I contacted your customer service regarding my rewards. I was informed there were changes and a new catalog would be sent. Since I couldn't access my account online, the lady agreed to mail me the catalog. After receiving it, I filled out three redemption forms for my selected items. However, the form only allowed for one choice, so I had to duplicate it and send three separate envelopes with checks. Now, I've been notified that my choices were from an expired catalog and should select from the current one, which only offers gift cards. I am frustrated by the mistake, as it has cost me money for checks, envelopes, postage, and supplies. I request that my original selections be honored, but if not possible, I ask to be refunded for the expenses incurred due to the error. The new redemption form does allow for multiple selections, which is a positive change. My choices were Dirt Devil Wet/Dry Hand Vac (Gift #[redacted]), Bissell Featherweight Hand/Stick Vac (Gift #[redacted]), and Hamilton Beach Food Processor (Gift #[redacted]) as shown in the brochure. On 3/9/[redacted], I purchased 4 pairs of "ULT TLC X-Queen Nude" Pantyhose (order #[redacted]) and just received them on 3/14/[redacted]. I used to buy the Shapely Perfection Pantyhose and liked them, but lately, I've found the waistband too tight. Over the years, I have moved from size large to queen to x-queen to address the tight waistband issue. Comparing the waistband of my old pair of Shapely Perfection to the new ones I received, the waist on the new pantyhose is even smaller. At nearly 74 years old, 5'7" tall, weighing about [redacted] lbs., I need leg support without uncomfortable tightness around the waist. It seems challenging to find pantyhose suitable for older women like me. I've heard similar complaints from other older ladies about the Silkies pantyhose waistbands being too tight as well. What should I do in this situation?

I bought the "ULT TLC X-Queen Nude" Pantyhose on ******** (order *******), and they arrived on *********. I used to love the Shapely Perfection Pantyhose but have found the waistband too tight as I have gotten older. I have tried larger sizes, but even the new pair I received has a smaller waistband than my previous order. I appreciate the offer of a full refund from customer service, but I am disappointed that I have to pay for the return shipping. It seems challenging to find comfortable pantyhose for older women like myself. If others have experienced similar issues with pantyhose, perhaps there should be more options available.

On [redacted], I made an order for a pair of "ULT TLC X-Queen Nude" Pantyhose (order [redacted]) which arrived in my mail on [redacted]. I've been a long-time fan of the Shapely Perfection Pantyhose but have noticed over time that the waistband has become uncomfortably tight for me. I've tried different sizes, from large to queen to x-queen, but the issue persists. Comparing the new pantyhose to my old Shapely Perfection ones, I see that the waist is even smaller on the new pair. I need leg support but not at the expense of a tight waistband. I feel frustrated not finding comfortable options for older women like myself. Although I appreciate the offer of a full refund if I return them, I am disappointed that I have to cover the return shipping cost. I believe I should also be refunded for the return shipping or provided with a free return shipping label.

On December 25th, I placed an order for silk pajamas for my wife, order #[redacted]2. The size I requested was "beige, size M," but my wife actually needs a size "S." I would greatly appreciate it if you could adjust my order placed yesterday to the same silk pajamas and color, just changing the size to "S" instead of "M." I apologize for any trouble this may cause. My wife owns a pair of the same pajamas in size "S" from a previous purchase, and she adores them. I made an error in ordering the wrong size this time.
