I am having trouble with my Soniq TV model e48w13a. I turned it off and now the standby light stays solid red. I have tried changing the batteries in the remote and doing a soft reset by unplugging it from the wall, but nothing has worked. Occasionally, I was able to turn it on by pressing the channel up and power buttons on the TV itself, but now nothing seems to work to turn it on. The standby light remains solid red regardless of what I do. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue? Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble turning off the talkback feature on my new TV. I have searched in settings, device preferences, and accessibility options without success. Additionally, the TV is experiencing issues such as freezing, selecting options on its own, and unexpectedly returning to the home screen. The remote also has a noticeable delay and sometimes does not work well with the TV.

I am having trouble signing up on my Soniq cinavision. I have been attempting to do so for 24 hours, but I keep encountering a server error. My internet connection is working fine, as my other smart TV in the lounge room is functioning without any issues. If this problem persists, I might consider selling the TV and purchasing one that allows me to sign up without any complications.
