I recently picked up my last order, and during the delivery, I had to call the recipient for directions as I couldn't see the house number clearly from the road. Although I placed the delivery four houses down as directed, I later noticed it was the correct address. The store mentioned that they tried to contact me, but I had reception issues in a hilly area, causing the call to drop. The associate accused me of being rude, which I believe was a misunderstanding. After asking about the scan bar, I had to speak louder as she had moved away, leading to a misinterpretation. I spoke to Sam, the order manager, and would like to resolve this issue as I value my job and enjoy picking up from this store.

I receive weekly emails saying I am still waiting for a zone. Would it take five months until the end of September for a zone to open up? Yesterday was my first day working for Spark. When I went to store number [redacted] to collect items for a customer, I had to wait for 15 minutes. Then the store manager, Paul Visor, came out and informed me I couldn't have any deliveries and needed to leave. There's an ongoing situation related to a prior job at Point Pickup where Paul got me fired after calling them. This issue involves a Walmart employee accusing me of assault last week. The incident occurred when I was picking up a customer order, and the Walmart employee didn't assist as required, causing scanning errors. Despite following the supervisor's instructions to resolve the issue, the Walmart employee refused to cooperate, leading to false accusations of assault. The manager's hasty judgment resulted in me losing my job at Point Pickup. Now, facing similar issues at Spark, I seek management's assistance. I'm 60 years old, on disability, and rely on this job for my medications and medical bills. The unfair treatment and lack of understanding from the manager are distressing. Hello, my name is Easha Whittaker Davis. I am a Sparks delivery driver. While in the middle of a delivery, my phone suddenly stopped working. I had no way to contact the customer to apologize for the inconvenience. I drove home to fix the problem by getting another phone to transfer information and fulfill the orders.

I applied to work for Spark and completed the application and background check. They mentioned they would update me weekly, but I haven't heard anything back despite my attempts to follow up via calls and emails for over a month. Some of my friends who applied later have already been hired, and I'm unsure why there's a delay as I passed all requirements. I am waiting for approval and need assistance. Phone calls go unanswered and the voicemail is full. I also have a referral that I can't utilize. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I truly need this job.

I am inquiring about my pay with Spark, the delivery service for Walmart. Over the past two weeks, I have noticed that my pay has been consistently short. I am concerned if this is due to an error on Spark's end or if there is an external issue affecting my payments. I have been driving for Lyft and Uber for nearly a year and recently applied to join SPARK. I completed my application, but my background check has been pending for a month. Upon checking with Checkr, I discovered that the SPARK platform is not on my list of platforms, indicating that my background check hasn't been submitted to them. I contacted Checkr, but they couldn't locate my report and advised me to reach out to SPARK for clarification.

When I opened my account, it alerted me about missing documents, although all my papers have data but no dates. This has been an issue for 2 months since November of last year. I have tried reaching out, but no one has responded. I am eager to work for Sparks like they do for Walmart. Unfortunately, my account shows errors for passwords and email. I have recently discovered an issue on my monthly statement regarding a mobile number that does not belong to me. The notification states: "Your Wireless Broadband 10GB Data has been renewed on [redacted]. The next renewal date is 04/03/[redacted]." These charges amount to $40 monthly. I placed an online delivery order at Walmart on Sunday, February 20, [redacted], for a 9pm-10pm delivery slot. My order number is [redacted]. At 9:30pm, I received a text stating my delivery would arrive by 9:48pm. However, at 9:40pm, the driver called to inform me that she could not accommodate one of my purchased items in her car. I was told the delivery would be reassigned, but my account still shows the order as delayed, with a message to check back for updates. Unfortunately, the items were never delivered. My partner has been a Spark driver in Memphis for over 2 months and mentioned that the demand for drivers is consistently high. However, when I attempted to sign up, the system indicated that there wasn't sufficient demand and wouldn't allow me to proceed. Additionally, I encountered issues with the email address input, as it stated the email was already registered but wouldn't accept it. I am keen on becoming a Spark driver myself. My partner is willing to give up his position for me if necessary, but I find it hard to believe there isn't enough demand for additional drivers in Memphis. I am having trouble signing up for the Spark app on Android. I am stuck at entering my address because the app prompts me to choose from a list, but my address is not appearing. The message says to type my address manually until I can select it, but there is no option for an unknown address. This is frustrating, and it seems like a basic function such as entering an address should not be this difficult. I am disappointed and find it hard to understand how others are able to use this app with such a flaw.

I've had a frustrating experience with the delivery drivers at South Cullman Walmart. They consistently deliver my groceries to the wrong address, sometimes return items to the store mid-delivery, and mishandle delicate items like bread and chips by placing heavy items on top. Additionally, they have delivered extra items not included in my order. I believe it's unfair that instead of addressing these issues, Walmart seems to be rewarding these drivers with raises. It's disappointing that customers like myself have to deal with such ignorance and incompetence. I urge Walmart to take action and address the problems with their delivery drivers.

I am experiencing issues with my landline number [redacted]38. The phone does not ring and gives an engaged signal before even dialing. The internet connection is working fine, so I believe the problem lies with the phone receivers as all three are showing the same response. I rely on my phone due to hearing impairment and my cellphone has also stopped working, making it difficult for me to confirm an urgent medical appointment. I urgently need this issue resolved as I am unable to receive calls on both my landline and cellphone. I am unable to contact Spark's faults number for assistance.

I contacted Walmart about getting home delivery through Walmart+. They said I'm too far for the service due to my address showing up as in El Dorado Spgs Mo, which is 23 miles away, even though I'm just 11 miles from store #24. They suggested I contact Spark to pin my correct address on Google Maps. Despite trying four different phone numbers Walmart provided, I couldn't resolve the issue. I signed up for Walmart+ trial, had two deliveries, and then paid $98 for a yearly membership assuming it would continue. However, on the last day of my trial, Walmart informed me that I'm too far for delivery. I've been given the runaround and need help fixing this confusion.
