We bought our home on November 30, [redacted] from a builder. Since then, the company has been sending us bills for less than $10, incorrectly entering our meter reading as [redacted]. Despite contacting them numerous times, we received no assistance. Eventually, I managed to get someone from the company to inspect the meter, and they discovered it was not being read accurately. Now, the company is charging us from [redacted], which means we are being billed for gas consumption prior to owning the home.
