I am disappointed that the quality of the western programming on channel [redacted] has deteriorated over the past three years since AT&T acquired DirecTV. Previously, there was excellent full HD broadcasting on the STARZ Encore Westerns channel, but now the content is distorted and unwatchable. This issue does not seem to be a technical problem but rather a corporate decision impacting the viewing experience. As a customer, I expect AT&T to take responsibility for the programming quality they provide, even if it involves a separate company like STARZ. The declining quality of the Western channel makes me reconsider my subscription to AT&T's service.

I have noticed multiple charges of $8.99 on my bank account on 7/17/[redacted], 8/13/[redacted], and 9/11/[redacted]. I have never signed up for a Starz account, as I do not watch much TV and recently cancelled my Century Link TV service. I suspect these charges are related to fraudulent activity that resulted in unauthorized charges to Cox Communications on July 5, [redacted], which my bank has already resolved. I believe whoever used my information signed up for a 7-day trial with Starz, leading to these charges. I am trying to resolve this directly with Starz to avoid a chargeback with my bank. I request that this erroneous account be closed and my bank account reimbursed for the three months of charges. I do not have a Starz account number due to this fraudulent sign-up. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach Starz by phone due to long hold times of up to 52 minutes and have not received a response to my emails. If there is a way to contact Starz on my behalf, I would appreciate the assistance.

I contacted Starz last month about an account created with my information. The agent assured me she would disconnect my card from the account and confirmed this. I repeatedly asked if my card was disconnected and if there was anything else to do, to which she replied no. I was promised a refund for charges on a bogus account from July [redacted] until now, but I haven't received it. Despite reaching out a month ago, my card is still being billed. I am disappointed with the customer service as the agent guaranteed a prompt resolution. I have emails documenting my attempts to resolve this issue.

I recently downloaded the Starz app on my Roku for a 7-day trial and noticed that Amazon Prime Video also offers Starz movies. When I tried to watch a Starz movie through the Amazon Prime Video app, I ended up being charged for a Starz subscription by both Amazon and Roku. It was confusing and frustrating as a new customer to be double charged and receive minimal assistance from Roku, Amazon, or Starz. There should be a clear disclaimer or some sort of verification process in place to prevent situations like this where customers unintentionally get charged twice for the same service.

I recently bought the complete series of Black Sails from Walmart in Auburn, Maine. Unfortunately, while watching the first season, I noticed video pixelation and audio breakup issues. Disc one of the second season wouldn't play at all, and episode 7 of the same season also had playback problems. Disc 3 from the second season was also unplayable. I returned the set to Walmart for an exchange, but the replacement set had the exact same issues. This seems to indicate a significant manufacturing problem with the discs. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly since I spent $50 on this purchase and expect it to work correctly. I urge you to contact me as soon as possible to address this issue. It appears from reviews on Walmart's website that I'm not the only one facing these problems.

I have been experiencing issues with my Starz app on both my Xbox One and Android TV for the past few weeks. Although it works fine on my Android phone, I prefer not to watch TV on it. Whenever I try to play something on the app, my TV displays a connection error message (even though there are no actual connection issues) and my Xbox remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. I really like using the Starz app and I don't want to cancel my subscription, but if I can't access it on my devices, it feels like a waste of money. Yesterday, I signed up for a 3-month Starz subscription at $5 per month. However, I recently switched from regular cable TV to Apple TV and can no longer access Starz. I am still within the free seven-day trial period and have not been charged on my credit card yet. Please refund my payment as I am unable to receive the service. I will look for alternative ways to access Starz through Apple TV.

I've been having trouble downloading episodes of Power since last Friday, 11/29, and it's now 12/3. I've tried deleting and re-downloading the app several times, restarting the app, using different WiFi networks, and even trying without WiFi on different days. Occasionally, the download will start and then either ask to retry or go from [redacted]% back to 0%. It's frustrating because I pay for a subscription to watch shows offline while flying, but this issue is making the subscription pointless.

I'm experiencing a timing issue with the shows on the western channel. The programs do not finish before my DVR stops recording, causing me to miss about a minute each time. I initially suspected my DVR, but even after getting it replaced, the problem persists. I believe the issue lies with either the channel or Spectrum. If this isn't resolved soon, I may need to consider canceling my subscription. I enjoy the western channel, but missing the endings is becoming quite frustrating and annoying.

I have an ongoing ticket regarding my account. I had a conversation with a representative a week ago. I modified my plan and responded to an email on the 5th and $9.73 was debited from my account. I was informed that it would be resolved within 48 hours, but it has not been rectified yet, and I am still unable to access Starz. Today is the 14th, and each time I call, I am put on hold only to be disconnected, which is incredibly frustrating.

I signed up for Starz mainly to rewatch Digimon Adventure. Unfortunately, I was let down to see that the episodes are extremely out of sequence and some are not even accessible. For instance, "Princess Karaoke" is listed as episode 4 on your platform, but it should be episode 25. Additionally, episodes 1, 5, and 10, among others, are marked as unavailable. I might have to rethink my Starz subscription if all the Digimon episodes are not available and arranged correctly. Thank you.

Last summer, I signed up for a free trial with Starz.com and canceled it before the trial period ended. Despite confirming the cancellation over the phone, I have noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card for the Starz service. I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times without success.
I would like my Starz subscription to be cancelled immediately to avoid any further charges. I have informed my credit card company about this issue and they are prepared to dispute any future charges from Starz.

I encountered issues downloading the app on both my Smart TV and Apple TV. After checking, I discovered that my internet/cable provider, Xfinity, does not support the app. Frustratingly, with limited options in my area, I am unable to access the content I wanted, like Outlander. I am requesting a refund of $19.99 for the Starz subscription.

Hello, I'm Dylan B. I have a subscription under the email [redacted] with the password Dylanbisceglia1994. I initially signed up for a 7-day free trial but tried to cancel it on the 6th day. However, I received a message saying my subscription was already canceled or expired, asking me to update my payment information to access content. Surprisingly, I just noticed a charge of $8.99 on my bank statement. I feel like it might have been a deliberate attempt to charge me. Regardless, I believe I should be entitled to a month's subscription even if they did charge me.

I have noticed that my credit card is being charged intermittently by STARZ for varying amounts like $1 each time. I spent around 2 hours attempting to subscribe to Starz for $20 for 6 months, as advertised on Facebook for today only. Despite trying to sign up through the ad, the Roku channel, and the website, I have been on hold with the customer service phone line for over an hour. Instead of the promised deal, all I could find were offers for 3 months at $15. It is frustrating to encounter misleading advertisements and lack of customer support. It is now past 10 pm, and it seems like a bait-and-switch tactic was employed to lure customers into signing up for a different promotion.

I was billed twice by Starz.com and through my Roku account this month. I reached out to [redacted], but they only advised me to cancel my account via Roku, which I did. I encountered an issue while trying to watch a series on STARZ. After the trailer played, a square widget in the center endlessly turned instead of the movie starting. This also happened with previous episodes. I recently subscribed for the $5 promotion for 3 months but was charged $8.99 right away, and an additional $1.00 charge appeared. I noticed two charges on my account in February when it should only be deducted on the 9th. I was charged on Feb 14 and again on Feb 8, each for $9.62.
