I subscribed to Sling TV, however, my bill increased by five dollars. Previously, I could access ESPN and SEC channels, but now I only have access to movies, which is not what I desire. I am paying $55 for a service that no longer provides the sports channels I value. I have had difficulties using the service when friends came over to watch games. Today, I noticed only one sports option available, "Pro Football Today," when I wanted to watch basketball. I need assistance resolving this issue or I will need to cancel my subscription.

I ended my subscription 2 months ago. Despite canceling, I got charged last month, was informed it was a PayPal matter by Sling's customer service, and dealt with that. However, I was billed again today directly by Sling, not through PayPal. I would appreciate a refund for this payment. I have already canceled my subscription twice on the website and stopped the PayPal payment. I am uncertain about what further steps I should take as I find it unjust to be billed for another month.

I recently noticed that some of my recorded episodes of Ghost Adventures have been deleted from my DVR without my permission. I had saved these episodes for my own reasons and had not intended to delete them. Despite having sufficient recording space, these episodes were removed and are not even in the trash folder as expected. I have also been facing issues with the recording of certain shows despite multiple complaints, which remain unresolved. I request that the deleted episodes be restored promptly, as I believe I should have the sole authority to manage my own recordings. I will be contacting the office about this matter today. Please refrain from deleting any more of my recordings in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

1 - I noticed several channel upgrades on my account that I did not purchase. Despite removing them twice, they keep reappearing on my channel list. 2 - I want to include an AirTV Mini and OTA antenna in my order, but I cannot find a way to complete the upgrade on my Account Screen. 3 - I attempted to increase my DVR storage to 2,[redacted] hours for $5.00 per month, but during activation, it only displayed [redacted] hours at $1.80 per month. The online help desk has not been helpful with these matters. Should I cancel and start anew, or is there a way to speak to a representative to resolve these issues?

I am trying to watch NASCAR on FOX Sports channel using my Roku TV. After downloading the app, it says it's not included in my package and to contact my provider. I added the sports package to my Sling Blue, but I still can't stream it. I solely use Sling for NASCAR, and the Sunday races are on FOX, not FS1 or FS2. Even though FOX Sports shows the NASCAR Cup Races, I can't stream it as it prompts me to contact my provider. I am spending a significant amount monthly on Sling but can't access the races. I need help to access FOX Sports on my Roku TV.

I've been attempting to cancel my account for two hours. Your website is ineffective, and even though I understand this isn't your responsibility, I need assistance. I never purposely subscribed to this service (I suspect Roku did this without my knowledge). After relocating recently, I discovered I've unknowingly been charged for Sling for several months without using the service. Unfortunately, it doesn't recognize my name or email. I canceled the service after the 30-day trial period. I spoke to an agent who said it was canceled last month. However, you charged my credit card $55. I called today to request a refund, and the agent disconnected the call. I called again, and the same thing happened. Consequently, I filed a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) complaint against SlingTV [Case No. [redacted]51] and disputed the charge with my credit card company as fraud. I also lodged a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) [Complaint No. 2[redacted]78]. Please reverse the charge immediately to prevent civil action that could harm my credit standing.

For the past two months, I have noticed unauthorized charges on my account for Globo Play, totaling $13.99 last month and $18.99 this month. I never added Globo Play to my account. Previously, when I spoke with an operator about this issue, they mentioned Sling was experiencing problems and advised me to call back for a refund. After following up a week later, I still did not receive a resolution. Despite deleting Globo Play, it keeps reappearing on my account. I would like to have Globo Play removed from my account, and I am requesting a refund of $32.98 for the two months of charges.

I have been experiencing difficulty updating my Sling app. I spoke with a technician this morning and explained my issue. He suggested uninstalling the Sling app from my Sony TV and then reinstalling it to resolve the problem. However, I am now unable to reinstall it because Google Play is not accepting my password. I understand the issue lies with Google, but despite spending two days seeking their assistance, I have been unsuccessful. I am usually patient, but I have reached my limit. I kindly request that my account be canceled. Thank you.

