I contacted customer service and was informed that my Samsung Galaxy J3 Luna with a cracked screen could be replaced. Initially, I agreed to receive a replacement phone before sending mine in, as suggested by the representative. Unfortunately, this seems to contradict the company's policy, and I understand that exceptions cannot be made. The dilemma is that without a phone, I would be unable to communicate with my out-of-state family who are currently traveling. According to Walmart's electronics department, a coupon voucher is required for them to replace the phone. Despite being a loyal Straight Talk customer for a decade and referring friends and family, I am feeling frustrated by the lack of flexibility in this situation. While I appreciate company policies, the inability to assist a long-term customer like myself is disheartening. I have spent considerable money over the years on Straight Talk and feel let down by the lack of customer support in this instance.

After adding a plan to my phone that I've had for the past year with the same number, my plan expired on May 7, [redacted]. I refilled it on May 14, [redacted], but despite turning my phone off and on, the plan has not been added. I connected to McDonald's Wi-Fi to contact a friend, who informed me that someone else was given my number on May 9, [redacted], without my knowledge. I have already transferred a $45 card onto the wrong phone and now I need Straight Talk to refund the $45 and transfer it to my phone while giving me a new number or reinstating my old one. I have had this number for over a year, and I do not want to go through the hassle of informing everyone about a new number. Please correct this issue, and ensure that the plan I purchased is added to my phone number, which is [redacted]. Thank you.

Despite paying for a plan attached to this number, my phone remains inactive. I urgently need this resolved as my health depends on being able to contact my doctors. I received a notification that my husband's phone is not VoLTE compatible. In order to get him a Samsung J3 from straighttalk.com, I filled in all the necessary information to make the purchase. However, when I proceeded to enter my credit card details and clicked on continue, I received a pop-up instructing me to contact support. Subsequently, I encountered difficulties re-entering my card information as the drop-down menu would not function properly. I am unsure if my card has been charged as I did not receive an order number due to not reaching the final order placement page. I aimed to utilize the online discount for the Samsung J3, and I now consider purchasing it at Walmart if I will not receive the discount in-store.

I contacted your company in January via phone to purchase 2 phones and agreed to the auto-billing policy. The phones I received did not match what was described during the call, as I wanted larger phones. Despite explaining this, I was told I had to pay for return shipping. I filed a dispute with my bank, returned the phones, and won the dispute. However, you still debited my account for the phones afterward. I then bought 2 phones elsewhere, maintaining my loyalty to your service. I believe I should not have been charged for airtime on the returned phones, especially since I was misled about their size. My husband has been ill, which has made our financial situation challenging. I request a credit of 95.84 for the incorrect charges on phones [redacted] and [redacted]. I added a phone card to my number, [redacted], but my phone was stolen before I could use the service all month. Straight Talk was supposed to pause my service so I could transfer it to another phone later, but it seems that didn't happen. Now my phone is out of time. Is there any way to activate the service on that number since they didn't pause it as requested? Thank you.

I recently purchased a $99 phone package that was supposed to include a $45 month of service. However, when I opened the package, I discovered that the scratch-off service pin was missing, just like it happened with my previous purchase. After going back to the store and exchanging the phone package, the new box also did not contain the $45 service pin. Frustrated and in a hurry for work, I ended up buying a $55 refill card and loaded it onto the phone. Now, I am requesting that Straight Talk either adds the $45 plan to my account after the $55 card runs out or corrects the issue with the missing service pins on the phones. As a loyal customer for over ten years, I am disappointed by the recent inconveniences faced and expect better customer service from a company I have endorsed greatly in the past. During my recent trip to Las Vegas for the EDC Music Festival, my phone was stolen, and I found an iPhone 6S for $[redacted] at Walmart, which I thought was a good deal as I'm from Luxembourg. I purchased a 25GB plan since I was staying in the US until May 27th. However, I later discovered the phone was carrier locked, which is not common in Luxembourg. Despite having insurance, my carrier couldn't provide a replacement. They did give me a new SIM card for the iPhone but couldn't unlock it since I didn't complete a 12-month plan in the US. I believe there has been a mistake with my booking # [redacted] on Booking.com. Agoda mistakenly booked the same dates that I had already booked through them with confirmation # [redacted]28. I reached out to Booking.com, and they confirmed that the reservation came from Agoda. In April, I contacted Agoda to correct the booking date from May 2 to May 29 immediately after noticing the error on my end. However, I am now at the hotel, unable to enjoy my vacation fully as I have been trying to sort out this issue between Booking.com and Agoda. I am worried about being charged for two rooms on both platforms for the same dates. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly before my holiday ends.

