I purchased two series S380-29 channel balances on May 11, [redacted]. However, the items I received did not match the description on the site or my order number [redacted]. The channels lacked wings, were 34" instead of 29", and were missing two take-out clips. I kindly request that you send the correct items as follows: 2 series S380-29 channel balances with wings top and bottom as shown on your website. 2 take-out clips for the S380 devices. Please ship these items via FedEx as originally paid. Also, provide instructions to return the incorrect devices. Thank you.
