I regret to inform you that my email in response to the Snapfish survey could not be delivered. Here is my feedback for current and future calendar projects: I appreciate the quality and speed of processing of my recent order. However, I spend a considerable amount of time selecting backgrounds for each page. I kindly request Snapfish to extend the variety of page background choices by reintroducing the large translucent rectangle overlays that allowed for more text space. This feature improved readability and maintained decorative elements on the pages. While text backgrounds are an option, they can sometimes affect the page background colors and adjacent photo images, requiring additional time for selection. Despite the available choices, I often struggle to find preferred colors. I urge Snapfish to reintroduce a wider selection of page backgrounds as it was done previously. I used a "Color Pop" background overlay for the cover of my 11" x 14" Ireland Premium Wall Calendar, resulting in an appealing design even before adding text. I ordered a collage canvas (Order: 7[redacted]-[redacted]-6) and upon receiving it, I was disappointed by the results. The photos that were meant to be centered are off-center with excessive white space on the sides. After reviewing my order, it's clear that this is not how it was intended to look. I am unhappy with the outcome and would have chosen a different layout if I knew it would turn out this way. I am requesting a refund or a redo with a layout that will be accurately represented when printed. Another recent order I placed with a different layout turned out great, and I am seeking consistency in the quality of my orders.

I need to cancel my order for Christmas cards placed last night. I was looking for an embossed foil card, but the website did not specify if it was on stationary or card stock. I ended up choosing one on card stock before the deadline. I usually prefer the picture to cover the entire card. Navigating the app for pricing and card options was difficult. There seemed to be limited choices available. This is the first time I have encountered these issues, despite being a long-time customer who has been ordering cards here for years.

Subject: Quality Concern with Recent Photo Book Order Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent photo book order (#[redacted][redacted]). I had previously ordered the same project and was satisfied with the results, as I have been with all my other orders. However, this time I made a minor adjustment by removing an embellishment from the cover and substituting a photo on an interior page. When I received the order of three books, I noticed several issues. The text on one page appeared enlarged and shifted, cutting off part of the phrase, and the cover photo was not printed squarely on the cover, resulting in a white border along the edges. I have been a loyal customer of Snapfish and have always recommended it over Shutterfly. It is disappointing to encounter such quality problems with this order, especially since these books are intended as holiday gifts. I have photos available for reference if needed. I previously reported this issue with no response received. My concern is regarding an 8 x 10 canvas wrap that wasn't properly wrapped. Is there a mechanism to alert customers if their design doesn't meet requirements? I bought an 8 x 10 canvas wrap that has a missing wrap on one side, characterized by a glaring white stripe, rendering it impractical. I had another photo that my photographer friend provided me with more space around the image for a cleaner wrap, but every time I tried to upload it, it appeared greenish (attempted four times). I'd like to have this flawed gift for my husband reprocessed using the photo that I initially had trouble with due to color issues. It can be easily rectified. Also, I'm puzzled why the navy mug I ordered has a white stripe and handle instead of being all navy as specified in the order. It's unappealing and unsuitable as a gift. Otherwise, everything is satisfactory.

Regarding order # [redacted][redacted], I purchased 2 books and a calendar as Christmas gifts on 12/16 at 11:30 PM with the expectation of pre-Christmas delivery. Unfortunately, upon checking the next morning, the delivery date was set for 12/27. I quickly initiated a live chat and then contacted customer support, receiving assurance that they would try to assist. However, despite my persistence and willingness to pay extra for a solution, I was informed it was too late to make changes just 60 minutes after placing the order. Frustratingly, I was unable to locate a U.S. corporate contact number and even resorting to contacting the order's factory directly yielded no help. The overall customer service experience with the company has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their lack of assistance post-payment.

I have been a loyal customer of your service since the beginning. Recently, I purchased 5 books, 4 of which were gifts, on 11/17/[redacted]. I have ordered three wedding albums, but unfortunately, I had to reorder multiple times due to them arriving damaged. The binding on one album is cracked and bent. While I am okay with the glue on the back cover of my album, the other two albums, especially the one intended for the bride (my daughter), did not meet the expected quality. Despite having a perfect experience with a different wedding album ordered for my son, I am disappointed with the inconsistency in quality control for the other albums.

