I am having trouble accessing my account as it seems to have disappeared. My account name is JOHNNDOCTOR and it is a premium techno account where I have invested a significant amount of money. Despite being a paying customer, I am unable to sign in. When attempting to sign up again, the website prompts me to create a new account instead of recognizing my existing one. Additionally, I am unable to locate my channel on a specific label even though my tracks are featured there. The tracks are associated with both the labels and my account, but I am unable to find it. I am unsure about what is causing this issue and would appreciate any assistance.

I'm having trouble uploading audio files. Everything was fine until Saturday. I've tried various troubleshooting steps like logging out and back in on SoundCloud, restarting my computer, checking my subscription status, uploading and downloading audio multiple times, and even clearing out old uploads and downloads. I heard there were some server issues, but some users reported they were resolved with no problem afterward. The error I keep getting when trying to upload the audio is: "The SoundCloud audio ID is invalid or the audio is either private or has been deleted." I've tried logging out of the audio ID, setting the audio as both private and public, but I'm unsure if the audio ID itself has been deleted. Could someone shed some light on this for me?

I previously contacted you via email regarding my cancellation refund request. I inadvertently signed up for a free month trial of SoundCloud, but I forgot to cancel it before the trial period ended. I do not actively use SoundCloud, so the subscription is of no benefit to me.

I have a Pro account. My first track was rejected due to an issue I resolved, but also because I lack a Spotify mapping link. I am unable to create a Spotify artist account without a distributor, but I can only get a distributor if I release the first track through my SoundCloud artist account.
It seems like I'm stuck in a loop between SoundCloud and Spotify, unable to obtain the artist mapping link for Spotify. What should I do?

I intend to file a report with the Illinois commission regarding SoundCloud. During a chat session, I was asked to pay an additional dollar for a service I did not require, despite explaining that the car was not functioning. I am unsure how to proceed with obtaining a refund since I clearly communicated in the chat that the SoundCloud app debited $10 from my account. After contacting Roku customer service, they mentioned that my money is pending as the payment was not accepted. Currently, I am unable to pay the one dollar service fee as my card is not being recognized. I would appreciate assistance in retrieving my funds, as I am a senior citizen who just wants to listen to my son's music. The $10 that was taken is still pending for 7 days.
