I recently bought a pair of Skechers D'Lites Memory Foam shoes in grey and white, size 11. After wearing them about five times, I realized the right shoe feels loose and big, causing discomfort as the sides of my heels rub against the shoe. I've purchased three other pairs of the same shoes that fit perfectly, so I believe this pair was made incorrectly. I have been trying to reach out for a replacement but haven't had any luck with callbacks. You can contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted] I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

I recently bought a pair of Sketcher tennis shoes from Shoe Carnival in Waterloo, Iowa a few weeks ago. I've never had issues with Sketcher shoes before, but these are incredibly uncomfortable. I wore them around the house to break them in, and they felt okay initially. However, when I wore them for walking, my feet started hurting. After wearing them a few times, they hurt so much that I couldn't finish my walk. I have the original box and receipt but cannot return them to the store. I hope I can get a refund by sending them back to you.

Good afternoon,
I am writing regarding my order #SkxAU[redacted]84 where I purchased 10 shoes but only received 9 items. The “Women’s D’Lites - Life Saver” SKU: [redacted] $9.99 (sale price) in size 6 is missing. I would appreciate it if you could track the location of this item and provide an update on the delivery.
To resolve this issue, I propose the following options:
1. Please deliver the missing shoe promptly. If size 6 is unavailable, I am open to receiving size 5 of the same shoe.
2. If the item is out of stock, kindly replace it with a similar women's shoe of equivalent value and design in size 6.
3. Alternatively, I am open to receiving a refund, although I would prefer the shoes.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you,
Floraxue

I recently bought the Skechers relaxed fit memory foam work shoes that are advertised as non-slip. Purchased them on Thanksgiving for $49.99. I work as a waitress at a pizza place and was looking forward to wearing them for my shift today. However, I slipped in the kitchen, fell, and injured my collarbone and elbow. Luckily, my coworker caught me before I hit my jaw. Despite the staff mopping the floor after my fall, I continued to slide throughout my shift. It's clear that these shoes are not non-slip as advertised and are dangerous to wear. I had to miss work due to my shoulder injury. I believe your company should include a warning about the lack of slip resistance in these shoes for the safety of others.

I recently purchased a pair of Skechers steel-toed work shoes, and after reading some reviews, I noticed complaints about the soles coming apart due to poor glue quality. Upon inspecting my own shoes, I can confirm that there is a defect in the way the soles are attached as the glue is already separating. This is not the quality I expected from Skechers, and I believe this issue should be addressed before selling more shoes like this. I have just worn them home and they are still in brand-new condition. Thank you, Kody.

My name is Huimin Sun. I am a registered nurse currently working at The Heart Hospital Baylor in Plano, TX. I had an accident last Friday (3/8/[redacted]) while working at the hospital. I was caught, tripped, and fell on the floor, resulting in a left patellar fracture. The accident was caused by the Skechers shoes I purchased a couple of years ago at Costco. Although I liked the comfort and soft soles of the shoes, I have noticed that they do not perform well on hospital vinyl floors. I have tripped several times before, but last Friday's incident led to a fall. The shoes are suitable for hardwood and concrete floors, but I firmly believe Skechers should reassess the safety of these shoes on specific surfaces like vinyl floors. It would be beneficial to have a warning label on the shoebox or inside the shoes cautioning against wearing them on certain floors for safety reasons.

I recently purchased a pair of women's Skechers work boots and initially found them very comfortable with a good fit. However, just 2 days ago while at work, the bottom sole of the left boot separated. These boots are less than 3 months old, and despite wearing them regularly, I expected them to last much longer. I suspect this is a manufacturing defect and I would like to return them for a replacement pair. I have been trying to reach customer service all day with no luck. I have left my callback number multiple times but have not received a response. Work boots should definitely last longer than almost 3 months. My name is Kat and you can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Please provide instructions on how to return the defective women's size 8 work boot with serial number [redacted] and color code BRN for a replacement. I hope to receive assistance with this matter promptly. Thank you for your help.

