I want to bring to your attention the need to reconsider your choice of couriers, as using UPS may harm your reputation.
I placed an order for three boxes of A4 paper with you on a Thursday before 5 p.m. However, the delivery did not arrive as promised. Subsequently, I received an email from UPS the following Thursday informing me that my delivery would arrive sometime that day. When the delivery person showed up with only one box, he mistakenly assumed I had received the others the day before, which was not the case. He then mentioned they should arrive the next day. Friday brought another email with a delivery slot, but the items did not arrive. Despite receiving more emails with updated delivery information, the packages were never delivered. On Saturday, I was informed the delivery would now be on Monday at any time during the day.
It is frustrating to have to put my plans on hold until UPS can improve their service. I have been a frequent online shopper, particularly during the pandemic, without facing delivery issues until now. I have shared my dissatisfaction with UPS and emphasized that other companies are managing deliveries efficiently.

I am looking for a paper corner cutter that I bought at a Staples store in Minneapolis, which has now closed. It is a plastic product with an L on the handle. The cutter has no brand name and is worth around $4, with a patent pending. The plastic is white with a red pusher for cutting rounded corners of paper. The thin metal used for cutting is hard to describe but is replaceable. I ordered Norton [redacted] Deluxe online on Nov. 24 (Order #[redacted]2). Unfortunately, the item did not arrive on Nov. 25, as promised in the email. After contacting the truck driver's supervisor, it was confirmed that the item was still in the warehouse and would be delivered the next day. It's now past 8 pm the following day, and the item is still not delivered. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not wish to wait any longer for the item. I request that the order be canceled, and a refund issued since the item has not been shipped. I hope this request does not go against your return policy. The delay has been inconvenient, costing me valuable time. I hope to receive a prompt response. Thank you.

I placed an online order for Christmas Cards with same-day pickup. However, I was informed later that they had to be printed elsewhere, causing a delay of 2 days. When I called a week and a half later, they still weren't ready. The staff mentioned an issue with the greeting on the back, so I agreed to have them printed without a greeting. Upon picking them up, I was disappointed to find that the writing was on the back and incomplete. These cards are unusable and I can't send them out as they are.

I want to report an incident that occurred at the Staples store in Central Valley, Woodbury area, Monroe, NY. I had trouble printing from my email with the printer not working correctly initially. After some frustration, I spoke to a young employee in the printer section who was initially helpful. However, when I complained to the manager on duty, she was extremely rude to me, even telling me to leave the store in an inappropriate way. I apologized to the young employee for any misunderstanding and explained my frustration was with the system, not him. I believe this behavior is not acceptable, and I wanted to bring it to the attention of Staples for further investigation and appropriate action to be taken. Thank you.

Hello!
I recently made an online purchase from Staples for delivery. After ordering 5 items, I received a call an hour later saying that 4 out of the 5 items were out of stock. I was disappointed and decided to cancel the order. It's understandable if 1 or 2 items are unavailable, but having 90% of the order out of stock is concerning. I wanted to recommend to Staples that they improve their inventory check and regularly update their website to prevent this from happening in the future.

I visited Staples and upon checkout, the cashier updated my old phone number and email address. However, I couldn't complete signing up for the ink refund program due to system issues. I attempted at home but couldn't log in with the revised information. Despite my efforts, I managed to order two ink packages that are en route, but I fear I missed out on the $25 ink refund. I need assistance changing my old email, phone number, and business details to my current personal information since I've retired. I had a terrible experience at the Niagara Falls location. I purchased a monitor for $[redacted], but within 24 hours, I returned it because I was not satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, they refused the return, claiming there were scratches on the screen when they inspected it. I explained to the manager that the scratches were not there when I first opened and repackaged it. Despite my explanation, she did not make any effort to resolve the issue and simply stated they could not accept the return. I was hoping for at least a partial refund, but I was denied any compensation for the over $[redacted] purchase. This has never happened to me before, and it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
