I own homes in New York and Chicago. I spend most of my time in New York with my wife, and we watch the same programs. A couple of weeks ago, I renewed my subscription while temporarily in our Chicago home. However, I am now unable to access my New York channels. Can you transfer my subscription to my New York home, or do I need to cancel and restart when I return there? Please email me at [redacted] or call me at [redacted].

I believed I signed up for a free trial, but I was charged, causing an overdraft on my account. I attempted to cancel the subscription, but there is no customer service available. I recently canceled my Sling service about a month ago, and yet I was charged $49 this month. I am confused as to why I am being charged despite canceling. I placed an order for Sling TV in March, expecting to receive a Roku device. After a long wait without receiving the device, I decided to cancel the service and requested a refund. The customer service representative informed me that Sling TV does not provide refunds, but offered to send the Roku device to an alternate address I provided, using the payment I had made. However, I have recently discovered that Sling TV has been deducting $24.99 from my account monthly since April, even though I had canceled the service and never used it. I exclusively use the Roku device for watching Netflix. I have contacted my bank to report these unauthorized deductions and I recommend that this issue be resolved promptly.

I subscribe to the Sling package that includes the ID (Investigation Discovery) channel. I am wondering why the latest episode of Homicide Hunter Season 9 (the November 6th episode) is not available on demand yet. Typically, episodes are accessible the day after they air. Additionally, I have noticed advertisements for the new season of Cold Justice on the Oxygen channel promoting on-demand viewing. However, I have been unable to watch it at all, whether it is airing or on demand. I am curious about what is causing this issue.

I'm trying to cancel my subscription because we're not home enough to watch it. However, when I try to log in with my information, the website won't accept it. I tried calling, but I only got disconnected by an automated system. I'm frustrated that I can't cancel with my password or email. I have been struggling to cancel my Sling subscription for months now. Despite numerous attempts since August 11th, I have been unable to follow the instructions on their website due to a persistent bug that redirects me to the homepage instead of the account management page. Adding to my frustration, their customer service line seems unreachable. I am now reaching out in hopes of getting a refund for all the charges Sling has made to my account. If anyone can assist me with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise, I may have to escalate my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and leave negative reviews to warn other potential customers.

I am experiencing a persistent issue with technical problems while watching movies on all my TVs. These problems include repeated commercials, freezing pictures, and movies abruptly cutting off, sometimes restarting from the beginning. I initially thought it was a problem with one TV and replaced it, but the same issues persist on all my TVs. This has been ongoing for the past couple of months, and it's frustrating as the frequency of disruptions has increased. I have previously enjoyed the service and recommended it to others, but the continuous interruptions are making it difficult to enjoy movies without disruptions. To Whomever it may concern, I have noticed unexpected charges on my account for a service I do not use. There have been multiple withdrawals on the following dates: - 03/04 -$41.83 - 04/02 -$41.83 - 08/02 -$41.83 - 12/02 -$41.83 I do not have any recollection of signing up for a quarterly billing plan and believe these repeated charges indicate a possible theft issue. The fact that I was charged in both March and April suggests a change in my billing frequency without my consent. I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter, with the refunded fees returned to my account promptly. I have never utilized your services and am concerned by this situation. I request the removal of my banking and personal information from your records and wish to cease any association with your company. This experience raises suspicions of deceitful practices within your business. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I was inadvertently double billed due to having two accounts. A few months ago, I mistakenly activated one account, but Sling support assisted me in canceling it and transferring the subscription to my primary account. Upon renewal, I noticed both accounts were charged. Unfortunately, when I tried to get a refund for the unused account, the customer care chat support denied my request. I am seeking assistance from the billing department before considering canceling my other account and exploring alternative TV services.

I recently signed up, and my trial just ended two hours ago. I’ve realized that I need to purchase an AIRTIV for over [redacted] dollars from your company to access local channels in one place. I saw an offer where if I pay for three months in advance, I can get one AIRTIV for free. Please confirm if this offer is still valid. I am in search for a reliable service that is cost-effective and unfortunately, the current setup is not meeting my expectations. I already own an antenna but would need your AIRTIV. I recently purchased a new Roku device. When I tried to access Sling, it prompted me to restart my service. However, I already have an active subscription under [redacted] and it mistakenly charged me for [redacted] I have already cancelled the [redacted] account, but the payment has already been processed. I am now faced with double charges despite having a valid subscription under [redacted] I would like to request a refund for the duplicate payment made under the incorrect email address. Thank you.

I noticed a promo from Target when my wife tried to watch CNN on Sling via our Roku player. The promo wouldn't disappear until I rebooted the Roku. I couldn't find a phone number for Sling anymore which is frustrating since I'm already a paying customer. I'm also missing my regional FOX Sports network and not being able to contact Sling for support makes me consider switching to another provider. It's essential to have access to customer service when facing issues with the service one is already paying for.

I signed up for Sling with a promotional offer, thinking it was for 30 days, but it turned out to only be for 7 days. The subscription fee was already deducted from my account, and I am unable to cover that cost at the moment. I've canceled the subscription within just 2 days of the billing cycle starting. I have no intention of using the service for the rest of the cycle and would appreciate a refund of the subscription fee. Thank you for your help in advance.

I've spent hours on the phone trying to cancel my 7-day free trial. Despite entering the correct email and password, I couldn't proceed. Even after attempting to change the password, the system wouldn't accept it, claiming my email or password was incorrect. Considering I use the same login details everywhere, this is frustrating. Customer service isn't answering, and as I don't have access to a computer, I can only use my phone. Instead of being redirected to a site requesting $5 for customer service, I seek immediate resolution. I simply want to cancel my subscription with Sling. Action is needed, not more redirections to other websites.

Today, I noticed a charge of $39.99 on my account. Roku has been having trouble with its software, causing issues where clicking on a Roku channel leads to Sling TV instead. However, this time when I clicked the home button, it kept spinning and ended up charging me. I only realized this when I was about to check my Amazon purchases.
