I purchased "Ark: Survival Evolved," a game I enjoy playing on console, especially since it was on sale. I bought it to experience modding within the game. However, I encountered a glitch twice that caused me frustration. Twice, upon returning to the game, I found that some of my progress was missing, and I was forced to create a new character. Surprisingly, the second time it happened, I discovered my original character standing in my house, but I couldn't interact with anything. This issue resulted in the loss of approximately 8-9 hours of gameplay. Although I understand the no refund policy after 2+ hours of gameplay, I believe the circumstances of this situation should qualify for an exception. I have no interest in redoing all the progress I previously made. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have repeatedly attempted to access the DLCs and expansions for Conan Exiles through Steam, for which I have already made the payment. The game was gifted to me by my grandson-in-law, rogueamerican98. However, Steam has denied me access to these add-ons. If my account access is not restored promptly, I am contemplating disputing all charges made to my debit card. Despite receiving successful password change notifications from Steam's recovery program, I continue to encounter error messages when trying to sign in. Additionally, I am facing difficulty in inputting validation codes from Steam Support in the recovery form.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with accessing content on the Steam server. Despite attempting to log into my account, I often encounter errors indicating that my username or password is invalid. When I try to recover my password, I am prompted to contact Steam Support for additional verification, which has been a repetitive and unsuccessful process. This problem persists across multiple devices with Steam installed. I have been trying to address this for the past three days without success in reaching Steam support or receiving any confirmation that the issue has been resolved to regain access to my account. The same issue is occurring with my second Steam account as well.

My account has been blocked on Steam due to a misunderstanding. I was asked to verify my bank account because of a false report, which I did by purchasing a 50 euro gift card. However, the individual named Binder requested another 50 euro gift card, which I refused. Subsequently, my account was blocked despite my efforts to verify my identity. I believe this may be a scam and I would appreciate assistance in restoring my account under the name Arjomi. I value honesty and would like to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you.

I believe my Steam account has been compromised. I have attempted various methods to recover it, such as searching by phone number, email, and username. The username option worked, but it requested verification through an unfamiliar email address, likely linked by the hacker. As I couldn't access this email, I proceeded to verify a card used for Steam purchases. Despite trying all my cards and associated addresses, confirming the details accurately, the verification failed. When I mentioned losing access to the card, it directed me to an error page prompting repeated attempts, resulting in no success. Additionally, I monitored my emails for any notifications regarding a transfer of my account, only to find all communications from Steam, including game promotions and receipts, deleted. I am eager to regain control of my account promptly as it contains significant progress and investments in various games that I wish to retain.

I purchased this card on Saturday, February 5th at 5:40 pm at the GAME STOP shop in Pesaro, Italy, for [redacted] Euros. Unfortunately, it seems to have been used or is not being recognized. I bought Steam gift cards as Christmas presents for my grandsons, but two of them are not working. I got them at Walmart and encountered issues during the purchase. The staff claimed the cards were recalled. The cards that did scan are also not functioning. I reached out to Walmart but they mentioned they do not guarantee non-Walmart gift cards and advised me to contact Steam instead. I have the receipt and the problematic cards.

Why is STEAM processing information so slowly? I paid for my purchase with hard-earned money and still haven't received it. This customer service delay is frustrating. Waiting days for a response is unacceptable. Why doesn't STEAM offer 24/7 chat support? While I wait for my purchase, everyone else is already playing. This experience makes me question the point of buying (ascension) when I could have reached the desired gearscore in the same amount of time. Valve Corporation and STEAM software need to improve their customer service.

I recently purchased Elden Ring, and unfortunately, I'm experiencing issues getting it to launch. Despite enjoying the first hour of gameplay, the game suddenly crashed and hasn't successfully started since. Upon attempting numerous troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling and checking my system requirements, the game continues to display a white screen briefly before crashing my entire computer. I've extensively researched online for solutions, including verifying DirectX and uninstalling the Epic Games Launcher. Despite my efforts, the problem persists, limiting my actual playtime to only an hour or so, with the majority spent attempting to launch the game. At this point, I kindly request a refund for the game.

Each time, your representatives responded with an automated email stating the refund couldn't be processed due to playtime exceeding 2 hours. I'd like to clarify my situation. The game required a two-hour update upon launch. Subsequently, it was slow and full of bugs, making it unplayable. I adjusted graphics and settings in an effort to make it work because I genuinely enjoy the game, which is why I purchased it. Despite my efforts, the issues persisted. I faced challenges in connecting with an agent for support, adding to my disappointment. As per your website, refunds can still be requested even if playtime exceeds 2 hours on a case-by-case basis. I had trouble signing into my Steam account because my password didn't work. When I tried to reset it, I couldn't because my email wasn't linked to the account. I searched for my account using the username "robertputin" and found out it was linked to a random email address. After checking my email, I found three messages sent on Tuesday, 2/22, saying my credentials were changed by someone from 95.[redacted].[redacted].[redacted] (RU). One email mentioned the address change and provided a recovery link that didn't work. I've already changed my email password to prevent this from happening again.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost two hours now but haven't received any answers. I purchased a Stream gift card today at 11 AM, but it seems like it has already been redeemed or there is an issue with the wallet. I spent $50 on it and would like a refund. I'm frustrated because I purchased a $50 stream gift card from Giant Tiger and it's not working. I have the receipt and the card, but when I try to use it, I'm told it's already been redeemed. In February, I received a direct message that someone was impersonating me to scam others, leading to my account being flagged for a ban. I reached out to Steam Developer Solo about this, providing proof of innocence through a transaction. Since then, I have not received any updates regarding my account or the transaction. Without access to my account, I am unsure how to contact Steam for further assistance. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

My account has been compromised, and the password and email associated with it have been altered, making it impossible for me to regain access since the email has been changed. The hacker made a purchase shortly after gaining control of the account, complicating the proof of ownership process. I have an email confirming the change of email address and the date, but unfortunately, the IP address and country information are missing. I have initiated a self-lock on the account and possess the necessary password to unlock it; however, the instructions to do so were sent to a different email address, i***@j**********.i*, not my own.