I was speaking with Ian but got disconnected. I'm Mary Beaulieu. Ian mentioned he would refund unauthorized charges on my account that my adult children didn't make. I'm unsure if it's been resolved and I want the charges removed. Additionally, I'm seeking a $70 refund from the last 3 months as I never received a service notification. My usual monthly amount is $68 but in February it was $88, and in March and April, $93. I've checked all emails, including spam, and found nothing from Sling. Kindly refund $70 to my account and provide the necessary steps to reset my account. Thank you, Mary.

I received a notification two hours after recording a show that it was "unauthorized." I followed the online advice to sign out and then sign back in, but I am unable to sign in on the TV. When attempting to sign in on the website, I received a message stating it was signing me in and to wait, but nothing occurred. I recently subscribed to Sling yesterday, only to find myself locked out without any access today. The email address associated with my Sling account is provided below. Thank you.

I am having trouble with my TV password. I turned on the TV, opened Sling, and started watching a program when it suddenly logged me out with an error message saying "User/Password incorrect, visit Sling.com." I changed my password on the website but it still won't work. I spent 3 hours on hold last night and am currently on hold again while trying to text for help. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years, always paying on time, and it's frustrating not being able to resolve this issue with a person.

I encountered difficulties with Sling TV where my original account was not authorized and would not recognize my sign-in information. To resolve this, I had to create a second account with a different email. When I called back after three days, customer service informed me it would take until the next billing cycle, around 30 days, to cancel the extra account. There was no explanation provided for the issue with my original long-standing account, which is set up for auto-pay. I am disappointed with the lack of apology for the inconvenience and the mix-up. Currently, I am essentially paying $[redacted] for only a month of service due to this situation. Additionally, the customer service representative I spoke with remains unknown to me as I was not provided with their name during our conversation.

I recently switched my subscription from orange and blue back to just the blue channels with the extra comedy channels and free DVR. However, my bill still shows the orange and blue package, which I no longer want. I specifically want the blue channels with added comedy channels like MTV, TLC, Paramount, and the free DVR. Additionally, my Sling guide is displaying duplicate channels. Could you please rectify these issues? Thank you.

I reactivated my subscription on 5/18 but couldn't use the service due to technical issues on Sling's end. I've been trying to reach customer support since then without success. Today, on 5/22, I finally canceled my subscription after failing to contact customer support online. My experience with Precious 66-E at [redacted] was incredibly disappointing. She was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming she was my last resort for assistance. After a frustrating conversation, I was provided with a different number, [redacted], where I was promptly granted a full refund for the service issues. Considering the stress and poor treatment I endured from 5/18 to 5/22, I believe a complimentary subscription would be a fair resolution to this ordeal.

Having to endure one more "Frontier" commercial while watching "Sling" is incredibly frustrating. Despite already being loyal Frontier Communications customers, the commercial is promoting a lower price that we, as senior citizens, are not benefiting from. Initially, the first year with Frontier had a reasonable price. However, between July [redacted] and January [redacted], Frontier unexpectedly hiked our monthly fiber optics internet cost by a whopping 55%. When my husband contacted Frontier to address this steep increase, they simply responded with a lackluster "Sorry." Considering reporting this 50% increase in just 7 months to the Governor as potential price gouging in our state. The incessant airing of the "Frontier" commercial is truly grating on our family's nerves. Could it be that "Sling" is struggling to secure other sponsors to alleviate this ad fatigue? I have FIOS internet from Frontier with a wired connection to my TV and Mesh system. I am experiencing buffering issues with my Sling services, whether connected wirelessly or through a wire. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like rebooting the TVs, removing other devices accessing the router, and reinstalling the Sling app, the problem persists. I prefer not to switch back to Direct TV, even though they offered a slightly lower price, as I mainly watch Newsmax, the weather channel, local Fox news, and Fox business. Other services like YouTube, Amazon, and Netflix work fine. Any suggestions on how to resolve this frustrating buffering problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I accessed the Sling TV menu to cancel the services on July 1st, discontinuing the subscription from the April 3rd promotion. However, upon checking again, I found I couldn't watch any programs and was prompted to sign back up. I believed canceling the subscription was sufficient. I canceled my Sling subscription on 5/15/23 and have a confirmation. However, my card continues to be charged. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges, which have been reversed, but it's causing financial strain while the investigation takes place. Please cease the charges. I need help with adding Sling TV to my Roku TV. It shows up, but I am unable to access Sling TV on my TV. I can watch it online without any issue, but the TV app is not working.