I am concerned about the recent issues with the services I purchased from your company. Prior to moving to the D.C. Metropolitan area, I had no problems with my Straight Talk services. I am puzzled by the sudden changes and limitations in the services I rely on to communicate my life events after recovering from a coma a few years ago. It seems similar to what happened with Sprint before. I have been facing challenges in getting involved in various institutions for nearly a decade. I am not causing trouble but trying to live my life normally. I am confused by the apparent attempts to hassle and hound me, making false accusations, and creating obstacles in my life. The constant interference has left me homeless and financially strained, deprived of ethical and healthcare support. Despite my past struggles, I seek understanding and a resolution to these ongoing difficulties.

Earlier today, on Sunday, June 2nd, while using my phone, I noticed that TFW was not appearing on the screen. After restarting my phone, the name popped up, but to my surprise, my service had been deactivated for an unknown reason when I tried to make a call without being connected to WiFi. Upon logging into my Straight Talk account, I discovered my original phone number had been replaced with a Miami number. I had paid my bill on May 29th via auto refill, so this was confusing. After speaking with customer service for almost 2 hours, I found out that my phone number and current phone information were not in their system. Despite purchasing an unlocked iPhone XS from Apple recently, the representatives had difficulty activating my phone and transferring my number. After multiple attempts, a manager suggested I purchase a SIM activation kit and call back to complete the setup. Another representative later claimed my phone number had expired and was now being used by someone with Verizon, even though I had switched carriers previously without issue. Despite hours on the phone with multiple managers, my phone remains out of service, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication regarding the transfer of my long-held number.

Due to the tornados in my area on May 23rd, I lost my phone service until the 27th. When I finally reached out to customer service on the 25th, the call was dropped after less than a minute. Having managed to contact them on the 27th, I was met with rudeness from the representative who insisted I buy a new plan to recover the lost days. Unfortunately, the call dropped again and my service ended before midnight. As a single mom expecting twins and recently bereaved, I am financially strained and unable to afford a new plan at the moment. I am kindly requesting to have my phone reactivated with the lost days reinstated.

I experienced a loss of phone service on May 23rd and 24th due to tornadoes in my area. On May 25th, I contacted customer service but the call was dropped after a minute. I wasn't able to reconnect until the 27th, which happened to be my service end date. The representative was unhelpful and mentioned I had to buy a new service plan to get my missed days back. Sadly, the call dropped again, and my service ended before midnight. As a single mom of 3 with twins on the way and having recently lost my husband, I cannot afford to purchase more minutes at the moment. Ever since my girlfriend did a factory reset on May 24 and added a card on the same date, her phone has been malfunctioning. Despite calling for help multiple times, we were only provided with temporary solutions like dialing *73 and power cycling the phone. We were even advised to remove and reinsert the SIM card, as well as perform another factory reset, resulting in the loss of all phone contacts and pictures. During one call, we were promised escalation but endured a 53-minute wait on hold without any resolution. As longstanding loyal customers of Straight Talk, this ongoing issue is a major inconvenience, especially since my girlfriend cannot afford to purchase a new phone. I reached out for assistance through chat and calls multiple times without success. I encountered unhelpful and rude staff who either didn't understand my issue or couldn't fulfill the order. Even after providing reference numbers, I faced challenges with the confirmation step. Last night, I spoke with a representative on my husband's phone because my Motorola phone, which I activated with Straight Talk using the Bring Your Own Device plan, got broken.
