I visited the location on Hampton Avenue near Highway 40 in St. Louis, MO. I usually order #10 without ham but with double the turkey. This time, I was given two footlongs instead. The employee didn't ring up #10 and argued it was turkey with added bacon. I tried to explain that #10 includes bacon as per my previous purchases, but she threw the sandwiches away. Frustrated, I went to Wendy's but got stuck in the drive-thru due to cash-only payment. Eventually, I ended up at Taco Bell. I've contacted other stores, with mixed responses about substituting turkey for ham. Some say it's fine, others insist on following the menu exactly. I don't want to pay for two footlongs with added turkey at $4 each when #10 with double turkey has been consistent at $12.95 each. The confusion and inconsistency in service is disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway today. Despite being allergic to turkey, I requested a Club sandwich without turkey, asking for only ham and roast beef. However, I was informed they couldn't omit turkey because of how they ring it up. This was surprising as I have ordered the same sandwich before without any issues. I felt frustrated and hungry as Subway is usually my go-to sandwich shop, but now I feel like I can never go back. It's disheartening that the one sandwich I can eat is no longer an option. Thank you, Subway, for making it difficult for me to find a suitable meal.

I placed a mobile order on 11/11/23 at the Crawford site in Austin. My name is S. L. and I ordered two sandwiches. Unfortunately, one of them had cheese, which I couldn't eat, and was missing the baja chipotle sauce I requested. When I arrived home, I found the location closed, so I couldn't address the issue right away. Today, on 11/12/23, I tried calling, but no one answered. I was quite upset as I couldn't enjoy my meal that night and ended up hungry.

I recently purchased a gift card at a local Subway store in Marshall, Arkansas, store number [redacted]-0. I was surprised to see sales tax charged on the gift card. Despite explaining that gift cards are not subject to sales tax, I was told they had to charge it. I raised the issue with the manager, who acknowledged it as a system glitch that they are unable to resolve currently. As a result, I would be paying sales tax twice on the gift card, which doesn't seem fair to me. The manager informed me that she would contact Subway about the issue but couldn't offer a solution. I believe I should be refunded the sales tax amount as I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I ordered a pizza sub, a steak and cheese sub, and three cookies for pickup at the Subway on George Nigh Expressway in McAlester, OK. When I returned to my job to eat, I noticed I didn't receive my cookies, and my pizza sub was missing pepperoni. Despite calling several times without an answer, I drove back to the store with pictures of my receipt and the incorrect sandwich. The staff member informed me that the sandwich doesn't come with meat unless requested and was impolite when I inquired about my missing cookies. I would appreciate being contacted promptly regarding this matter. Thank you.

I recently placed an order for two veggie sandwiches with a buy one get one free deal online. I mentioned in the comments that I wanted to add eggs to the sandwiches. However, when I went to pick up the order, I was charged more for the eggs. I asked for the eggs to be removed, and the staff suggested refunding the money. Before I could respond, the sandwiches were already refunded without considering my ability to pay for them again. Now, I am left without any food, stranded and unable to buy more sandwiches. I have to wait until 6:00 in the morning when the manager arrives to resolve this issue.

Earlier today, on 11.15.23, I visited one of your locations at [redacted] N Main St/21st Street in Jacksonville, Florida. I encountered some issues with the manager, a black lady with a short haircut, who displayed rude behavior towards me. This wasn't the first time I experienced such treatment. While I was trying to order a sub, she seemed annoyed, rolled her eyes, and even asked me to step aside in an empty line. Additionally, she sang inappropriate rap lyrics out loud, which was unprofessional. I am not attributing this to race; it's purely about her attitude. I believe it would be beneficial to consider replacing her as her behavior could lead to escalated situations. On a positive note, a young gentleman (a black employee) stepped in and handled the situation professionally. I appreciate his demeanor. I placed an order on the SUBWAY® app around 11:05 on November 16th. After payment, an error message popped up, causing me concern about whether the store received my order. Upon calling, they confirmed that my order was not received, despite the payment being processed. I sought a refund by speaking with a manager who promised to follow up, but unfortunately, there has been no response yet. The total amount of the order was $23.65, consisting of a cold foot-long sandwich, a cold cut salad, a diet Pepsi, an iced tea, and a free cookie through the app rewards. Although the money was deducted from my account, I did not receive my meal.

I was gifted a $10 SUBWAY gift card, but I'm having trouble registering it despite downloading the app and attempting to scan the QR code multiple times. When I tried registering on the website, I received an error message stating the amount couldn't load. At one point, I was given an option to use APPLE Pay, which is not what I intended. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue as I may need to find an alternative if it's not fixed promptly. Thank you.

