To whom it may concern, I am receiving numerous emails from Snapchat regarding new accounts being created with my email address. Despite having deleted my own Snapchat account years ago, various usernames such as "endrikrs1," "endrit_kras7664," "endritkrass13," and many others are being associated with my email without my consent. This situation is becoming quite bothersome. I want to clarify that I have no intention of opening a new Snapchat account using emails such as [redacted] or [redacted], or any other email variations that include dots. If there is a way to block or filter out these emails, I would greatly appreciate it if my email could be added to the blocked list. The thought of someone misusing my name and email is unsettling to me. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you in advance.

I think my Snapchat account was deactivated due to community guidelines violations. I would like to request access to my account again. It's important to me to regain access as many cherished memories with friends and family are stored there. I promise to adhere to the rules going forward. I am having trouble accessing my account as it seems to be temporarily locked after a login attempt. Despite knowing my password and not violating any guidelines, I am unable to regain access to my main Snapchat account. I also experienced difficulty logging into a different account due to a forgotten password. Even after waiting 24 hours and attempting to log in again, I am still facing issues with being logged out shortly after gaining access.

Last Friday, my husband passed away, and unfortunately, I am unable to access his phone to retrieve our precious photos from Snapchat. Despite contacting Snapchat via email, I was informed that without access to his linked email or phone number, I cannot recover the account. This situation is of great importance to me and his parents, so I am in desperate need of assistance from someone who can provide a solution to this dilemma.

This morning, my Snapchat account got hacked. I've been trying to resolve the issue since then. However, when I attempted to log in a few hours later, Snapchat indicated that there was no account associated with my username. I asked a friend to check and they confirmed they could no longer find my account. It seems like Snapchat might have deleted it, but I'm unsure why. I've been unable to access it all morning. I'm not sure what was posted to prompt the deletion. Is there a way to recover it?

Hello, I am feeling really down right now. I have been a devoted Snapchat user since [redacted], and today my app suddenly deleted all my data in front of me. It vanished and wouldn't allow me to log in. After asking around, I was informed that my account no longer exists. I spent hours crying, realizing that all my memories and contacts are gone forever. Snapchat has been an important part of my life, helping me with my art and family communication, and this feels so unjust. I haven't violated any rules and have always used the app as intended. Hello, I’m posting here because my old Snapchat account, h_mirza3852, was hacked, and I no longer have access to it. Someone is using my account and pretending to be me. They have been posting personal pictures from my old Snapchat gallery. I have reported this account multiple times, but it is still active, and this person continues to upload my pictures. My account was compromised, and subsequently, Snapchat deactivated it due to inappropriate content posted by the hacker. I have valuable images of my grandmother, significant videos and photos, including evidence of domestic abuse, diligently stored in Memories to prevent access to my abuser, as well as contacts that are now inaccessible. I am eager to retrieve my account as the hacking was beyond my control. If that is not possible, I hope to recover my precious memories and reconnect with the individuals I had added by creating a new Snapchat account.

I recently changed my phone number and updated the password on my Snapchat account to Samuel420. However, I am unable to access my account now as the phone number for verification is no longer valid. I am worried about losing precious pictures of my fiancé and daughter. I have tried numerous passwords to no avail and I am desperate to regain access to my account. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Memories where they have not been backing up despite having a good Wi-Fi and mobile data connection. Instead, a rotating arrow symbol has been displayed on top of them. After following the steps on the support page to clear my cache, I am now seeing an exclamation mark symbol on my memories. Additionally, I am unable to open, edit, or send them. When attempting to view a snap, a black screen appears with an error message prompting me to try again. These snaps hold significant importance for me, and I would appreciate guidance on how to rectify this situation.

I've been permanently locked out of my account and I'm not sure why. A friend suggested I log in on their phone using my Snapchat and when I did, I got logged out of my own account. Now, I can't log back in because it says I violated the community guidelines, but I have no idea what I did. I really need help with this as I have many pictures on there from years ago and I'm at a loss as to what went wrong. My username on Snapchat is popdadoc124. I was using Snapchat as usual when suddenly, after less than 5 minutes of using it, I was logged out. I received an email stating that my account was deleted. I have almost 3 years' worth of memories with my friends on there including pictures, chats, and more. They claim I violated their terms of service, but they haven't specified what rule I broke. I have reviewed the terms multiple times and I am certain that I have not violated any rules.

I'm sorry, but I don't speak English at all. However, I want to tell you that my old Snapchat account has been hacked for several months now, and someone is pretending to be me and scamming people. Despite numerous reports, nothing is being done, and it is unacceptable. I have contacted Snapchat support several times, but no one is taking any action. I know I'm not the only one facing this issue, even influencers are experiencing the same problem, and no actions are being taken. This kind of situation can escalate very quickly! I am very frustrated, and I hope you will do something about it!

I recently broke my phone and had two-step verification enabled on Snapchat, but I can't receive the verification code via text as my phone is broken. I remember my password and just need the code to access my account. I have thousands of important photos saved on there that I don't want to lose. I'm unable to access the code via text, email, or my Macbook due to various issues like storage problems and messages not being received on non-iMessage platforms. I am willing to verify my identity through any other means necessary to regain access to my account.

I'm having trouble logging into my Snapchat account. After deleting the app and reinstalling it, I was unable to log in with my usual credentials. When I tried using my email, it redirected me to an old account I no longer utilize. Despite attempting various passwords, it did not grant me access. Clicking on "forgot password" led me to change the password for my other account unintentionally. I am still unable to access the account I am trying to log into.