I am writing about a slipper I purchased from your shoe store in Kamla Nagar. After wearing it for just one day, my feet came out from the front, and the slipper made a loud noise when I walked. When I returned to the showroom on the third day to complain, they initially refused to take it back. I requested a different product as a replacement since the slipper was uncomfortable. After some persuasion, the staff member finally accepted the return and mentioned that they would bring up the matter with the company. It's important to note that the comfort of a product can only be assessed once it's been used. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and take necessary action. Please reply, and if needed, I can send scanned copies of the receipts.

I purchased the Skechers GoWalkLite [redacted] GoGa Max deck shoes. While walking on my condo's deck, I slipped on a damp surface and broke my arm. Upon inspection, it appears the shoes lack tread for traction, which could have prevented my fall. Despite finding them cute, the lack of grip led to my injury. My insurance covered the expenses, but I'm undergoing extensive Physical Therapy. The prognosis is that my arm may never fully recover. Although I'm making progress, there are limitations to what I can do. I've been a loyal Skechers customer but am disappointed that a shoe marketed as a "deck shoe" could be so hazardous. I hope for compensation for the pain and permanent damage. I look forward to your response.

Ruthanne H.

I bought this pair of boots less than 6 months ago. Yesterday, I brought them to the local Sketchers store hoping for a refund or replacement as my little toe has been bothering me, and I need steel-toed footwear for work. The store manager examined the shoe and discovered a sharp edge of steel protruding through, causing discomfort. He offered to replace the boots, but since I purchased them from shoes.com, he couldn't assist and suggested I contact you. I've tried to take a picture inside the shoe to show the issue, but it's challenging. The discomfort is unbearable, and I cannot wear these boots anymore. Can you help me replace them? Thank you, Wolfram.

Dear Skechers Customer Service,
I have been a loyal customer and have always admired shopping on Amazon. In July [redacted], I purchased three pairs of the same model shoes almost simultaneously. Unfortunately, after wearing the first pair for a few weeks, I noticed that the canvas material began to deteriorate, similar to the images displayed on Amazon's website. To my dismay, I discovered that I was not the only person facing this issue.
When I tried to wear the second pair of shoes, I encountered the same problem. I am reaching out about my order for "Skechers Men's Go Walk Revolution Ultra Jolt Sneaker Charcoal, 9.5 M US" and "Skechers Men's Go Walk Revolution Ultra Jolt Sneaker, Black/Lime, 9.5 M US." It seems that others have experienced this as well.
I am disappointed with the response I received from Amazon. Unlike eBay, who promptly offered a refund or replacement, Amazon's handling of this issue has left me dissatisfied.
I hope to resolve this matter promptly with Skechers and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Avi Hellmann

As a loyal Amazon customer, I recently purchased a pair of Skechers shoes. Unfortunately, shortly after wearing them, I noticed the canvas material was deteriorating, similar to images on the Amazon site. I discovered others facing the same issue. I then wore the second pair I bought and encountered the same problem. When I reached out to Amazon regarding my order for "Skechers Men's Go Walk Revolution Ultra Jolt Sneaker Charcoal, 10 M US" and "Skechers Men's Go Walk Revolution Ultra Jolt Sneaker, Black-Lime, 10 M US," I was disappointed with the response. Unlike eBay who promptly resolved such issues by offering refunds or replacements, Amazon seemed unhelpful. It feels like a game of ping pong between Amazon and Skechers. I hope this can be resolved efficiently. Thank you. Avi Hellmann.

I am Mr. Nitin Prema from Johannesburg, South Africa. During my visit to Hong Kong on 22-04-19, I purchased a Skechers Ultra GO (Go Walk) shoe from the Skechers store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The style number is [redacted]/NVGY-9. I have been traveling since then and found that the thin foam under the mesh near my big toe on both feet is already worn out, despite not wearing the shoe daily. The Skechers store in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) was unable to assist me with this issue. As a loyal 57-year-old customer who finds Skechers products most comfortable, I am disappointed with the quick wear of this new shoe. I was hoping for comfort, and this shoe seemed to meet my needs. I am returning to South Africa on the 6th and would appreciate a resolution to this matter, as I spent a significant amount of money on this new shoe.

