Hello, I would like to cancel my Survey Monkey subscription before it renews in November. Unfortunately, I am having trouble logging into my account. I have attempted to use the "forgot password" link, but I never receive the email to reset my password. I have added [redacted] to my email contacts, checked my spam and trash folder, and reviewed all blocked email addresses. Kindly assist by sending me a temporary password to [redacted] or by canceling my account and providing a confirmation email. Thank you, Dawn J. Sarah J. O. Mia H.

I created a survey using SurveyMonkey and shared the link with 12 people who will pass it on to others. Five of them completed the survey on their smartphones, but their responses are not showing up on my dashboard. I checked the individual responses in the analysis tab, but no luck. Unfortunately, the FAQ section on SurveyMonkey's website did not provide useful answers, only suggesting the survey may have been in 'preview mode'. It would be great if SurveyMonkey improves its help section, as they do not offer phone support or an easily accessible chat function for assistance.