I previously ordered numerous pictures from Snapfish a few months ago and was pleased with the service. Recently, I received an email offering a 50% discount on canvas prints with the code HALF219. I decided to purchase a large canvas using the code, but was charged the full price instead. I always watch for deals, so this was disappointing. Can you explain why the discount didn't apply, even though it showed the reduced price when I entered the code? Is this considered false advertising? I am having trouble accessing my previous photo book projects. The loading gauge stops without opening. I've cleared cache in both IE and Chrome but still face the same issue. I've attempted to open the projects on two different computers and my Android device, with no success. It would be appreciated if someone from support could check if they can access my photo books and assist me with resolving this issue. I had a negative experience with Snapfish. Recently, I ordered a 37-page photo book that arrived damaged due to improper packaging. The mail carrier bent the envelope to fit it in the mailbox, causing permanent damage to the binding and cover. Despite contacting the post office, they claim no liability as the envelope wasn't marked "Do Not Bend." In the future, Snapfish should prioritize using "Do Not Bend" envelopes for valuable items like photo books shipped via USPS to prevent such damages.

Hello, I tried contacting Snapfish yesterday, but the call got disconnected. I have been trying to reach them since then, but no one is picking up. I am facing an issue with my order not arriving. This has happened three times in my previous orders with Snapfish. However, they have always resolved the issue promptly by resending the package with a free upgrade to fast shipping. I purchased a photo book and paid $15.99 for expedited shipping. Initially, I was informed that my order would arrive on Friday, 6/7. Unfortunately, it did not show up as expected, and the new estimated delivery date was moved to Monday, 6/10. Due to the delayed delivery, I would like a refund of the $15.99 expedited shipping fee. The item was intended as a gift for a party held today, and now that I will receive it late, I need to send it to the recipient's new address. I've been a loyal Shutterfly user for a long time, but recently decided to give Snapfish a try. I created three different calendars in various formats to test them out. However, I encountered an issue where text was missing when I added the calendars to the cart. Despite checking everything thoroughly before placing the order, two of the calendars arrived with missing text. This discrepancy seems to occur during the transfer of the final design. As a designer who has experience with different print companies, I believe there may be a glitch in the file transfer process. This has left me disappointed, especially since my family wants multiple copies of the calendars. I'm hesitant to trust that this won't happen again. If anyone has advice on how I can avoid this issue in the future and ensure a smooth printing process, I would greatly appreciate it.

I received an email about a month or two ago, in early October, stating that I needed to place an order within 7 days to prevent my photos from being archived. I made an order at that time for a variety of prints, which I happily received. However, I have now received another email claiming that I haven't placed an order within a year and must do so within 6 days to avoid archiving my photos. Can you check your records to confirm the order I placed (and received) when I first received the notice a couple of months ago? Kindly update your records to reflect that I did make a purchase at that time. Please confirm that my photos will not be archived and that no additional order is needed this week, as I already ordered in October. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I submitted an order at 11:30 pm on Thursday night. Unfortunately, there were no representatives available at that time, and I rushed to place the order because the promotions were set to expire. My intention was to take advantage of the promo for the magic tile at $2.99, [redacted] 4x6 prints for 1 cent, and free shipping. On Friday afternoon, I was able to reach a representative after a long wait, but we were unable to resolve the issue during our 35-minute conversation. I emphasized that I do not wish to pay for shipping. I chose Snapfish specifically for these special offers. All I requested was for the order to be canceled. Can you confirm if the order has been canceled?

I received my two 4x6 canvas prints from order [redacted][redacted], and I am extremely disappointed. The pictures are slightly crooked, and both have a scratch that removed color where it bends around the corner. Additionally, the easels glued to the back are on crooked, with one sticking up on the top and out to the side. It's challenging to give these as gifts for Christmas in this condition.

The images are slightly misaligned and both have a scratch that removed the color where it wraps around the corner. Additionally, the easels glued to the back are crooked, with one sticking up on the top and out to the side. It's concerning as I had planned to give these as gifts for Christmas.

Hello, I have encountered issues with the text boxes in my calendars. Every time I revisit my calendars, I notice that a significant amount of the text I entered in the boxes is missing. Despite saving my work repeatedly, the problem persists. This problem also occurred last year when I purchased 20 copies of the calendar, only to find that most of the text was missing. I aim to prevent this inconvenience from happening again for both Snapfish and myself. Do you have any advice on ensuring that my final copy will display all the content accurately?