I am inquiring about a $30 charge on my account after returning two pairs of shoes to Sketchers. The UPS tracking shows the shoes were received at the facility on 5/2/19, but today, 5/11/19, I have not received a refund. I am concerned about being charged when my returned shoes are likely in the same area. Is there a system in place to prevent charges until returns are processed? My experience has made me question Sketchers' customer service and return policy. It seems unfair to deduct money without confirming returns. I had difficulties with the return process and not receiving a refund for items not in the original packaging. As an online seller myself, I value customer satisfaction and efficient return policies. I believe clear communication is vital in ensuring customer trust.

While shopping at The Sketchers store in Ft Smith, AR on Saturday, May 11, [redacted], my sister and I encountered a distressing situation due to unsupervised children playing in the store. This resulted in one of the children pushing my sister, causing us both to nearly fall and resulting in a pending lower back surgery for me on May 20. I am concerned about who would be responsible for medical bills if we were injured. The store staff did not intervene to control the children's behavior, despite the disturbance they caused. When my sister addressed the parents, one of them falsely accused the manager, Kaitlyn, of touching their child. We left our contact information at the store along with another witness who saw the incident unfold. The lack of supervision and safety measures in the store is alarming, and I hope that the store has adequate liability insurance considering the risks involved. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you, D. Swerline.

I purchased a pair of Sketcher sneakers approximately six months ago, and recently noticed that the sole on the left sneaker is peeling off. I have owned many sneakers before, and it's uncommon for me to experience sole separation so soon, especially since I haven't mistreated them. I contacted the manager at the Zinfandel Avenue store in Rancho Cordova, California, but was informed that exchanges are only allowed within the first month of purchase. Can you authorize a return for these sneakers with an apparent defect for a replacement pair? These sneakers were around $60, which I really liked and found comfortable. The peeling sole poses a tripping hazard, making it unsafe to wear. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your prompt response.

I visited the Skechers store in Pinellas Park, Florida, near 66th Street and Park Boulevard. The associate named Holly was late in opening the store. Despite the door being already open, she was outside smoking a cigarette. When I entered with my 10-year-old daughter, Holly seemed bothered and muttered something under her breath, showing visible signs of frustration. As she assisted us in exchanging flip-flops, she appeared rude, rushed, and inattentive. While handling our transaction at the counter, her demeanor was unpleasant. When I requested to speak to the manager, Holly claimed she was in charge. Another associate promised to pass my information to the supervisor, Jim. Upon calling the store later, Holly's behavior on the phone was unprofessional, raising my concerns about the poor customer service we experienced. I am eager for a prompt response regarding this matter.

I purchased a pair of Skecher sneakers, Lite-Weight, approximately four years ago. Despite using them sporadically alongside other sneakers, I recently experienced excruciating pain in my right foot when I pressed down hard on a shovel. After removing my sneaker and examining it, I initially thought it might be a pebble in an uncomfortable spot. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered a small piece of metal protruding like a tiny nail that had punctured my foot. I am puzzled as to why there would be metal in a sneaker. Luckily, I had a tetanus shot last year. I still have the sneaker and would appreciate an explanation. Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue with your son's Skechers shoes. I have taken the following steps to address the problem:
On Feb. 19, [redacted], I purchased a pair of Skechers for my son at the Myrtle Beach SC Tanger Outlet store. Unfortunately, within three months, the front part of both shoes has come apart, revealing his toes. I am unable to provide the receipt but can confirm the purchase was made on my credit card.
I am seeking a refund or replacement for the defective shoes. Kindly respond promptly to resolve this matter. For secure communication, please use my personal email account. Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Nathaniel Maurer

I purchased the women's black and grey Joy slip-on shoes but stopped wearing them due to tripping issues. The front toe area catches on tile, causing abrupt stops like a doorstop attached to the shoe. I couldn't return them with the box but without the receipt. Recently, while wearing them at a local grocery store, I nearly fell three times due to sudden stops. A cashier mentioned her co-worker with the same shoes fell and got injured, needing time off work. I believe the company may have discontinued these shoes or might consider allowing returns as they pose a hazard.
