Upon arriving at the site today, I was eager to explore the new customer program and dot dollars. The all women project immediately caught my attention, especially since it celebrates women of all shapes and sizes, which is often overlooked in the media.
As a tall woman with struggles finding proper fitting clothes, I had reservations about this clothing line. However, after seeing a few items in person and noticing the detailed item dimensions provided, I felt encouraged to check out the rest of the collection.
As I browsed through the clothing, my initial excitement turned into disappointment. The all women project seemed superficial when I observed the absence of representation for older women, physically disabled individuals, and plus-sized women. Although some images showed plus-size models, they were notably missing from the main clothing pages.
Despite being a disabled military veteran and stay-at-home mom with limited funds, I occasionally splurge on myself, supporting the brand in the process. However, the lack of diversity in the representation left me feeling excluded and unrepresented. The all women project's ideals seemed to be contradicted by their actual practices, which left me disheartened.

I purchased the versatile floral theme earrings, but they arrived incomplete. One side is missing a smaller flower, beige on one side and yellow on the other. I contacted Ms. Elaine Chiu to request just the missing piece be sent to me. Ms. Chiu mentioned that I may need to return the set and wait for a new one. I bought these for a special occasion - my sister's upcoming trip departing on Thursday, September 12th. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

I was gifted a monogrammed bracelet from my maid of honor at my bridal shower. Despite not having worn it yet, I noticed the bracelet is tarnished with my initials appearing to bleed into the golden veneer. The chain is also discolored. I am surprised by the quality issues as I am a fan of Stella and Dot and have never encountered this before. I would like to exchange this bracelet for a new one at no extra cost. Please advise on the return process for the old bracelet so I can receive the replacement. The initials on the bracelet are "KNA".

I hosted Stella and Dot parties for four years in Ohio and Indiana. The jewelry I owned was lent to my granddaughter for a photoshoot. Sadly, my daughter's home in Pendleton burnt down, causing the loss of all the jewelry. For insurance purposes, I am seeking old catalogs and ways to share photos and prices. The incident has been devastating, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order, added items to my bag, and was about to complete the payment when I encountered an error message saying, "Well, this is awkward."
