Spencer's return policy ensures customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt. However, specific restrictions may apply to certain products such as lingerie, swimwear, and perishable items for health and hygiene reasons. Returns can be made both in-store and online, depending on the original purchase location. For in-store returns, customers can visit any Spencer's location with the original receipt. Online returns require contacting our customer support team to initiate the process. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
