A gold Samsung S7 was stolen on the evening of Wednesday, July 27, [redacted], from the Spencers location in Montebello, CA. Following up, I contacted the store to request footage review by a manager. Unfortunately, the employee's response was dismissive, directing me to contact corporate. This lack of assistance is concerning, as the thief could potentially be an employee on-site. The victim, Jessica F., whom I am assisting, has suffered the loss of valuable sentimental photos and is devastated. I have recommended filing a police report. Improved customer service training for staff at Spencers is crucial. It is my hope that someone from the store can offer support during this distressing time.

I ordered a pair of galaxy swirl gauges size 0 for $16.99 with free shipping after signing up online with Spencer’s. My first order was placed on July 11th, [redacted], with order number [redacted]58. When FedEx informed me in August that the item was being returned due to an address issue, I contacted Spencer’s through their online chat. After waiting for the item to be returned, I reached out again and was assured they would resend the item to my correct address to avoid any further delivery problems. Today, on August 29, [redacted], I received the reordered item with a new order number [redacted]92, dated August 22, [redacted]. However, I was surprised to see the price had increased to $24.99 from the original $16.99, which I had not authorized. I bought the earrings as a gift for my niece and would have picked them up in-store if I knew the price would change, losing the free shipping benefit. I regularly shop online without issue and am disappointed by this situation. I hope this pricing error can be corrected, and I kindly request a refund of the additional $7 I was charged.

As a loyal customer of Spencer Chinar Park Kolkata, I, Lallan Singh, a senior citizen, want to share my experience. Over the past three months, Spencer has been running a promotion: spending 35K by September 30th would entitle me to a discounted mixer. Today, on September 29th, after completing a purchase of 35K, I was surprised that the staff seemed clueless about the promotion. I spoke to the customer care manager, Mr. Syad, about my concern, but he was also unaware of the promotion and seemed dismissive. Mr. Syad questioned my purchase amount and asked for proof instead of checking the records. Feeling deceived, I felt mistreated when Mr. Syad claimed the right to silence customers as a manager of a reputable company. I believe Spencer needs to either replace Mr. Syad or provide him with proper customer service training.

I recently bought some items from Spencers for a birthday celebration. When FedEx notified me via text that the package had been delivered, I checked outside but couldn't find it. Upon contacting FedEx, they redirected me to the USPS for delivery inquiries. The process of reaching the Post Office was frustrating with automated calls, and when I finally did get through, they had no concrete answers, only excuses and a promise for a follow-up in five business days. I informed them that the package was marked as delivered. When I reached out to Spencers online, they couldn't confirm the delivery status and stated they couldn't take action until ten days have passed without receiving the item. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and it has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. All I want is to receive the items I ordered or to be issued a refund.

I recently made an online order which primarily consisted of gifts. However, there was an error with my order where the billing address and shipping address got switched, causing the package to be delivered to my mother instead of my apartment. After contacting FedEx, I was advised to reach out to Spencer's. Despite calling them four times and leaving my contact information three times, I never received a response. When my mother opened the package, we discovered that half of the items were missing and I only received one shipping number. This experience has been incredibly frustrating as I was unable to resolve the issue, my package was delivered to the wrong address, and I paid for items that were not included. It has been the worst experience ever.

I was denied service and asked to leave a store because I am medically exempt from wearing a mask. The employees had a homemade sign stating masks were required and were rude to me, resulting in me being asked to leave. This information is not provided on the Spencer corporate or Orchard Mall, Kelowna website. It is essential for employees to understand that some individuals are exempt from mask-wearing due to medical reasons, and not all disabilities are visible. Corporate needs to improve by educating their staff to avoid legal issues. I request follow-up regarding the employees' full legal names at the Orchard Mall, Kelowna B.C. location around 5:20 PM PST. The employees were both females, larger in size, possibly in their mid to late 20s, wearing lots of makeup, and had homemade decorated masks. Thank you for your assistance. - Laurie Scanks

I have a concern about your fish department. Whenever I order a whole fish, your representative always asks for the type of cut I want. I've noticed there is consistently a discrepancy in the number of pieces I receive, whether it's a round cut or a normal Bengali cut. I'm not sure why this keeps happening. If this issue continues, I may have to refrain from ordering fish and chicken from your department. Regards, Saibal Ghosh