I used a "buy 1 get 1 free" code along with my $2 off reward. Unfortunately, one of my subs had hair in it, and both subs had large chunks of green peppers and onions with very little meat. I previously messaged about this issue but haven't received a response. I would appreciate either a refund or two free subs, as the coupon and my reward were used for the purchase. I am open to receiving two free subs, but a refund would also be acceptable if that is an option.

Mi nombre es Esmeralda C. y quiero compartir una mala experiencia que tuve el sábado 18 de noviembre en la sucursal de Subway en la calle [redacted] al lado de la estación [redacted] en Bogotá. Al entrar con mi hija y mi mascota, vi algunas mesas hacia la calle y decidí entrar. Mi hija fue a hacer el pedido y el empleado encargado de limpiar las mesas me informó que no podía entrar con mi perro. Argumenté que era un espacio al aire libre y pregunté dónde podía sentarme, pero me indicó que lo hiciera en la acera. Me pareció una falta de respeto su actitud, siendo yo una cliente habitual de Subway. Si simplemente me hubiese explicado que no había espacio para mascotas, lo habría entendido, pero su respuesta fue humillante. Agradezco su atención.

I am trying to place an online order using the "buy 2 get one free" promotion sent to me via email this morning. The app is not applying the discount code, causing frustration. When I visited the store for help, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming they are not responsible for app-related issues. This led me to seek assistance from Subway online, where I encountered difficulties in reaching out for help, requiring a receipt I couldn't provide due to being unable to place an order. I ordered two footlong subs using the Subway app. However, when I arrived at the store, they claimed they never received my order, despite my payment confirmation on the app. After showing them my phone, the staff member contacted the manager, who advised me to reach out to customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any contact information to resolve the issue. It was disappointing that the manager didn't ensure my order was prepared, and we left without our food or a refund.

I am inquiring about the location in Herington, Kansas. The telephone services seem to be down, making it impossible to place any orders. Additionally, the wifi at the store isn't working. Despite speaking with employees, they were unable to provide a reason for these issues, suggesting the owner may be unwilling to address the problems. I understand that employees can't solve these technical matters themselves. It appears that Subway allows individual owners to determine their own policies. However, the lack of reliable phone and wifi services may be damaging the Subway brand's reputation. I'm aware that investing in phone support can be costly, so I won't be including my phone number in this message.

I had a concerning experience at the Subway store [redacted] with a team member during the afternoon shift. I felt discriminated against for speaking Spanish when I entered with my small service dog, as I am a regular customer who always brings her along for emotional support. On December 15, [redacted], around 5:15 pm, the employee rudely asked me to remove the dog, which I did without any issue, leaving her with my husband in the car. Upon returning to place my order without the dog, the attitude worsened when she refused to serve me upon hearing me speak Spanish. She rudely told me to leave while not providing a valid reason. Despite the unpleasant encounter, including her inappropriate response when questioned, involving law enforcement and a ban on returning to Subway for a year seemed excessive. The lack of a formal notification or explanation left me feeling humiliated and distressed. It is disheartening that a Subway representative would display such arrogance.

I am looking for assistance on how to use my Subway gift card online instead of my credit card. I prefer to utilize my gift card balance first and then switch back to my credit card once the gift card funds are depleted. It's frustrating that many special offers are only available for online orders, pushing customers like me to order online despite preferring in-person transactions. I was let go from my position at Subway on Paul Huff Parkway in Cleveland, TN, due to being unable to make it to work during a flood. They informed me that my payment would be on a paycard by Friday. Unfortunately, when I checked, the card did not have the funds, as Subway had not processed it. After contacting Subway again, they assured me that it would be sorted by Monday. It is now Tuesday, and I am yet to receive my overdue wages. How can I go about retrieving the pay that is owed to me?

For the past two to three years, I have been trying to create a Subway Rewards Account without success. The issue seems to be because I had two previous accounts, then moved away from Subway locations, and forgot my passwords. Now, living where there are Subways nearby, I am unable to sign up as a new member due to my past membership status. I can't remember my old passwords and have struggled to find a way to reset them. Subway customer service has not been able to help me navigate how to rejoin the program as a returning member. I am looking for help and guidance to solve this issue and become a part of the program again.

I recently used my Subway gift card on August 16, [redacted], with a balance of $41.40. However, on January 11, when I tried to use it again, the card did not work. Despite trying to contact Subway by phone with no response, I emailed them about the issue. Subway informed me that the $41.40 balance was transferred on October 5, [redacted], without disclosing to whom. I have possessed this card for five years. Despite multiple attempts and providing both receipts, Subway has not clarified the transfer details. I am considering filing a complaint with the FL Attorney General as a resolution is needed.
