Zurich and Zurich to Copenhagen. I am unsure if I will manage the connections smoothly due to the time constraints. I am hoping for any assistance or guidance you can provide to alleviate this situation. Thank you in advance. Best regards, David Alamidi.

Hello, I'm Mateo B. and I'm reaching out with a concern about my March 17, [redacted] flight from New York to Venice. On March 1, [redacted], I paid [redacted].85 USD to change my flight to March 17. Despite this payment, upon arrival on March 17, I was informed that no changes had been made and I had to pay an additional [redacted] USD to board my flight back home. I'm wondering if there's a possibility of receiving a refund for the initial [redacted].80 USD I paid to Swiss Air ATS on March 1. It's disheartening to think I may have been misled by their call center. I appreciate any assistance and apologize if this isn't the appropriate platform for my query. Thank you for your attention. We will have an 11.5-hour overnight layover in Zurich for our flight. Our booking code is 3962JV. Currently in Sicily, I am facing difficulties with the [redacted] contact number.
