I am currently frustrated. I am unsure if my account has been deleted or disabled. While updating my bio, my account logged me out due to saving changes too quickly. I have attempted to log in using different browsers, such as Safari and Google Chrome, without success. Despite entering the correct information, I receive an error message stating they couldn't log me in. I have reached out to SoundCloud support, and they have acknowledged my request. Upon checking my alternate account, my main account does not appear on SoundCloud, causing distress as it contained my favorite songs and meticulously organized playlists.

I am experiencing difficulties logging in because your system mistakenly identifies me as a robot. The suggestions provided, like using a different computer, are not feasible for me as a paying customer. It is frustrating that there is no option to speak with a real person for assistance, only automated responses. The security measures in place, while meant to protect against spam, end up hindering legitimate users like myself. This lack of personalized support reflects poorly on your customer service. I have found a workaround to log in, but I have ultimately decided to close my account due to these ongoing issues. It is disappointing to see a disregard for long-term customers like me, prompting me to say goodbye after many years of using your service.

I am experiencing an issue with my artist account (colemanmusicproject) on SOUNDCLOUD. When I attempt to check the stats and select the "ALL TIME" option in the timeframe menu, it only displays data from Jan [redacted] onwards. Even when I try to manually choose an earlier date, it seems to be limited to Jan [redacted].
I have valuable stats from before [redacted] that I would like to access as I have been a paying user for a long time.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter so that the "ALL TIME" option reflects the entirety of my usage history with SoundCloud, rather than starting from Jan [redacted].

I'm experiencing issues signing into my account. After receiving a message that I wasn't signed in, I am now completely locked out. Despite attempting to update, uninstall, and reinstall the app, the problem persists. Trying to sign in on different devices and through Facebook and Apple login also failed. Creating a new account didn't solve the issue either. I keep receiving an error message asking me to check my account details despite several attempts. I even tried to reset my password, but the system claims my email is unknown. I have been a SoundCloud user since 6th grade.

Yesterday I contacted you regarding unpaid earnings since April. I have confirmed that my tracks on SoundCloud are still monetized. SoundCloud mentioned that one of my SoundCloud Pro cards had expired, but I pay an annual fee of $99, last paid in November [redacted] and due again in November [redacted]. I expect a prompt response within 48 hours as waiting is difficult for me due to mental health concerns.
If I do not receive a satisfactory explanation, I will cancel my Go+ and Unlimited Pro plans. I will delete my account with 2.60 million views and [redacted] followers. While it will be painful, I am willing to migrate to a platform that values me and rebuild my fan base. I do not appreciate feeling deceived, especially by a company that earns more than I do.

I realized that SoundCloud has been charging me for an account I did not sign up for. Initially, I assumed it was my son's account, but he clarified that it is not. Strangely, when I try to cancel online, I am unable to locate my account despite the continuous charges for over a year. Following the provided instructions has not helped in canceling the non-existent account. To prevent further charges, I had to cancel my credit card, yet the charge appeared again this month. The suspicious activity was brought to my attention through password change emails. I am unsure how to halt these ongoing charges.

I have a comedy record named "Stab the Clown" that's only on my SoundCloud Pro account. I'm looking to download the whole file onto my desktop to sell on iTunes. However, the download option isn't available. Due to a corrupted external hard drive, my last backups are solely on SoundCloud. On Friday, December 10th, £90 was deducted from my account without prior notice or authorization. Soundcloud notified me via email that it was an automatic renewal. However, since over twelve months had passed since my initial 12-month trial, I assumed my account had expired, expecting to be alerted in advance for the option to renew or cancel.
I did not receive such notification and was unaware of the transaction until the money was debited, which is a clear violation of my personal security. Since I was dissatisfied with the product during the trial, I had no intentions of renewing and now request the immediate return of my £90 to my account.

Yesterday, I accidentally broke my phone and purchased a new one today. Unfortunately, I am facing login issues to my Soundcloud account. I have been a loyal subscriber and regularly pay for the service. The problem seems to be because I initially signed up through my now-deleted Facebook account.
My Soundcloud username is danishboyce, which matches my Facebook name. I attempted to reset my password using various email addresses, but Soundcloud does not recognize any of them. Since my account seems linked to my old Facebook, which I deactivated nearly a year ago, I am unable to regain access.
It's essential for me to retrieve my account as I have numerous songs stored there that I wish to retain. Starting anew is not an option, as I risk losing all my music collection.

I recently discovered that SoundCloud Inc. has been charging my credit card $8 monthly without my authorization for the past three months. This smaller charge often goes unnoticed by many cardholders. Despite trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company, reaching the company's phone numbers provided has been difficult. The main office for SoundCloud Inc. is located in Berlin, Germany. I was informed that the only way to prevent the recurring charges is to cancel my current card and request a new one. As most of my payments are set up automatically, transitioning to a new card will require contacting each creditor to update my payment information. Recently, Google disabled my computer because it's older, causing me to lose access to my email and my songs on SoundCloud. After struggling for a whole day to log into my SoundCloud account to upload a new song, I was unsuccessful. Now, I have a new member account that shows an older man instead of me, and I had to create a new password for my Yahoo email, which is my only working email now. This whole experience has left me feeling violated as my songs and other data were taken away. I had a special song to upload, and now I feel very hurt by this situation.

I was thrilled when my order arrived with 2 sets of bath towels, 2 hand towels, a child's t-shirt, and a beach towel. I washed one set of bath towels and hand towels, twice, due to excessive lint after washing. Despite washing on a cold, gentle cycle, one towel is unraveling. I can provide a photo for illustration if needed. I believe it was a flaw but hope it's not a recurring issue. The towels didn't absorb moisture well, just spreading wetness. I expect towels to dry effectively. I'd like to keep most items but return the unwashed set of towels and have the unraveling one replaced. Can this be arranged? I can send a photo if necessary. I recently signed up for the SoundCloud Go platform, but instead, I was given SoundCloud Next. I am uncertain about the differences between the two, however, I was charged $[redacted].76, and I have not noticed any changes on the platform. The songs I wish to listen to still prompt me to make additional payments.
